Here was my entry for the animal crossing travel zine I did a long time ago! Painting animal crossing turns out to be one of my favorite things to do! :^>

✧Imagine evenings (with your F/O)✧

「The end of the day, but the beginning of a new one. What does it matter as long as I have you?」

Imagine:

✧ The reflection of the lamp's light on their hair, the caramel glow that it gives their skin, the way they seem to sparkle

✧ Or, imagine their features being obscured by soft, dark blue shadows as the sun goes down. Imagine the pale moonlight dancing on their face.

✧ If they tie up their hair during the day, imagine them pulling off the hair-tie and letting their hair spill over their shoulders. 

✧ If they don't, imagine them running a hand through it, from front to back, messing it up slightly

✧ The droopy-eyed, tired expression on their face, their eyelashes fluttering from drowsiness

✧ The noises of before-bed routines: Water running in the sink, toothbrushes, a bath being filled up, the rustle of fabrics as they change

✧ Their pyjamas, whether it be a silly unicorn onesie or a silky light-grey robe. The way their skin feels under it when you hold them

✧ Idle conversation about their day, your plans for tomorrow, the flower they saw that reminded them of you.

✧ An intense game of scissor-paper-rock over who is closing the hall lights

✧ Nuzzling into each other's warmth in the dark, listening to their deep and steady breathing, their heartbeat, their soft snores

✧ Saying goodnight and sweet dreams, already excited to see them first thing tomorrow morning
