update: binged for 3 days straight but went on vacation with my parents and managed to eat healthy ish + an average of 20k daily steps, manifest i didn't gain chat

i don't think i've ever been this emotionally stable for such a long period of time

i still do have a LOT of bad days, i DO struggle with triggers and slip ups, intrusive thoughts, 3ds, my old defense and coping mechanisms still pop up

i've always known healing isn't linear, it isn't quick, everyday i learn something new about myself, about my fears, my insecurities, the way i react to and cope and everyday i try my best not to let myself drown again

i'm almost 5 months sh free

and i still think about it, it's still the first thing that comes to mind when things get too overwhelming, there's chaos in every corner i turn

it is sO hard to heal

so much harder than giving in and conforming to what i've always known, but it's sosososo rewarding and worth it !! things will definitely get harder, you'll always have your brain nagging you, pulling you down, but you've got this !
