i have asthma so absolutely cannot smoke but i want to participate in the social part of going out for a smoke- i blow bubbles. I have small bubble wands in all of my bags and i will join people for a smoke break and just whip out my little blue bottle of bubbles and start blowing bubbles

if you’re a baby trans and you haven’t started smoking cigarettes or vaping yet don’t. it’s actually not that hot or interesting. It will just cause you ungodly frustrations and suffering and cost you a bunch of money and be next to impossible to quit

also sometimes a person does not drink much water at all and is perfectly fine- my entire family was convinced my sister was always dehydrated and all her problems were related to this bcs she didn't drink much water compared to the rest of us, but then she went to the doctor and got tested and nope, her hydration was good and she was correct in listening to her body's signals of 'don't force more water in, i don't need it and if you do it will start to hurt'

god why does no one know how to use the heat in a vehicle correctly??? its always hot air blasting in my face so i can't breathe and im overheating but also my toes are cold

begging ppl to change the settings so the heat is going to your feet and maybe the windshield if you need it, thats how to cofmortably heat a vehicle

maybe its just my weakass asthma lungs but how are you people ok with hot air blasting at your faces????
