finished W3:D3 and W4:D1
I’m on a role. Sometimes I get really negative thoughts saying “you might as well give up, you’ll never make it anyway” and i’m telling that voice “I CAN!” :D
I don’t care how long it takes me or how many times I have to start over this c25k program. i will not give up. I know becoming fit and healthy doesn’t happen over night it might take me months or years to get to where I want to be. I won’t give up! :)

Finished W3:D2 :)
Yep! I finished W3:D2 of c25k! I’m actually kinda speeding through the beginning of the program because back in April I actually got to week 7 but then fell of the wagon.
I’m trying so hard to keep up with it and stay strong. My ultimate goal has always been to get out of the 200′s with my weight. I’m hoping if I keep up with c25k and eat cleaner it will happen! fingers crossed! :)
