A Little Update

Haven’t posted in this tumblr for so long (other than reblogging stuff)... I usually post more on my Twitter nowadays but I’m still on Tumblr.

I’ve started playing Voltage’s japanese games again since last year..I’m having fun rekindling love for old favourites and finding new Voltage men to fall in love with... They are mostly games we haven’t seen released in English. Out of curiosity, I’m playing them to read the stories and it was like I’m practising reading in Japanese everyday haha (self-learnt after I became a fan of Arashi since 2010). Unfortunately, I’m a lazy and procrastinating person so no.. I won’t be posting much about current events in those games (although I sometimes tweet about my thoughts so there’s that).

It has come to our attention that there is a compatibility issue between Samurai Love Ballad: Party and Chrome 78 released on Oct 23rd. While we are currently working toward a solution, we kindly ask that you refrain from updating to this version as doing so may effect game-play in the following ways:

1. The game is restarted 2. The opening movie replays 3. The Transfer Data & Restore Data screen appears

If this happens, you can continue playing the game as usual by choosing Restore Data or by transferring data.  

To avoid the repeat of these issues, we kindly ask that users take the following steps:

Android 7.0 and Onward: On your device, downgrade to the previous version of Chrome. Go to Play Store, search for Chrome, and choose Uninstall.

Android 5.0 - 6.0.1: On your device, go to [Settings > Apps > Android System WebView] and tap [Uninstall Updates] or [Disable]. If this is not available on your device, please try the steps under the heading Users With Android 7.0 and Onward.

Should downgrading cause other issues, please re-download Chrome and restore or transfer data. Thank you kindly for your patience while we work toward a solution.
