raise your hand if you only sided with the institute because that's what your son wanted despite only hearing the worst things about them for months, hoping you could go in and change things up since your son wanted a new perspective in charge of things, and as time goes on worse and worse things are being revealed and you're getting overwhelmed by the ethics of these scientists but you chalk this up to your "old fashioned" sensibilities and telling yourself that everything they do is for the betterment of humanity until you finally reach a breaking point when they start to bring your very own ghoul settlements into the discussion and you have to interrupt this particular experiment *raises hand* just me cool

you know what, i think i'll just keep him... like i'm the director of the institute anyway, therefore he is within institute custody and carrying out my will. tbh i think he is most useful for making humans more comfortable with synths. i am still concerned that i immortalized kellogg in synth form, but i haven't seen any evidence besides that one time. anyway, i don't know what more kellogg could do to hurt me. but i won't be getting too attached to nick any time soon.
