I realized I'm never going to finish the page with these sketches….. I just need to put it out there and move on. Lore:

A little bit of Exorcist and Queen Bee lore. The Exorcists are angels of the Force. They were created by Cain and Azrael to protect paradise. They can help people on earth, but most often they exterminate demons and sinners.

In my AU Vaggie and Lute were friends/rivals, and initially they only had numbers, with names given to them by Adam. But the more Vaggie learned about the life of sinners the more she doubted the idea of paradise, she told her experiences to Lut and realized that no one shared her thoughts. After much doubt, she went to her superiors and was reassured that Vaggie was mistaken and a potential traitor. So at the first opportunity Lut banished Vaggie, took her halo, ripped out her eye and cut off her wings.

And a little bit about the Queen Bee. In my AU, she's only a substitute for her father's sin of Gluttony. The real Beelzebub in my AU is a monstrous predatory plant. Beelzebub was a false god because of which he paid the price and was defeated by Yahweh, but thanks to Beelzebub there are plants in hell. The Queen Bee is his daughter and while her father is hibernating/dead she replaces him in the post of mortal sin.

I need to fill that family gap. And so Seth. The third son of Adam and Eve, outwardly he looks more like Eve. Adam unknowingly fostered a terrible hatred of Cain in his descendants, and God didn't immediately warn of Cain's special “blessing” because he hoped he wouldn't be sought after. God is not the most prudent person and his rule is more like a Sims game…. So when Seth had a goal to punish the murderer (there were no specific laws or guidelines at the time), when his children were grown he left home with a few allies and in the south they found cities that Cain had built for his children (Ancient civilizations like Greece, Egypt and Mesopotamia). In Egypt they had a conflict in which Seth almost died and his body and mind were appropriated by a desert spirit, and Cain fled to Asia (In Egypt, Cain was associated with Osiris). Seth himself passed on to his children the knowledge of astronomy to the Egyptians and Greeks

Yo. I actually have a lot of questions about the Vivien universe….. Like how the hell does it build infrastructure?! Also, the visuals of the cities and the extras make it look like no one lives in hell. There are literally two scenes where you'd think it's not a ghost town… But damn it, it's a metropolis in a country with an overpopulation problem! There those damn houses should be on top of each other because people always build upwards when trying to fit more people in one area.

In my AU I fixed this problem…. Hell was enlarged and the whole pride ring is built on a pentagram, there are many layers and it looks like an anthill. It itself is more like a black hole that expands as people's sins accumulate. Roo is in the depths of this abyss, it is imprisoned under many seals with different origin stories, but each seal becomes the basis for a ring. By the way, my overlord is not just a demon with the earth, so there are more overlords, but the most powerful own the territory that is inside the pentagram. In the very center of Hell is a church that is partly the tallest building in Hell (if the demonic buildings are higher when purging them demolished). In addition to the church in the center lives nobility and heretics.

Paradise is a small planet, the moon, only the victors live there and it is Jesus' territory.

In my Hazbin AU, all religions are connected. Pagans and polytheists are descended from Chaos, while coreligionists are interpretations of Yahweh's teachings. Yahweh created humans, and Chaos and his children created the earth.

So they're all related.

I haven't seen it illustrated yet, so…

I feel like we don't give enough appreciation to the fatherly side of the gods. How about Zeus, who taught young Artemis archery? How about Poseidon, who proudly made Triton his herald? How about Ares, who carefully brushed Eros' wings? How about Hades, who lovingly lulled baby Zagreus to sleep? How about THAT

Well, I think Emily is a bit of an unnecessary character in the story, so I replaced her with Jesus. Jesus is motivated to protect sinners, he believes they can reform, and he gave his life for them, which makes exterminations unacceptable to him. (In my AU, heaven thought the exterminators were destroying demons, not sinful souls. For when hundreds of uniformed men descend into hell every year at the head of Adam it's too conspicuous. And Lute has real sinners' blood on his armor. Which makes the seraphim either idiots or blind.)

And so… A little bit about Cain.

The show doesn't mention where the angelic steel comes from and why it can kill not only sinners but angels as well. In my AU, angel steel is Cain's creation. (By the way, in the Bible, Cain's family is very technologically advanced, Cain built the first city and his descendant Tubal-cain was the first metalworker). Before the exile, Cain was very industrious, and very much like his father, and unlike Abel he had a wife. In my AU, Cain died in the flood, since it was a divine cleansing and Cain's powers cannot be above God. After his death he went to hell and erected the first buildings, after Jesus sacrificed himself the heavenly court considered all the sinful souls that went to hell. Jesus was sure that sinful souls could be redeemed and some important people for heaven were justified. Cain was one of them, together with Azrael they created the angels of the Force to fight demons or other enemies (Gentile religions). He is now in charge of metal in heaven.

Okay. I've read a lot about religion and if we can only get to heaven because of Jesus, where was Abel all this time? (That dude God didn't even resurrect, he's only needed in the Bible to reveal Cain...). So in my version, he's in limbo. A place where sinners or victors can't go and only a narrow circle of people know of its existence. Limbo is a place of oblivion, the river Lethe is connected with limbo because of what the inhabitants of limbo almost do not remember who they are and what happened, they just wander there, there are no usual colors and technologies and feelings in principle....
