I can't fucking believe The Magicians TV show keeps the ending of Julias back story largly the same. I know old news I'm sure there was massive fandom discourse about, but I just found out and its absolutely unhinged. They changed so much else why not change that it would have been so easy, and they did it so so much worse! I like alot about this show but it needs to get its tone together.
