soooooo i’m back!

i’ve put on so much weight, i’m so disappointed in myself. 

literally from the moment i got a boyfriend i put all of our plans and all the cute exciting relationship things in front of eating well and exercising. 

but now i’’m 6 months down the line and i just feel disgusting all the time - i’ve got to make the change now before i ruin everything. 

sooo i’m back on the fitblr train now wooooo..!

i just had honestly one of the strangest/upsetting experiences ever.

So yesterday me and the bf did the sex and we didnt realize until the end but the condom had split literally in half. We panicked a bit but then we rationalized like its okay i’m on the pill and we googled what to do. Everything was saying that even if you are on the pil then you should still go and get the morning after pill. 

This morning i called the pharmacy to check i can buy it over the couter and that they had some in stock etc they said yep come down whenever you want. 

When i got there the lady i spoke to shouted out for the pharmacist to do a consult on the morning after pill, like yeah great thank you lady. Then i was taken into a tiny room with this old man who couldnt have been younger than id say 55ish. He like sighed and went into the room and was like so why do you want it. I said well the condom broke yesterday we just want to be 100% sure and i explained that i do take a daily contraceptive pill but today is the start of my week break. Striaght away he said to me these actual words ‘why do you use condoms then?’ 

I was actually baffled. Then he was like just talking down to me saying ‘aren’t you being too overly precautios?’ i swear to god he genuinely looked baffled as to why i would use condoms AND be on the pill. But like i might be wrong but my nurse told me to use condoms even when im on the pill and the leaflet that comes inside the box of pills says to still use condoms etc etc. 

Anyway he pretty much told me whatever it will be fine and also don’t bother using condoms. 

Like i am 19 years old it’s the first time i’ve ever had t do anything like this concerning the morning after pill and i was doing it alone too. i was worried that this once accident could lead to me being pregnant and then i was shoved in a room and talked down to by a old man because of my choice of contraception. 

I just left feeling like pretty much belittled and i honestly cried while i was walking home. It was such a mind fuck because everything i’ve been told my whole like is use a condom, and then when i go for emergency contraception i’m told like why bother using condoms. 

very strange and very confusing and if i do end up being pregnant i 100% blame that old bloke.
