Ooh ooh I have answered this similar question before!! >v<. Here just some my fleeting thoughts for some of them:

Jin I think it's Whisky? Idk why but whenever who mention him I just think of Whisky first

Tohma I would say Black Tea. It has strong and bold flavor, is one of the most popular tea used in UK's Afternoon Tea. And for some reason Tohma remind me of those English mans lol

Luca is the Biscuits, this is my only answer for him🤣

Kaito maybe Cupcake? Kaito is sweet, clumsy and love DIY so I think something colorful, fun, cute and sweet would suit him, like Cupcake or Donut

Alan is Brownies, this is just a random thought

Leo I just think something spicy for him

Sho is Tiramisu. It's from Italy and means "Pick me up" (It is used as love confession but I just simply think he would pick us up on his Bonnie lmao)

Haru I think it is Crepes for him. Originally from France, the circular shape and golden color of Crepes represent the sun, heralding the end of winter and the approach of spring, very Haru

Towa I would say Strawberry. They can be considered as symbol of love and romance

Ren is Puddings!!! He just sweet and cute like Puddings!!!

Subaru I used to say the Lavender Macarons one but!! Now I would say Matcha Tea. They are very popular in Japan, is a symbol of respect and gratitude in tea ceremony, and ya know, they just really suit him imo🥺

Haku I think Matcha Tea suit him really well too!!

Zenji is Mochi. I mean after I saw your art for Zenji birthday I just think him as Mochi immediately😭. But I also think Dango suit him as well👀

Edward I think is Wine? He just like a fine wine lol

Rui is Chocolate. It's sweet just like him and bitter just like his life🥲

Lyca is really Puddings or Mochi too!!! He just too cuteeee!!!
