I was telling a friend earlier about how it is scary and dangerous for women online, especially on dating sites (we specifically were talking about Tinder). He actually said to me that it was women's fault for choosing to go online and for going on those dating sites. He said that women knew what they were getting into.

There have been two instances where I have been out with friends at parties and a drunk male has made me uncomfortable. Now, I was not sexually assaulted in these situations, but they both involved drunk men who were being inappropriate, both physically and verbally. I told my friends I was uncomfortable, and in both cases, my friends told me that the guy was just drunk and I was overreacting.
EXCUSE ME? I am overreacting because someone is drunk and making me uncomfortable? This shit drives me nuts. This is why we need feminism. Because it is not my fault when I am uncomfortable.
