Shamanism is not a spiritual journey, it is a way to a spiritual journey. Sometimes it just comes out of me. Studies in the Estonian Art Academy helped a lot with the fenno ugry thing. There was a professor who said that inside of every Estonian there is a shaman, you have to bring it out.
