OJT EXPERIENCE OF ORTIBANO
Memories
January 22, 2018, seven person from the grade 12 HUMSS was deployed to police station 6 Bula to comply their 80 hours immersion. As one of the member of that group I was very excited on what was the real feeling to be in a true to life police station. The moment we entered the police station, we were shook because of the prisoners eyes are all watching us, also the smell was quiet not really good. SPO3 Quintella was the desk officer that time, He told us to proceed inside the administrative section, they did not really entertain us maybe because they were busy and each of them has their own obligation. All of us just sat there the whole day it really feel so awkward, we were not really aware of what the people doing. But although the experiences that we've gone through we are still blessed because some of them are friendly and some also gave us their knowledge about what is a police officer doing, they also suggest us on what we really want to happen in our lives. We also witnessed different kinds of happening inside that place, we also learned many things about the law that they are implementing.
We never really know what we should do, thats why we did not do anything we are just observing, we also thought that we should not intervene through their job becausr their job are confidential, the only thing we can do for them is to assist them from what they are doing, only if we are asked to. There are also police operations happening but we are not allowed to go with them because it is too dangerous, there are also some college interns that are deployed there thats why instead of us they more likely take the interns with them. We also decided to have our team leader to serve as the representative of our group, we've chosen Benito Ramos which is the very active in our group. We've been oriented by the heads of that station thrice. First is Police Inspector Raymundo Magno Oquendo who is the chairman  of the Police station 6, second is Police Chief Police Inspector Brian Oneil Salvacion who is the main head of Police station 6, third is the incharge of the WCPD (Women and children's protection desk) it tackles about the protection of every woman and children and also their benefits. We really admired them for their jobs.
In our last week, we were very thankful because we can finally rest. I arrived at the police station early, even the police officers are not used to arrive there early, due to lack of police officers I was the one who was told to be incharge and I was instructed to answer the call if ever there will be. Also that time there was a dead body found at the Phoenix gasoline station, that was also the reason why the police are not in the police station that time. We also witnessed PO1 Laulita recovering an evidence from a  buy bust operation, he showed us a 38 revolver pistol, live ammunition and a marijuana leaf and stalk, the suspect was only 19 years old. Why I chose to be assigned there is for the reason of planning to take a criminology course in college. Since I was a little child I already admired the policemen and their jobs, I just thought I also want to wear their uniform. Thier job is not a joke they risk their lives just to maintain peace in our community they are the true to life heroes. As I am about to finish my immersion I learned that reality is where the true action is, and it is way too far from movies and what we are expecting.

OJT EXPERIENCE OF OBIDA
Happy Experience
In my first day of OJT, I feel so nervous, as I enter the office in Bria Homes, Sir Dion Belmor orient the regulation and the important things inside the office. At first I feel shy because I’m a student but I tried my best to do my duty in the office. They are employees in Bria homes, for me, they are professionals. When I see the employees, I feel so nervous and excited as well, it was difficult for me to interact with them because they are professionals I trained my self like a professional like them. The employees were so nice and good to us. They treat me like an employee. Everyday, is a challenge for me to stand out in daily work in the office, so that I challenge my self to do my very best.Through this experience, I learned a lot of things. I learned to be patient in every work or task that was given to me even it is very difficult. Also , I put this in my personal experience on how to operate a Xerox machine. First I don’t know how to use it but Ma’am Yen teaches me how to operate it. I also experience posting through Facebook the details of Bria Homes because if I have a customer I have an extra commission, that’s why sir Dion said, we need to post. There are students in GFI, who got a customers, they receive a commission. Also, I experience important paper works, first I feel so nervous because it is difficult important but I push my self to do the task even it is difficult.

Autobiography of Ortibano
Chapter 1
The beginning of everything
April 12, 2000, I was born the first glimpse of my eyes gave joy to my parents and my siblings. I am the third child of Mr. and Mrs. Ortibano, they gave me my name Von which means hope and Willy that has a significant meaning of protection.
I was cherished and loved by my family, I owe my life to them. And by the time I open my palms as a child the page of my story started to move. I developed my personality in a peaceful place, where the environment is really a joyful place, In the place of Sarangani Province specifically in Alabel
Chapter 2
The beauty of life
As I grew up in this small town. I learned many things. My family is a quiet strict type of family that's why until now at my age I am still a family oriented person, The importance of family is a value to me, I studied grade 1 to grade 6 in Alabel Central Integrated SPED Center as a FL student, the memories of my childhood slowly coming back.
Thanks to my teachers and mentors back then, because of them I became what I am now they molded my personality and even my talents, I also learned that Life is like a sea you must be competitive enough in order for you to keep swimming and never be drowned.
Chapter 3
Different roads
As the time passed by I graduated elementary and became a high schooler, In my highschool days I experienced a lots of things, many ups and downs, Its like im mixed into a many varieties of people bigger environment and you should choose who and what person you choose to be with.
I maintained my section, there I've met many kinds of people I made myself comfortable and as the time passed I was to it, I feel great to be in that place, I stayed in Almamater Alabel National Highschool for 4 years and Im proud of it somehow we've made a lot of effort to lift the name of our school, I became a journalist joined many competition and sent to different kind of places to compete with many schools, I just missed that feeling.
Chapter 4
Preparation for the real world
As a teenager I learned a lot about life, but I guess my learnings are not enough for me to really understand life. My mindset as a child and as a teenager back then is all about fun. But I came to the fact that my clock is ticking, I must prepare for my future, for the life I really wanted to be in, those fun time is done, I know those experiences I wrote in my last chapter are just stepping stones for what is the real life is.
For now I focus on my future, not much fun as what I experienced back in my younger days. But it has a purpose why, I should prepare and try to be serious beacause Im facing the real deal, I can see myself as a soldier undergoing in an intense training for a battle, that battle is the real world. I have more chapters to accomplish, more chapters that I will be proud to write.
