A friend of yours invited you to attend at her theatral show. You've already assisted to some of her recitation so you knew she usually sings, dances and recites poetry (obviously dependind on the show). This time it was different. The whole performance was about the idea of vital energy with her performing complicate yoga poses, breathing techniques and wild dancing almost till exhaustion, without a defined script; she just "followed the flow". You'd never expected what happened at the end: she removed all her clothed and remained completeley naked in front of the whole audience. Like it wasn't enough embarassing, she took the microphone she used to sing during some part of the exhibition and placed it on her chest. "BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM..." the sound of her heart beating like crazy filled the whole room. "If only you could feel my heartbeat like I'm feeling it right now - she said - but through my microphone you can at least imagine it". The strenous pulsation, so visible on her chest, gave you one more hint and her most vital organ, the source of her life, appeared clearly in your mind. The lights went out, marking the end of the performance but with the mic still opened her heartbeat kept echoiung in the dark.
BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM

Nicole, who has never practiced any particular sport in her life beside some long walks in the weekend, decided to join the Football Team of the University in which she works. Obviously you have to pass some physical exams and tests in order to join. One of them consists in a series of consecutive sprints of increasing lenght along the playground. Immediately after the run she will have to stand behind a special see-through screen with some scientists from the cardiology department looking closely at her beating heart in order to assess the capability of the organ to sustain strenous efforts. The ecg recorded by a wearable device (held during the whole test) will be depicted on the screen to as a microphone will record her heartbeat. You can see through the eyes of one of those scientists, looking at Nicole's body and heart through the screen, disconcerted by the fact that she seemingly surpassed her maximum heart rate (220 - her age) and is probably going to have a cardiac arrest very soon.

case: "frncscsm-25349"
Short report: The woman's body (around 30 yo) was found in the living room, supine. Her pale blue dress was cut open at the level of her chest, apparently torn. At her mediastinum a deep penetrating wound was clearly visible, extending from her left mid clavicle till the center of her chest. Apparently it was caused by at least three sharp razor-like instrument. The wound was profound, deep inside her chest with some internal organs visible. Her heart was removed and was lying few centimeters near her body, left side. The amount of the victim's blood in the crime scene shows that the victim's heart removal was practiced while she was still alive. In the opposite direction a stethoscope was found. All around the body, bloody footprints from an unknown human-sized animal were present. The living room was upside down with the window broken from the inside. Police report that her husband, a scientist investigating on some anomalies in the area where they recently bought home, was missing. Note: the woman's heart was inexplicaby still beating.

Around 5 million americans experience heart failure and 250k die of it annually. Incidence and prevalence are arising given the increasing average age of the population and the life style deterioration. Despite improvements in the therapies, prognosis for heart failure remains poor with a probability of 20% of death after 1 year from the diagnosis and >80% after 8 years. Of them up to 50% are unexpected, an event called "sudden cardiac death" (SCD). SCD is produced by a lethal cardiac arrhythmia, most often ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation with bradyarrhythmias and pulseless electrical activity occurring less frequently and generally in hearts with more advanced structural disease. Mechanical or vascular catastrophes like a pulmonary embolus or cardiac or vascular ruptures are also possible causes.
She's just standing in the living room of her new home after another long and stressful day at work. She used to be quite athletic practicing cyclism at a competitive level but thing changed and now even a flight of stairs seems too much. She has now a completely sedentary life style passing the whole day at the office. Relying on fat/sugar rich comfort food is typical in these cases as it is to binge drink during dinner. With some individual predisposition all the risk factors are present and now her heart has become too weak. If you could look through her chest you'd see that her myocardium (muscular wall of the heart) has become too thin like it would have been for any neglected muscle. Fat buildups in her coronary arteries realized small, localized and silent infarctions making her heart even weaker. It would be enough to put an ear on her chest and just listen to her beats to realize there's something wrong with it but who ever goes to the doctor in time? Her heart stumbles, skips and takes pauses continuously... each beat can be last one. Suddenly her heart throughs a PVC but this time the classical pause after it lasts for too long turning into asystole, her heart gives up and stops beating.
I remember I once saw an autopsy of a woman died of this condition. Her heart literally looked like and had the same consistency of a plastic baloon filled with water.

A crude story:
It is belived that gladiatrices (female gladiators) actually existed, even if informations about them are scarce.
Flavia is a quite well known gladiatrix, specialised in using a long 2 handed sword. Usually, to have a proper defence while not having a shield, she wears a complete armour for her entire body or at least something to protect her most vulnerable part like the chest or the head but this time it won't be necessary. Matches are almost always a secret to participants but sometimes a gladiator can use their influence or money to corrupt officials and gain some knowledge on what is going to happen. She will face a criminal sentenced to the capital punishment in the arena, something not to worry about. In order to save energies for the next fight she decides to not wear her armour, not even the chest piece and utilize just a simple steal pauldron for her left guard.
Sadly for her the official manager this time made a mistake.
You are an experienced gladiatrix pikeman with years of fighting in the arena behind you. As soon as you entere the fighting area you notice something curious: your opponent, Flavia, that famous gladiatrix, is wearing just a water green coloured tunic (with her left breast exposed) and nothing more than a pauldron as an armour. Everybody knows that a swordsman is already in a disadvantage against a pikeman; to join the fight almost naked is simply stupid.
You're standing in front of her, the countdown is running and even if she looks quite calm on the outside there's a strange rhythmic and fast sound echoing almost inaudible nearby... is it her hammering heartbeat?
The fight starts with the public screaming of excitement. You start striking your strongest blows and just after a few blocks, fighting completely passive, she's already exhausted, gasping for air. You relize that inside she's in panic and you know that in few rounds she'll be completely out of stamina so you restart striking.
Each time you suspend your attack she looks more and more drained with the simple act of breathing becoming a burden.
Suddenly you change tactic: instead of keep going on with the attack till total exhaustion, you decide to break her guard with a flat attack using the rod of your pike. The blow is so strong dhe immediately lose her sword violently opening her arm, exposing her full chest.
Your "hunter instinct" immediately identify the target you have to hit to rapidly put an end to the fight: there, few inches above the line that connects her nipples, a little on her left, Flavia's heart is struggling to keep her alive. Her most vital organ is protected only by a thin layer of skin and bones and it's beating so fast it's almost visible on the surface.
Rapidly you direct your weapon to the point you identified. The point of the pike almost ignores the defences nature gaves to her body that obviously didnìt evolved to protect her from steel and sticks right in the center of her heart. She immediately throw open her eyes, her scream completely covered by the public's ovation.
For an instant you seem to feel her pulse propagating through the pike... you rotate the rod to infict more damage and then retract the weapon.
Even if being very strong and well trained, basically cut in half, her heart stops beating almost immediately with just few fibers trying desperately to keep her alive.
In total despair she alternatively looks at you and at the wound on her chest, totally aware of what has happened. She brings her right hand in between her breasts, where her chest should be vibrating like an earthquake over her hammering heart, without feeling any pulse she whispers: "my heart... you hit it" and collapses on the ground.

Kym, your girlfriend, invited you to assist at her theathral show. It's a musical in which she will be the main character and she will have to dance and sing for about a couple of hours. Obviously you're attending and obviously you are sitting in the first row. The spectacle it's actually entertaining and fun and she's really skilled as a dancer. At the final act she's going to perform a solo choreography while singing a song. She wears a couple of black heels, a pair of black trousers larger at the end and a green corset. The whole thing is obviously a success but beside the fact that she looks really attractive, even if quite exhausted, you notice something peculiar: as she's sitting in a squat position the mic she's wearing under the corset is probably picking up her heartbeat that is transmitted through the speakers as a very fast "thud-thud" that's filling the whole room. Rapidly your mind makes you see through her skin and ribs and there it is: her heart is pounding like crazy in the middle of her chest. You remember each time you laid your head on her breasts to listen to her powerfull beatings. You remember that slight murmur she has, the reason why sometimes her heart skips a beat but such a wonderful and lovely sound can be nothing except the idea of health. Through the speakers you can actually hear a lot of skips and this makes the situation even hotter. Suddenly she opens her eyes. She sees you in the first row and whispers: "I love you" Her heartbeat is the perfect soundtrack for this moment.

Lillian was attending the Grand Gala when suddenly she collapsed on the ground. The party was intended for guests from the show business and social media world plus it was organized in a very sparsely populated area between woods and hills so the probability to have a quick response of well trained rescue personnel was really low. This fact was well known to the party organizers so, for the worst case scenario, they bought the lastest discovery in the first aid and medical emergency field: a completely automated CPR machine.
When Lillian hit the ground the first thought of everyone was that she just drank too much... how it was possible something serious with such a young and beautiful IG influencer?
Everything became clear very rapidly though when the waiters ran to her and by palpating her carotid, considering it seemed she was not breathing, they discovered that her heart was literally not beating at all.
They screamed for help, asking to bring the CPR machine that was held in a closet nearby. As soon as it was available (being unable to perform CPR by themselves) they start the procedures to deploy the machine. First they broke her black sheath dress to expose her full chest, the machine needs a direct contact with the skin in order to assess the real patient's condition. Then they placed the machine's rear support under Lillian's upper back and sealded it through silicon belts with a piston like engine that must be placed right over the victim's lower sternum, basically over the heart (on the manual there's a picture about how to find it). The machine is able to scan the victim's internal organ and depict it's heart on a small tablet where instructions or statements will appear on the screen.
Once turned on, Lillian's poor heart appeared clearly on the tablet with a small crowd of people gathering there to see what was going on. The organ showed some rhythmic spasms as it was still trying to beat but without success. The machine quickly understood that that rhythm was incompatible with life and rapidly started the resuscitation procedure. The piston, which is the main body of the machine, started pressing with great force on Lillian's chest, squeezing her severely damaged heart, trying to sustain an artificial blood flow to her brain to keep it enough oxygenated before irreversible damages arise. The compressions are so strong her entire torso is shaken with her recently augmented breasts bouncing here and there, the heart on the screen appeared to be squeezed like a baloon filled with water when you press on it with your entire body.
After 30 compressions the machine delivered a single electric shock in order to reset the heart electrical activity hoping it would restart beating normally. The pause after the shock left anyone with bated breath -Lub dub- the machine recorded and trasmitted through a speaker what seemed to be a normal beat, that was clearly visible also on the screen. Lub-dub, another one fortunately, maybe the procedure was a success. The beats slowed down, then came a long pause, another regular beat and finally the spasms again.
After the third cycle something different happened: the shock was followed by a brief complete asystole, a normal beat, an extrasystole and then nothing, the organ stood still, immobile in front of everyones' eyes.
The machine started the fourth cycle but this time nothing happened at all: after the strong squeezes and the electrical shock the organ seemed to remain completely lifeless, immobile like a red rounded rock.
While someone started crying compressions started for a fifth time with the machine desperately working on Lillian's heart. The cycle ended and everyone remained motionless and quite, exactly like her heart. She was lying on the ground with her dress in tatters, her naked chest wrapped tightly inside an immobile CPR machine. Her skin started to become pale as on the screen phrases like: "Procedure ineffective" and "Irreversible cardiac arrest" appeared. Finally came the verdict: "No electrical activity detected, patient deceased", the lack of oxygen has became too svere and her brain and her heart sustained too many damages to restart.
People started screaming, her red lipstick in a surreal and macabre contrast against the almost white rest of her body.
Lillian's life ended at 32 for a sudden cardiac arrest which causes would have been assessed by the coroner the day after.

Few days ago I was watching TV news and they were talking about a ceremony carried out during the last part of the year. It's a debutante ball between the cadets of a military academy and some young ladies chosen through a public competition. At a certain point the speaker said something like this: "It is when the begin of the dance is announced that the young ladies' heart... starts beating like crazy". I decided to represent that moment.

You're at the university, sitting in the class waiting for the anatomy lesson to start when the professor shows herself literally topless (actually, she's always been a little "over the top") and writes on the board the topic for today: the cardiovascular system.
She sits on a footstool in front of the class and you can clearly see that, painted on her chest, there's an anatomically correct drwaing of her own heart with some numbers. She starts with a simple explaination of the anatomical placement and structure of the heart and that there are five points in which you can listen to the sounds generated by the organ to assess its valves proper functioning: the auscultation points of the heart.
While explaining she writes them down on a paper board prepared next to her.
"The number one you can clearly see on my chest is the place to listen to the aorta valve which I remind you is placed between mine -and yours- left ventricle and the rest of your body. You can find it on the second intercostal space, right side of the sternum. Number two represent the place to listen to the pulmonic valve that separates the right ventricle to the pulmonary circulation. This time, again second intercostal space but on the left side of the sternum. The Erb's point can be found under number 3 where you can listen better to the S2 sound made by my aortic valve. You can find it on the third intercostal space, left sternum border. The number 4 identifies the tricuspid valve, which has three leaflets and it's placed between my right atrium and right ventricle and you can find it on the fourth intercostal space, left sternum border. On the number 5 there's the mitral valve, two leaflets this time, that in me it's a little leaky and in all of us separate the left atrium to right atrium. This point is placed on the fifth intercostal space on the mid clavicular line, a little more distal from the sternum than the other points where my left breast makes it harder to find it...."
While she's still talking your immagination starts flying. The drawing on her chest disappears and you can clearly see through her skin and bones her heart beating while your ears are filled by the strong sound of its beats, interrupted sometimes by premature ventricular contraction induced by her leaky mitral valve and the stress she's obviously experiencing while holding a lesson topless in front of the whole class. Whith a knowing look she invites you to take a listen...
Your daydreaming is suddenly interrupted by her saying some magical words:
"Ok now, take your stethoscopes and come here! On turn you are going to carefully auscultate me on each point and describe on fine details what you can hear cause something similar will be a topic for the exam!"
The dream comes true.

The price for the best Halloween costume goes to Samantha that amazed all the guests with a really peculiar suit: her own "meat suit".
She decided to try one of the most recent discoveries from the Heart Laboratories. That's a pill that, thanks to a mix of antibodies linked to a classified substance, selectively target unique histological structures turning invisible the majority of the body while leaving visible only the whole head, bones, main vassels and the heart. It was developped for medical purposes but the CEO of the laboratory decided to make it available to the public, for a brief period of time, during the festivity, for marketing reasons.
The effect is temporary so when she arrived at the party, she went to the bathroom, took the pill and waited. When her body became invisible she removed the top of her dress and returned to the party, to everyone amazement.
Guests are so astonished they decide to let her do a small "fashion show" around the room and film it.
She's now standing close to a wall. A pair of boots, a leather skirt and gloves are the only things covering her body while you can literally see her rib cage and her beating heart in the middle of her chest.

This young doctor decided to test on herself a stress test with the step machine on her study and to film the thing with a camera so that she can see the results on her heart looking at a see through device. Obviously she's going to steth herself through the whole time with a steth that is also linked to the camera to realize a recording of her own beats. Unfortunately she's not very athletic so she exaggerated and now her heart is beating very fast and quite irregular and it seems it's not going to calm down very soon.

She's alone for days, weeks, months sometimes with her husban always outside for a reason or another.
Today she's sitting on the wodden edge of their garden swimming pool in their empty new house feeling lonely like never before.
She looses her cyan-colored dress with floreal patterns she bought on purpose to look better to his eyes that now barely see her and starts touching herself.
You can see her slightely enlarged heart by binge-drinking and sadness beating away.

It has been an harsh time for her. Workload almost tipled in the last months and with all the taxes and debts to pay she had to take everything on her own shoulders. There's no time to workout (not that she ever liked it) so to relax and fight the stress she relied a lot more on smoking. Today she has an important appointment with the lawyer after the work shift, an appointment she can't afford to miss. According to the Murphy's Law when something can go wrong it surely goes wrong and obviously a car crash made the traffic to jam. She's already late and the more time passes the higher her anxiety gets... She finally reaches the palace where the lawyer has his firm, obviously at the tenth floor and what else could have gone wrong? The elevator is out of service. "Ok Jade, you're completely out of shape and already out of breath but you're also 7 minutes late and you have to climb these stairs as fast as a lightning!!" She thinks to herself. Not even a decathlete would have made it as fast but once on the top, gasping as hell, suddenly she's struk by a strange sharp painful sensation in the center of her chest. The discomfort rapidly radiates to her whole left chest, her left arm, her back and up to the jaw. It is enough painful that she has to lean on the wall trying to not fall on the ground. She places her right hand over her heart where this sensation is the worst. Under her fingers she can clearly feel her heart beating like crazy and very ahrrythmic. As if it wasn't enough she feels like a steel ball was chained to it, pressing her heart with all its weight like it was trying to prevent it from beating. Her body knows that there's something wrong and her sympathetic nervous system is triggered giving her vertigo and nausea.
Symptoms described are related to a condition known as "angina". It happens when the coronary arteries, that are needed to bring oxygen and nutrients to the hear, are unable to fullfill the organ's need. Angina can be divided into a chronic coronary artery disease where, mainly due to an uncorrect life style (heavy smoking, drinking, eating and excessive stress), plaques build up in the lumen of the coronary arteries narrowing them. When the heart asks for more oxygen, like after phisical efforts, the need can't be satisfied and the organ starts to suffer giving a painful sensation (stable angina). The more occluded are the coronaries the lighter is the physical (or emotional) effort needed to trigger it. Things go bad when the condition turns into acute. In this case, after a series of molecular events, the plaque starts a coagulation cascade. The blood clot rapidly grows and completely block the artery causing a myocardial infarction (unstable angina). This condition can also be realized without a plaque when a coronary artery gets closed (or almost closed) by a spasm caused by chemicals or by psychological conditions. Symptoms of chronic coronary artery disease usually doesn't arise suddenly, they are felt as relatively bearable during the everyday life, getting worse over time and ignored till they become severe and dangerous. That's exactly what she did: each time she run up the stairs, she carried heavy loads, she had to fullfill impossible tasks at work and she felt her heart rate to rise she noticed a strange sensation in the chest and simply ignored it. Now those 10 floors of stairs in a row were simply too much and as she realizes she's having an heart attack, with her smartwatch in full alarm mode, she screams for help... hoping it's not too late.

While visiting the anatomical art exhibition organized at the university your attention is caught by a stand dedicated to the human heart and its superficial anatomy. There, a model is standing completely naked; a pink and white circle is painted on her chest exactly where her heart is placed (that seems quite visible by itself given the fact that you can clearly see it beating on her chest). Three electrodes are placed on her chest, connected with arrows to the circle. In front of her there's a caption, a red button and an headset hanging on a small holder. She's also wearing a stethoscope on her lower chest, held by an elastic belt. The caption has a brief anatomical description of the human heart but also states that you can listen live to her heartbeat by wearing the headset. You take the headset and start listening; the sound is clear and steady, interrupted only by some occasional and interesting extrasystoles. The caption says that you can also see her heartbeat by pressing on the button, this will activate a special paint making it visible. You press the button. Soon the light on the model goes out and when she reappears she's almost entirely covered by a body painting that represent different portions of her internal organs and systems, included her beating heart. The caption says that the dynamic heart you're seeying on her chest is actually syncronized with her real heartbeat thanks to the three electrodes on her chest. The opera is of such quality that the beating drawing represents also the extrasystoles she's having and that you can clearly hear too.

Here I wanted to write something about a thing that is not so obvious as it seems.
Imagine you are hiking with some friends. You are all on a pretty steep lawn directed toward a mountain retreat on the top of the slope. At a certain point you turn on the side and see one of your friends that's taking a rest. She looks pretty tired: her grey t-shirt with a blue mandala on the chest has evident sweat stains and she's breathing heavily (the walk is not so hard but she's not very fit and this particular part of the trail is pretty intese). Being a cardiophile you can't avoid thinking about how hard her heart is hammering in her chest... but which is the reason?
Our bodies are electro-chemical machines that are alive because they're able to realize chemical reactions that are thermodinamically unfavourite. The same chemicals thrown on a table would do nothing. Those reactions become possible because they are associated with other highly favourite reactions of which the most common is the one called ATP hydrolysis, where ATP is consumed and becomes ADP. In order to stay alive you have to recharge ATP. To do so all the eukaryotic cells (of which humans are formed) rely on a series of reactions called "Aerobic glycolysis".
The first step is the glycolysis. Here a molecule of glucose (a sugar) with 6 atoms of carbon (C6) is demolished into pyruvate, made of 3 carbons (C3). this reaction by itself is able to recharge ATP but the yeld is scarce and part of it is immediately utilized to make the same reaction possible.
Pyruvate enters into a cicle of different reactions known as the Krebs Cycle or the tricarboxylic acids cycle. Here is produced the CO2 that you breath out.
These two part of the Aerobic Glycolysis is mainly devoted to the "production" of a huge amount of electrons (e-) that through carriers are directed towards the inner membrane of the mitochondrion (a small organelle inside the cell). Here they pass through a series of transporters and are finally discharged onto the O2, that you breath in, turning it into H20. Electrons passing through the transporters are able to create a huge concentration of H+ in between the two membranes of the mitochondrion. This concentration of ions provides enough energy to activate a "machine" that is able to recharge an important amount of ATP (32 molecules per single glucose molecule). This final part of the process is known as Oxydative Phosphorylation.
Muscle contractions, nerve impules, intracellular cascades of events, different molecules production and more and more are all activities that consume ATP. When the activity is increased, cells take more oxygen from the blood because they are consuming more ATP and they have to recharge it. This causes an O2 circulating level decline. The reduction of circulaing oxygen is sensed by the body's nervous system that triggers the respiratory and cardiovascular ones to work harder to compensate and provide more O2. The heart beats stronger and faster as faster becomes the respiration. The increased activity makes your body temperature to raise and the body starts sweating to cool down, considering that it is made to work only in a defined range of temperatures. The ensable of these events gives the typical "exhausted look".
The physical effort she has sustained has created a huge demand of O2 in her body cause it is now consuming a lot of ATP that must be recharged otherwise it will simply stop working (you have a cramp when that part of the muscle doesn't receive enough blood and is no more able to recharge enough ATP). The reduced amount of O2 at high altitude is not helping so that's why her heart is beating at around the 88% of her maximum heart rate and she look completely worn.

A dark story:
Miss J is giving a speech about another revolutionary service she's releasing into the market. She's the founder and the CEO of the "Jg Technologies" an enterprise specialized in IT solutions that is rapidly becoming one of the richest companies in the world thanks to the innovations it is introducing, most of which are directly attributable to her. She's been recognized by the major economic forums and journals as one of the smartest young entrepreneurs of the globe. Sadly you can not revolutionize the world without consequences, especially when billions of dollars are involved and her excessively quick success made a lot of her competitors loose too much money.
You are a contractor from a private military company specialized in "discreetly solving" problems and you've been hired to put an end to her rising empire before it's too late for your mandator. For this occasion you planned a very peculiar operation: while you were collecting infos about her through espionage you saw she've been secretly brought to a private clinic when she experienced a fainting after a shower. They performed on her a very accurate cardiac assessment to find nothing more than minor arrhythmias due to a minor heart defect, something not to worry about so the event was probably attributable to nothing more than an excessive hot water and too much stress. Sometimes heart defect are associated to sudden cardiac events and this gives you a perfect occasion to stage a sudden death for cardiac reasons. The authorities and the journalists, investigating on her past, will surely find that hospitalization and will confirm the cause of her death. Her company's actions will loose an enormous amount of value given the censorship about her condition and her sudden death, enough value for the Jg Technologies to be dismembered or acquired. To put in act your plan you are utilizing an experimental device (disguised as a camera) that was originally designed to energize from the distance electrical circuits through a directed magnetical field. The scientifical division of your company rapidly bought its license and turned it into a weapon. Her heart can be easily considered an electrical machine and the impulse you're going to give her should be strong enough to lead it into a lasting and irreversible ventricular fibrillation.
She's standing behind the lectern in front of a screen where a power point of her project is projected. She's talking to an enormous amount of people reunited here with you in this luxury hotel conference room. You point towards her your fake camera and turn it on. Through the screen she clearly appears: she's wearing a yellow suit with a white shirt; simple but elegant, you'd never thought about something different for a young brilliant woman. The device starts scanning for electrical impules generated from her body, you need to be precise about where to fire the em pulse. Suddenly there it is: the electrical pulse that start in her SA node and travels down towards her ventricle is depicted on the screen, more or less in the center of her chest. The device, thanks to the modifications realized by the scientific division, extrapolates an image of her chest and her beating heart with sound while it takes the aim for the beam. "Lub-dub, lub-dub, lub-dub" you listen to her quite agitated beats at around 135 bpm, she's smart but also human and young and to talk in front of a huge audience is having an impact on her heart too, making what is going to happen even more realistic. The energy beam is fully charged and rapidly delivered to her heart through an almost invisible light that gets confused with the other flashes from the other cameras in the room. What was once a rhythmic even if quite fast beat immediately turns into pure chaos with each of her heart cells now contracting completely randomly under the influence of the projected energy field. The device turns off giving a final image of her fibrillating heart while she starts experiencing the symptoms of heart failure. Her speech is continuously interrupted by the necessity to take more air: "Sorry... I'm completely out of breath..." she says at a certain point but the deep breaths she's taking seems completely ineffective to her. She brings her right hand on her chest and starts gasping tryng to take deeper and deeper inspirations. With the energies rapidly living her body and her skin now pale/reddish and her veins bulging outside for her blood is no more returning to her failing heart she says: "I think my heart stopped" with the most terrified voice anyone ever heard. Her arm falls on her hip as she looses consciousness, the audience starts screaming and her lifeless body falls on the ground with her head hitting the wall. It's time for you to leave the room, mission accomplished.
