Imagine a James Bond/Spy type of au, where Buck is traveling a lot of places and he manages to get lucky and travel the world as well. He also sleeps around too. One night he comes across a man visiting the bar he works. He flirts and says if he really wants to have a good time then to come back after the place closes. To Buck's surprise the man shows up and Buck then sleeps with the man with beautiful brown doe eyes. They spend a few days together fucking and making love. He gets caught up in the dangerous world of spies when he inevitably gets kidnapped when they mistook Buck for being his husband cause he and the spy's kid look alot alike.
"You must think we're fools, Mr..." the guy pulls out Bucks passport. "Ah, here it is. Evan Buckley. Cute name." The guy waves his gun around. He walks up and grips Bucks jaw tight. He forces Buck’s head to the side, getting a good look at him. "Little Evan, don't you look so sweet, hm? Not to mention your son looks just like you. Genetic lottery."
"L-look I don't have any money on me or drugs, a-and I didn’t see anything at all i swear I just work at the bar and I just travel around." Buck stutters. He pauses, confusion washing over him. "W-wait what? W-what are you talking about."
"Ohh, no no. No lying. We already have your son thanks to his babysitter. And we have been keeping an eye on you and your husband meeting up. Your love making is sweet. Passionate." The man purrs out, giving Buck a hungry look. "Alas, we are working on a short schedule. Do not worry. Your son is in good care, and so long as you cooperate he will remain in good care, Is that understood?"
Buck doesn't give a fast enough response and hisses when the guy behind him keeping his arms pinned yanks a fist full of Buck's hair and shakes his head. "Answer," the man behind him grunts.
"I-" Buck doesnt know what's going on at all, but he knows if he doesn't cooperate at all, a kids life is on the line. "I understand."
The man in front of him smirks and pats Buck’s cheek. "Good," he says and gestures to the other men with guns. "Take him to the boat and burn everything."

Hello I saw the prompts asks and checked the list so I just had to ask about a few but I saw you mentioned just once so I will start with #40 from the I love you list
Hi anon :) You can send as many asks as you want, I just ask you only do one prompt per an ask. Oh, and be patient with me answering! That's all!
"What the hell happened?" Hen demands, grabbing Eddie's wrist and lifting his hand up.
"Oh," Eddie curls his fingers, but she's already seen the band aids scattered across them, "Nothing. Really. Don't worry about it."
"Eddie."
"Hen, really..." She levels him with another look and he sighs, dropping his head for a moment. "You have to promise to not laugh."
"Laugh?" Hen echoes, "Eddie, you're clearly getting hurt, why would I laugh?"
"Because it's for a stupid reason." He mutters, looking around, but it's only him and Hen in this area of the station, everyone else busy elsewhere. Still wanting to be careful, he twists his wrist in her hand, curling his fingers around her wrist, and tugs her towards the ambulance.
Once the two are tucked inside, the doors closed securely, Eddie sits on one of the bench seats and takes a breath. "I'm not, like, in danger or anything."
"Explain why you're covered in band aids, then." Hen replies, arms crossed, "Also, Disney princesses?"
"Buck." Eddie explains with a roll of his eyes, "He bought a pack to keep at my place for when we watch Jee, and apparently they are now the only band aids in my house."
"You have multiple first aid kits."
"Oh, I'm aware." Eddie states drily, Hen biting back a laugh. "Buck is also the reason for," He lifts his hand, wiggling his fingers, "this."
"He biting your fingers or something?"
"What?! No!" Eddie blushes at the question which prompts Hen to lift an eyebrow. "No!" Eddie repeats, firmly. "I...I'm..." Groaning, his head thumps back against the side of the ambulance. "I'm making him a personalized apron. And sewing fucking sucks."
The silence stretches out between them. The ambulance suddenly feels a lot smaller.
"Eddie..." He lifts his head away from the ambulance wall at Hen's soft tone, taking in her soft smile, "That is a really sweet thing to do."
"Yeah, well," Eddie shrugs, a smile curving up his own lips, "It's Buck. He deserves it."
"You two are adorable." Hen chuckles, "I can't wait to see him wear it."
"Me too." Eddie nods, fiddling with the edge of one of his band aids, Ariel's face wrinkled. "I hope he likes it."
"He'll love it."
Three days later, Eddie walks into the kitchen at home, the completed apron tucked behind his back.
Buck is chopping up some vegetables for dinner, an apron tied around his neck and waist, humming along to a song he can only hear in his head. He looks up at the sound of Eddie's footsteps though, smiling brightly. "Hey!"
"Hi." Eddie's heart beats wildly in his chest, feeling nervous. "I don't want to interrupt, but..."
"It's just dinner." Buck shrugs, wiping his hands off on a dish cloth and rounding the counter to move closer to Eddie, "You're far more important."
Eddie's chest grows warm. This thing between them is still new but it's been great. Wonderful. Enlightening. And while Buck is so good at expressing his love and adoration for Eddie, Eddie finds himself struggling a bit. But he thinks this will work.
Bringing the apron out from behind his back, he thrusts it forward into Buck's chest, "I made this for you."
Buck grabs the apron as Eddie's hands dart away, arms winding around his chest as he steps back, feeling incredibly nervous.
"What is this?" Buck wonders out loud, unfolding the apron until it's hanging in front of him. His eyes grow wet immediately as his mouth drops open. "Eddie...you...y-you made this?"
Ducking his head as his cheeks burn, Eddie mumbles, "Well, I bought the apron and then...personalized it."
"Eddie." Buck says his name almost reverently as he studies the apron. Not that it's that impressive. Eddie found some letters, so it says Buck, and then there's a heart with the bisexual colours, a chef's hat, a silhouette of a buck, and a firetruck.
"It's...it's stupid, I know, and you don't...I mean...it's fine if you—" Eddie is cut off as Buck surges forward, throwing his arms around Eddie and crashing their mouths together. Eddie's arms come around Buck automatically as they stumble backwards a step or two until Eddie's back hits the wall.
"I love it. I love it so much." Buck gets out between kisses. He pulls his head back suddenly, gasping, "The band aids! That's why...oh my god, you did this by hand?!"
"...yes?"
"Oh my god." Buck starts crying as he leans in and kisses Eddie again. "You are the best. I don't deserve you. I love you. This is amazing."
The nerves unwind in Eddie's chest and he holds Buck close, kissing away the tears, "I love you too."
When they finally untangle themselves, Buck is quick to swap out his current apron with the one Eddie made, taking far too many selfies, beaming proudly as he brags about his new apron.

like honestly. for real. if i was on my 49th hour of knowing i was bisexual. and on my first ever date with someone of the same sex. and that person publicly called me out for being in the closet and gave me shit about it in front of my best friend. and then (despite knowing ahead of time that i was just now figuring myself out, and also knowing that i had a super weird relationship with that friend, and also knowing that i was really nervous but excited to try things out) left me on the curb in front of a restaurant. after calling an uber and waiting until the car was literally pulling up outside to say oh - no actually this car is just for me; you can find your own way home. and then didn’t call me at all until my best friend who was panicking about his own relationship and who i had just come out to for the first time told me to call the guy so i called him and invited him to coffee to beg him to give me another chance. despite the fact that i never even did anything wrong in the first place. and i have a known history for sublimating my own identity in relationships that are wrong for me because of my anxious attachment trauma. and then i spend six months dating this person only to later find out that he dated my first love for years and strung her along to the point of being engaged. and then essentially left her at the altar when her mom was dying. and then called her crazy for dating me. and then dumped me. and then hooked up with me on a rebound and then said he was glad my best friend moved away because the competition was finally gone. like for real if I found out that people were rooting for me to end up with this guy……….. i would burn my own house down in real life.

oh wait. we started 8b with a glass wall between buck and eddie. they are so close, but there’s a glass wall between them, separating them. the glass wall (phone screen) is still there, still separating them. it’s not stopping them from seeing each other, or from communicating, or from being there for each other. that’s not why it’s there. it’s there to keep them just out of reach. one last wall of defence, and it’s see-through. and they’re so close. they just need to break the glass wall down, see what’s right in front of them, and reach for it.

Can I just say how insane it is that Buck's bisexual awakening was literally because Eddie made a friend who was Not Him

it's the way they didn't show us the actual scenes of the captain rejecting eddie or the car ride after chris gets in his uber, they showed us eddie telling buck about it, eddie immediately seeking out buck to talk out the problem and let buck in on what's going on with him is important information to be included with all the other important information we are learning about eddie's story, one might say it's a fundamental part of it

To be honest, I was speccing that the episode would show how much Eddie relies on Buck’s support by showing him not there instead I got how much Eddie relies on Buck’s support by showing him there. And that feels bigger to me.
