This is Dirk Strider, the post-scratch incarnation of Dave’s Bro. He’s not actually Bro Strider since they’re from completely different timelines, for example Bro is from the Beta-timeline while Dirk is from the alpha.

They still look pretty similar right? Sure they both have the black triangle shades and an interest in puppets but guess what, they still aren’t the same person.
