Let us do the ministry because of the love of Jesus♥️

2 Corinthians 5:14-15 NIV

"[14]For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. [15]And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again."

Jesus did not sacrifice Himself just because it's the right thing to do. He did not give up His life because He's obligated to do that, nor because He was forced by His Father to do that, nor because He can easily accomplish that (sisiw lang). Nor for Him to have something to brag.

Jesus sacrificed Himself because He loves you and me♥️♥️♥️

1 John 3:16 NLT

"We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters."

Romans 5:8 NLT

"But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners."

So, everytime we serve the people of God let us follow the example of Christ, let us do it by love♥️ We serve them because we love them. And only in that way we will be productive in our ministry.

YES! God wants you to move on

Exodus 14:15 NIV

Then the Lord said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on.

During our time of need; even in a dead end situation we find hope in God who tells us to MOVE ON

How?

1. Moses learned from God that in a dead end situation, it's no longer a time to pray

- Notice what God said to him

"Why are you crying out to me?"

-The Hebrew word used for "crying out" is tsâ‛aq, which means "to cry, cry out, call, cry for help, cry out (in distress or need), to cry aloud (in grief)."

It means that because of their miserable situation Moses was praying to God, asking for help.

- But God questioned him, implying that it's no longer time to pray.

- So there's a time to pray, but there's also a time to move on.

Exodus 14:15 NLT

Then the LORD said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to me? Tell the people to get moving!

What God wants us to do?

He wants us to express our faith, trusting Him & believing in what He can do to help us.

John 5:8-9 NIV

[8]Then Jesus said to him, "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk." [9]At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked. The day on which this took place was a Sabbath,

- To move on is to do what God tells you to do or to OBEY HIM, if He's telling you to get up, express your faith by getting up.

It's making your faith alive & useful through your actions and not just by prayers:

James 2:17-22 NIV

"[17]In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. [18]But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. [19]You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that---and shudder. [20]You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless ? [21]Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? [22]You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did."

If you believe that God will give you a job, don't just stay in your room all day praying. But move on by getting up, prepare 100 resumes and go to 100 companies to submit them, keep moving believing that God already prepared a good job for you. Keep moving until you get employed or hired.
