主觀評價:口感軟、味道乾淨。前段有水果酸香,後來轉變成水果成熟的香氣,例如成熟的鳳梨。中後段有股厚重、扎實的感覺,大概是適量的苦和豐富的味道變化帶來的。尾韻沒有有卡喉酸。
補充說明:近期把 Xbloom 使用的濾紙從 Kalita 155 改為 Xbloom 自家的濾紙。感覺不小心落在濾杯外且落入咖啡液裡的細粉變少了。對於味道的影響是變乾淨了。

tasting notes: “This is a bigger bodied Mejorado, offering up syrupy notes much in the likeness of a raspberry & nectarine coulis. On the warmer side, this profile is clean and balanced. As the cup cools, the fruit really shines with notes of pluot, honey and orange zest. This is an exceptional cup from one of the best in Ecuador.”
這包咖啡購買自 Xbloom。這是我第一次喝 Mejorado 這個品種,原意是「改良」的意思。基因檢定後發現大概是波旁與衣索比原生種的混種。
主觀評價:口感偏軟,帶有花香,尾韻微苦。

開箱! 依序從 第一 row 的左到右 再從 第二 row 的左到右 共五款。
第一 一開始巧克力微微苦 隨著外殼被咬碎 混合內餡 味道偏向脂肪香 帶點淡淡堅果香 尾韻是苦 類似中藥的單純的苦
第二 相比第一款一入口的味道比較甜 口感更絲滑 中後段有點酸點綴 配點烤過的杏仁香氣
第三 明顯的莓果的酸和氣味 中後段偏甜很多 也許是酸味襯出來的效果 整體有種熱帶水果的感覺
第四 前面有種檸檬塔的酸 接著是熟悉的溫和的巧克力風味 沒有特別酸或是特別苦 味道很平衡 很適合當吉拿棒的巧克力沾醬
第五 有點沈重的含蓄的酸 很像是糖漬的果醬 整體味道是濃厚的 口感黏稠的 很像是冬天在暖爐旁會喝的熱巧克力
