Ya'll ever think the Doctor's sonic screwdriver vibrates? Is he really destroying villains with a vibrator?

Will always be thinking of this until season 3 comes out
Quick lil question for you Mr Neil Gaiman sir
I remember seeing on Pinterest that you, at one point, answered a question something along the lines of "what's something that none of us will get until season 2?"
I now ask you: what's something none of us will understand until season 3?
Thank you,
a sandman/good omens fan
Pedometer.

Fully support this idea.
This is just a personal opinion, but I'll leave it here and you can decide what you want to do with it:
I don't follow the crowd with the 1941 scene just after Crowley handed Aziraphale the books he saved being the moment Aziraphale fell in love, or realized he was in love, with Crowley.
I don't buy it, because Aziraphale has ALWAYS looked at Crowley with hearts in his eyes.
Nope... Personally, I think that look in 1941 was because it was at that moment that Aziraphale realized it was actually possible Crowley might love him. Up until that night, all of Crowley's little acts had been passed of as part of "the game" or "the Arrangement" or brushed off as nothing by Crowley. But in 1941, Crowley did several pretty amazing things in quick succession, that simply had no other explanation but he cares about Aziraphale:
He deliberately set foot on consecrated ground with the sole purpose of keeping Aziraphale from getting blown sky-high by a bomb, or shot by Nazis.
He stayed there, in the church, with Aziraphale, knowing a bomb was coming, trusting the angel to protect him, with a full, open font of Holy Water very nearby.
In the midst of all of this, he had the forethought to save the case full of books that even Aziraphale had forgotten about in the mess of everything, simply because he knew Aziraphale would be distraught if they were destroyed.
All of this would have added up to Aziraphale to a sense of wonder, his heartbeat running faster as he contemplated the maybe, it might me possible, that Crowley might at least be capable of caring about him, and maybe, someday, that might turn into love.
That's what I've always read in that expression. No telling if I'm right, but it's what I'm going with.

Oh, dear. Oh, dear.
Just think about everything running through his mind in this exact second. How he must have held his breath while his heart strangely started hammering against his chest. His hands growing somewhat sweaty and his mouth dry as his eyes locked on the person that he just now realized he had been in love with for millenia.
All of that in this just very frame.

No words
Aziraphale: *Looking at Crowley, muttering under his breath* "Oh, dear, you're very effable."
Crowley: *Didn't hear him* "What?"
Aziraphale: "Ineffable! What did you think I said? Your taste in fashion is ineffable. Have you considered buying a new jacket? Tartan would look very good. To the bookshop, dear."

I need to think about this for awhile.
Crowley is a romantic. And they stole his love confession from him.
The confession we saw was rushed. I think Crowley could tell something was different. It was now or never. And thatโs why he started to confess then. But
his original plan was to take Aziraphale to the Ritz. They would get into the Bently, yellow tulips on the backseat, like we can see. Because yellow is pretty, like the angel said before. And A Nightingale Sang In Berkeley Square would play, he had put it on queue, we heard it. And they would get to the Ritz, have a wonderful breakfast. He would give him the flowers, take him back home, give him a lift, like in the movies, and then he would confess. And they could kiss at the door before they went inside.
But instead his confession was rushed and desperate and not at all like what they show in the movies. It was painfully real and unmagical.

Stanley Parable thing I noticed
So you know how when you do the escape pod ending, on the wall, it has the directions that says,ย โEntering the escape pod will initiate a relay that once triggered, can not be disabled or paused. Both the narrator and the player must be present in order for the escape sequence to play out as intended.โย
After finding out that small detail, I remembered that the narrator disappears during that ending. Iโm not sure if Iโm just jumping to conclusions, but maybe the narrator disappears in order for the sequence to fail and for the game to restart.
I know how much the developers put into the game, so maybe Iโm not jumping to conclusions. I just thought that was a really cool detail to share.
