Concept vs Final

Here is a comparison between my original concept drawing I submitted to Lucasfilm and the final original art I completed for my exclusive Celebration Europe print “I’m no one” 

You can see some of the changes I made to the final art by changing sizes and adding elements not seen in the original concept.

Star Wars The Force Awakens sketch cards sale

Here is a collection of “spec art” sketch cards I was asked to do by Topps for Lucasfilm and Bad Robot to approve me as an artist for The Force Awakens trading card sets. I’ve made them available for purchase on my etsy shop. You can message me if you would like to purchase one as they are one of a kind and first come first serve. 

I also have a number of other items including, sketch cards, various prints, and past Star Wars Celebration prints.

For your Rey artwork, did you use a computer program or by hand? It is beautiful! Big fan.

Thank you very much! It’s all done by hand traditionally. The medium is Acrylic and colored pencil.

Hi, I love your Rey themed art piece for Star Wars Celebration! If you don't mind me asking, what's the application and acceptance process for the art show? Thank you for your time!

Thanks, I’m getting a really great response on my piece! As for the process, you must be an official Lucasfilm artist, meaning that you must have created Star Wars artwork officially for Lucasfilm. Next is the concept submission where you send in your concept art for the piece. It can be rough or even final art. All submitted pieces are then presented to a Lucasfilm judging panel where they choose the art that will be present at Star Wars Celebration.
