For your Easter Sunday brunch, these Sweet Southern Cornbread Muffins will be a great addition. It tastes like classic Southern cornbread with a hint of honey. They are sweet and moist. This bread is great with butter or honey drizzled on top.
Ingredients: 1 cup cornmeal. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup buttermilk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup honey.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 375 F 190 C and put paper liners in a muffin tin. Mix the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and honey to another bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together just until they are mixed. Make sure not to mix it too much; a few lumps are fine. About two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup, fill it with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes in the pan. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Black and white sesame seeds for garnish. Soy sauce, for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to make the sushi rice, then let it cool. Put mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Mix them together to make spicy mayo sauce. Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo. Leave an inch of space at the top of the nori and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it. Put slices of avocado, cucumber, and shrimp in the middle of the rice. Put some hot mayo sauce on top of the fillings. Use the bamboo mat to roll up the sushi tightly, and use a little water to seal the edge. Cut the sushi roll into 8 equal pieces. Set out a plate to serve the sliced sushi roll. Serve with soy sauce and sesame seeds on top.

Instructions: Cut the avocados in half along the length and remove the pit. Take something out of the avocados ahead of time so there is room for an egg. Make an egg in each avocado shelf. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the avocados in an air fryer that has already been heated to 180C. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the egg is set and the dough is still golden. Dress up with verse kruiden to smell good. Serve right away and enjoy!

Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat the butter-sugar mixture thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking soda, cayenne pepper, chili powder, ground cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. Mixing until a dough forms, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add the chopped nuts if using, mini marshmallows, and semisweet chocolate chips and stir. Using a spoon, scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and place about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets that have been prepared. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the centers are still soft but the edges are set, in a preheated oven. After taking the cookies out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to finish cooling. You can optionally add more sweetness to the cookies by dusting them with powdered sugar after they have cooled. Sip on some hot cocoa or milk while you savor your Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies!

These beef enchiladas are a crowd-pleaser, filled with flavorful seasoned beef, gooey melted cheese, and zesty enchilada sauce. Perfect for a cozy family dinner or entertaining guests!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 10 oz enchilada sauce. 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 8 small flour tortillas. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in half of the enchilada sauce and diced green chilies. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread a thin layer of the remaining enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving, if desired.

This Soft and Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge is a delightful treat for peanut butter lovers. It's incredibly easy to make and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that's hard to resist.
Ingredients: 2 cups creamy peanut butter. 1 cup unsalted butter. 4 cups confectioners' sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking dish, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later. Put the peanut butter and unsalted butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In the microwave, heat the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until it is smooth and well mixed. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and confectioners' sugar and mix them in until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are mixed in. Pour the fudge mix into the baking dish that has been prepared. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it feels firm when you touch it. The extra piece of parchment paper can be used to lift the fudge out of the dish and place it on a cutting board. Cut the fudge into squares or any other shape you like. Serve and have fun! Any extra fudge should be kept in the fridge in a container that won't let air in.
