Missed him. Oversize bipedal Clucker. (We're gonna ignore his hand being backwards, the sketch is correct.)
I think he's supposed to be a slightly blueish silver, and not periwinkle. It would appear that they used his shaded colors for his normal pallette in the show, along with the rest of the cast. Why they aren't always fully cel shaded like that is because budget. That's always the reason.
MBM tweaks some of his colors too, making his jumpsuit the dark blue that his chest feathers and belt are in the show, and his neck a neutral silver.
