"It's never similar, it's never hesitative" - a bit of irony, the first 2 challenges being really similar (+ the challenges in general being pretty boring) and batch 1 hesitating to do the challenges or go along wigh what airy says

"Sometime I will be heard, but now it's present day" - stone giving the sticky notes to liam, knowing theyll be useful to him but for now he doesnt understand

"Cause what is stopping me from climbing my regrets?" - bryce changing for the better after the show; it gving him motivation to do something w his life. this ones not as strong lol

"I'm never happy or upset to hear the madness or unrest" - airy being generally emotionless/apathetic towards the contestants' distress

"I want the world to shatter, let me stay (Let me stay!)" - airy wanting to stay there with the contestants even if it costs them their livelihoods

"I don't know how to ever mop up the past" - also not as strong,, the contestangs being attached ro their lives on earth and not being able to let go (for good reason ofc). also some bryce and charlotte having bad lives that they cabt yet let go of in the plane, and it eventually motivating them to change (even if it takes charlotte ujtil ep 16 lmao)

"I always pop up in last place, but it's better that way" - taylor getting out 2nd (a line one investigations makes it seem like shes guilty or disappointed in herself for that iirc) but it means she can get an investigation going

"Tonight we're going somewhere new" - liam / bryce going back to earth

"Please just remind me I'm abrupt it's through" - liam not expecting to go back when he does and Stressing about it!! this ones sucks a bit

"I can leave but I can't escape / What's the point if all I'm gonna do is wait? / In any case, I won't be late" - liam coming back to earth, out of the plane but his life has been ruined by it, and thus cant fully escape it. going to bryce's apartment because what else is he supposed to do rn

"If it's about getting the right method / To lock in, no second guesses" - bryce wanting to be entirely sure what the notes mean before doing anything crazy, and in general being kind of skeptical of what liams saying.

"I might just roll the dice on it / And if it lands on a bad number, then oh well" - liam climbing up the smokestack by himself, bryce following him, they get struck by lightning!!!!

"You can take all the time that you need / To recognize we're perpetually / Stuck in limbo waiting for someone to say / 'I just wanna do something insane!!'" - the contestants are stuck there with no way to get out, liam and bryce are really their only hope, and they realize that as they travel the universe through the radio. i have a very specific idea for how this part would be animated
