Mo has always been so protective of his sister throughout the series, that even J.C. fears he will break his morals and kick his ass if he dares insult her.

Here is another adorable instance of Mo being protective of his little sister, as he so often is.

Episode 12A - Frankensam

When J.C. catches Sam confessing that she doesn't want her old dolls destroyed, and is about to show this evidence to Amber so she can remove Sam from the eco-officer position, Mo snatches his phone away, threatening to drop it unless he leaves her alone.

Later on, he still managed to get back at J.C. for trying to mess with his sister. J.C. did nothing to him in this episode, so this was purely for Sam's sake.

He cares about her so much and it's super adorable to see!

Stella is the most badass character in the entire show, and even all the other characters know it. She can make something as simple as planting daffodils look epic. If it wasn't for how much I love Mo and Sam, she'd definitely be my favorite. Having someone this sassy and strong be Sam's best friend, who's quite the opposite of that, was an incredible choice.

Episode 16B - A Sticky Situation

The friend group in this show is so good, and I love that despite being only Mo's best friend, Lenny and Sam also have some good interactions with each other, like in this episode!

Episode 6A - Lenny Man

When Sam is caught by the janitor who thinks she's an alien, Lenny steps up to take the blame for the accidental alien-story fiasco to avoid getting her in trouble, showing that he doesn't need any powers to be a hero and a good friend.

50/50 Heroes Aged Up AU

I adore the show and its premise, and how it constantly reminds us that they're way too young to be actual superheroes yet, allowing them to just be kids with mostly kids' problems (that is, if we forget the existence of the mysterious figure stalking them). But I have also wondered what things would be like if the characters were a tad older, dealing with the mess that is teenage years while also leading a secret superhero life on the side. This has led me to create this Aged Up AU, and this post will explain it!

The AU takes place 5-6 years after the show, when the rise of a master supervillain and their minions forces the two siblings to put on a mask and a homemade costume and become superheroes, using the scepter's powers to protect innocent people and animals from harm.

Mo, now aged 16-17, is still the lovable dork he's always been, but now with a stronger sense of nobility and a wish to help others. His primary focus is on protecting people, but he's always there to help his sister save the animals too. He's in a relationship with Stella, and is still an in-love heart-eyed dork around her.

Sam, now 14-15, still adores animals and wants nothing more than to help them in any way she can. She's the brain of the team, while Mo is the muscle, but the siblings take turns leading their heroic operations, depending on the task at hand. She has a crush on Amber, who's recently become part of the friend group alongside Stella and Lenny, eventually learned about the Scepter and the siblings' powers, and has since become the one to aid their wounds after their battles (as I am sure this little miss perfect has gone through first aid courses).

This was just the basic premise of the AU. A lot of art for this is gonna be posted soon!

Yes, this is a crackship, but there are just so many cute moments between these two that it's hard to ignore!

Sam comes on stage to help Amber, who froze in fear of failing when her dance number gets interrupted by technical issues. She gets the brightest idea to dance together with her while Amber sings, prompting one of their sweetest moments!

I just think they're adorable and have such a unique dynamic with each other!

Lenny... Lenny, being reincarnated usually means you die first... Lenny, don't foreshadow what happens to Sam.

Mo. Buddy. No. No, that is not cool. Don't do anything stupid like that unless you wanna end up in a green cloak traveling back in time to stop yourself.

(This is a joke post, I doubt it's foreshadowing but I found this funny considering my recent theories)

Despite being heavily episodic, this show offers many secrets to look for! This time, however, it is (hopefully) much less dark and more of a fun easter egg scattered throughout the episodes, but I still wanted to point it out! Protective Siblings

I really love how protective the siblings can be of each other (specifically Mo over Sam, but Sam has her moments of protecting big bro as well). Here is one of those that always brings a smile to my face!

Episode 1A - All the Right Grooves

When J.C. is being a jerk to Sam, pointing out that he has brought guacamole because a bowl of it fell on her head the last time she tried to dance, Mo gets very angry, almost cursing him out before his sister stops him.

But the moment he touches their sibling relationship, even Sam isn't holding back, ready to throw some hands and kick some butts.

These two care about each other immensely, and won't let anyone talk badly about the other, which is so wonderful to see. Their sibling relationship is strong and is such a highlight of this show!
