the world ; this stand grants dio the power to stop time in a rather large radius around himself , the extent of which is unknown in size , for everyone but himself . the time duration on it is , so far , at nine seconds . however , he has stated that the duration of it is increasing which means that he may be able to double , triple , or quadruple it down the line . he has also implied that , eventually , this ability would grant him the ability to stop time completely .

hermit purple discount ; this stand grants dio the ability to create psychic images on photographs and crystal balls alike . it also grants him the ability to track the joestars as well as divine their location ; in addition to that , this ability also permitted him to understand his acquisition of this stand awoke the abilities of stands in the joestar bloodline . he also knows when joseph is taking a psychic image of him .

vampiric strength ; his strength as a vampire is incredible , to the point where dio is able to pick up a steamroller and use it in an attack . this same strength also allows him to say ‘ fuck you ‘ to gravity and walk directly up walls as well as brush aside the attacks of other stands such as hierophant green’s emerald splash .

vampiric speed ; speedwagon described dio as being faster than a cheetah . he may be even faster now .

vampiric senses ; his hearing , sense of smell , and sight are all far beyond a human’s own abilities . he demonstrated this when he listened for jotaro’s heartbeat by resting his head on the ground while several meters away from where he lay .

regeneration ; given enough time and with enough blood , dio can regenerate from almost any wound whatsoever at accelerated speeds . 

space ripper stingy eyes ; dio can force bodily fluid out of tiny holes in his eyes with enough power to cut through stone .

vaporization freezing technique ; with this technique , dio can vaporize the moisture in his own body and absorb the heat in the bodies of others which in turn leads to them being frozen so long as he remains in physical contact with them .

flesh buds ; dio is able to mutate his hair into a parasitic bud that he can insert into a person’s head . over time , the bud will slowly eat away at someone’s brain and can eventually kill them . they are able to be removed but it must be done with extreme care and there is a chance for the one who is removing it to be infected as well . in addition , dio is able to activate the bud at any point in time to kill the host . the buds also make those infected with them even more susceptible to dio’s intense charisma.

hypnosis ; dio is able to hypnotize others into doing his bidding , as demonstrated with jack the ripper and poco .

charisma ; dio possesses an intense charisma that is both fear-inducing and awe-inspiring alike . whether this is naturally his own or a result of his vampire nature is unclear . regardless , it seems extremely difficult to turn him down for anything that he asks of another person and his charisma is able to be seen as outright seductive by more than one person .
