genuinely hate the mindset of sh streaks. Like “oh yeah I was clean for 6 months but then I cut once so now it doesn’t matter” like no. You still spent however much time clean, and you should be proud of yourself for that! So what you broke your streak, you still spent time clean. Idk recovery isn’t linear, and the work you put in before isn’t worthless after relapsing. If keeping track of ur streak makes u happy, then go for it! Just don’t beat urself up if/when it gets broken. Ur more than a measurement of time❤️❤️❤️
