How Your Oral Health Can Impact Your Overall Health
Your oral health and general health are very closely linked, although most people do not realize how they affect each other. Their connection may not seem obvious but the reality is that taking care of your dentists is incredibly important because, in addition to maintaining a beautiful smile, it can also help improve the health of your whole body.
Ignoring your dentist can lead to serious overall health problems, but proper hygiene of the dentist can prevent this from happening. You must remember that your mouth produces bacteria, which is normal, but too much of it can be harmful. Wetting and brushing your dentures every day can help control this aspect but when you neglect your oral care this can happen when health problems start to occur. Poor oral hygiene can lead to bacteria accumulating in your mouth on a regular basis and when they combine with sugars from food, they can form acids, which will potentially attack your dentures and cause gum disease. Additionally, it can lead to infections that spread to other parts of your body.
The following are some health problems that can lead to poor oral health:
Heart disease
Diabetes
Pneumonia
Heaven Dentists in St. Catherine's can help you achieve a healthy mouth through implant dentists. If you are looking for a reputable dentist who can give you a beautiful smile, give our office a call now!

Implant Supported Dentures Procedure in St. Catharines
Implant-supported dentures meet levels of retention and stability that other types of dentures do not. For example, regular teeth stay on the tooth and are not supported in transplantation. When the patient does not have healthy teeth left in the jaw but has enough bones to support an implant, implant-supported dentures can be used with special attachments to accelerate implantation and stay in place.
In general, you will find implant-supported dentures made for the lower jaw because the dentures here are notoriously unstable. It is not always necessary to go with an upper jaw implant if the main purpose is to keep the upper teeth stable and dignified. Supported dentures can be surgically placed by implantation in the upper jaw to keep the palate free or to slow down the bone resorption rate, he said. Here is a quick review of the implant-supported denture procedure that may extend beyond that.

Unlike regular dentists, implant-supported dentures are very fun. You don’t have to worry about them falling out or being loose. If you are interested in planting auxiliary dentures implanted in the Niagara area, we would like to talk to you in an initial consultation to determine if this is the right tooth for you.
