Peggy let out a groan first. She fell during the fight. It felt very much like deja vu but this time, she had the serum, so she didn't know why it had knocked her out. She hadn't fallen that far. But everything hurt and Jennifer was above her, calling for her. She blinked her eyes open, first seeing her new friend's face and then seeing the pole really close to her face. She tried to move her hands to her abdomen. "Bloody hell, please tell me I wasn't impaled." She wanted to say again but she didn't want to alarm the other woman. She had a scar just above her right hip from when she fell fighting Whitney Frost in the 40s. Hopefully, this time she missed things and she just hurt because she had a horrible concussion and a broken rib.

Layla huffed out a laugh, before opening her eyes, abandoning trying to take deep breaths. She'd done this a few times now on her own since she accepted being Taweret's avatar but this was the first time she had teamed up with anyone besides Marc. "How do you know? We've just met. I could be absolute shit for all you know." She fought back because apparently that was just her default these days. But they didn't have time to fight amongst themselves. So she let out one last deep breath. "Thanks for the vote of confidence though. Shall we?"

Aisa lazily looked up from where she had been restocking a shelf. The two were still getting used to each other. Faith just learned who Aisa really was - a goddess, the eldest of the Fates, leading to their little squabble that the woman felt the need to apologize for. "You're lucky I'm not as rash as I once was. But don't mistake that as me standing for disrespect. I never stand for that, so keep in mind who you're speaking to." That last part was a little flexible. Once she and Faith got to know each other well, trust each other, she welcomed a little ribbing, a little banter back and forth between those she let into her inner circle. "Now that you know, will it be a problem?"

Aisa looked up from where she was sitting with a pile of glass in front of her. The dust pan and broom weren't far away either. The brick that had been thrown through her store window was around somewhere. She'd deal with it and the perpetrator later. No one crossed her without facing some sort of consequence. In her blinding rage, she apparently had called Sasha and here the woman stood. She still couldn't believe it. That when she called on a friend, they actually showed up. "Some punk threw a brick through my window. You don't happen to know anyone who fixes them, do you?"

Layla will go on passionate archaeology rants. Not just about keeping artifacts in their home countries and returning those that have been stolen but also about new archeological finds and theories. I'm talking hand movements, pacing, standing up if she's sitting down, standing on furniture, type passionate.

Hi! I promise I will be getting around to things on here. I started the week sick and then had to jump right back into a very busy time with work. I am hopeful, because I do have some of my replies written, that I can get to posting them this weekend.

I have been able to introduce 2 new muses to the blog. Meet Ahsoka and Kat!

Two years before Katerina Metonae was born, her grandmother, Corla Metonae, was killed when Darth Vader kidnapped Princess Leia. Her father had been on his way home to Alderaan when news of the Death Star attack came through. He landed in Coruscant, and two years later, Katerina was born.

She didn’t fully understand what was going on in the continual Galactic Civil War. She was far too young but what she did understand was that they were somehow helping her cousin Leia from home. She wouldn’t meet her distant relative until she was the age of ten when Leia took her in after her parents were killed by those who still believed in the old imperial way.

Katerina had a hard time adjusting, being just old enough to know all that was going on around her. Most of the time her acting out just involved her not listening to either Leia or Han, claiming that she didn’t have to listen to them since they weren’t her parents. After she dragged Ben into her mischievous antics of wandering through the city alone, Leia took the young girl under her wing and showed her how to put her anger towards something more productive.

So, Katerina started learning politics. As the young girl turned into a young woman, she wanted to know all that she could. She not only wanted to help people but to make her parents proud. Her anger turned more into a passionate fire when she saw injustice being done. Then Ben left for the First Order, and she was an absolute wreck. The person she had come to call brother had joined the organization that had killed her parents and so many others.

Her anger soon returned. She couldn’t understand how the Senate could let this happen yet again even after Leia tried to warn them. And she couldn’t understand how Ben could do that to all of them. Katerina tried to stay by Leia’s side, but she needed a break. She, of course, wanted to continue fighting to stop the First Order, but with Ben there, she had far too many mixed emotions about it.

So she went to study and wound up fighting in the local battles in between her school work and partying. As if she was ten years old again, the next four years, she did all that she wanted to do in a bit of reckless abandonment. When she wasn’t studying hard or fighting she was partying hard and earning a reputation that she would now have to work hard at getting others to see past.

By the time she returned home from school for good, Leia had started up the Resistance. Katerina saw no other path for her, quickly taking up a spot to help oversee missions. All of her previous training and schooling made her one of the best strategists they had, easily being able to jump between the big picture and the finer details that would allow their soldiers and pilots to return to base as safely as possible.

The war saw her once again losing her family. Leia left the rebuilding up to Katerina who very easily pulled in all of the members of the Resistance she had considered close friends to help her out. With the war over, she’s set on making sure all First Order bases are completely void of activity before moving forward in her rebuilding efforts. She wants to make sure that future generations won’t have to go through this war once again.

Ahsoka always had a strong connection to the force. Jedi Master Plo Kloon realized this when she was just 3 years old and brought her to Courscant to begin her jedi training. As she learned she held fast to the ideas that the jedi were peace keepers, that they fought for what was right and for those who couldn't fight for themselves, and that they led with kindness and compassion. As she grew up these ideals became the core of who she was even when her ambition and need to prove herself came out.

At 14, she was assigned to Anakin Skywalker as his padawan during the Clone Wars. Here she matured quickly and learned life lessons that would lead her into becoming a great Commander. When answering a distress signal from the planet Mortis, Ahsoka would die, being brought back to life by the Daughter, the physical embodiment of the light side of the force. This would only strengthen Ahsoka's connection.

In a tragic turn of events, Ahsoka would br framed for blowing up the Jedi Temple, leading her to lose faith in the Jedi Council. Luckily, Anakin was able to prove who was really behind the attack. This, however, led to Ahsoka making the hardest decision in her life. Despite the Council now welcoming her back, she decided that she could no longer be apart of the Jedi Order.

A year later, she reunites with Anakin and her friends, not realizing that this would be the last time that she would ever see her master as she knew him or that she would lose so many friends. Faking her death after Order 66 was given, Ahsoka lived as simple of a life as she could as Ashla. When the call to stop the Empire came too great, Ahsoka joined forces with Bail Organa, taking on the name Fulcrum and helping the Rebels.

This is how she met Hera Syndulla and her crew. This is also how she would come face to face with her old master, learning that Anakin was now Darth Vader. After escaping near death once again, thanks to Ezra pulling her into the World Between Worlds, Ahsoka would continue fighting alongsode the rebels until the Empire was defeated.

Her fighting didn't stop there. She went to find Morgan Elsbeth, which led her to joining forces again with Hera and Sabine to try and not only stop Thrawn's return but find their friend Ezra to bring him home.

Also please note that these are all head canons from past relationships that my muses have had and if you happen to write any of the canon muses listed and you would want to write with me, I would not force them onto you. I would happily create our own romantic head canons together.

Aisa - For Leah: She knew the coven's plan by this time. They would fake their death during the punishment set out for them during the trials before escaping into the woods beyond Salem to live out the rest of their days unbothered. Except when Leah was accused, Aisa couldn't watch her secret lover hang even if she knew that she would be okay. So, Aisa stepped in front of Leah and exposed herself as the actual witch. This actually didn't help, and they both would "hang" before going off to live life together in the woods.

From Leah: After dealing with jealousy, mostly from Lachesis, for so long, the fact that Leah loved Aisa for who she was and offered her a place to call home and a sisterhood in the coven that she hadn't had in such a long time was truly the best gift she had ever received.

Betty - For Archie: She was living with Archie at the time. Her mother had sold her childhood home to go and join the stupid Farm, and she was now couch surfing even if the Jones' were nice and said that she could stay. It just felt weird. Archie's dad was at some conference, leaving the two of them alone for the week, which meant that at least during this time, Archie had his romantic focus all on Betty. A storm blew through and knocked the power out, and while the two of them gathered candles and other supplies, Betty also set about getting items for a picnic. She rearranged the living room furniture and set out the blankets and pillows so that when they finally sat down to eat the easily made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with various bags of potato chips to choose from, they could properly cuddle and talk and just spend time with each other until they either fell asleep or the power came back on.

From Archie: They both had letterman jackets. Archie for football and Betty for softball. So he couldn't exactly give her his jacket to wear for it to really symbolize anything. Instead, he got her a necklace with a capital A as the charm. So that he could show Riverdale that Betty Cooper really was his girl, as if anyone in the town had their doubts.

Diana - For Mala: She and Mala had been dating for some time. Honestly, training was like foreplay to them. Mala was a good match for Diana, but the Amazon Princess would always come out on top until one day, she got distracted, and Mala used that to her advantage, besting Diana in their sparring session. At that moment, Diana was upset, of course. Still, later that day, she returned to Mala's dwelling, offering a bouquet of handpicked wildflowers and an apology for being a sore loser. Diana was forgiven.

From Steve: "I can save today. You can save the world," Steve Trevor told her as he gave her his watch before jumping into a plane and sacrificing himself to stop the war. It was honestly one of the biggest gestures anyone had done to help her. Of course, there is still a lot of grief surrounding the watch, but there is also so, so much love.

Kim - For Ron: Ever since he created the Naco, Ron had been trying to get Kim to eat his messy creation. Kim was just too caught up in the dealings of being popular to even think about giving it a try. It wasn't until college a late-night study session. They had gotten Bueno Nacho and set up shop in the library when she finally, right before Ron took the first bite, said, "All right, hand it over. Let me try this apparent all mighty study food." Ron didn't think he could have loved Kim more in that moment.

From Ron: She really couldn't believe that Drakken, of all people, had played her, but she had been in a dating slump after ending things with Josh Manke, and it seemed like no one wanted to be with the girl who was out saving the world every night. So the fact that Ron, her best friend Ron, whom she had been harboring feelings for secretly for some time, confirmed he had feelings for her too in the sweetest way while also giving her an idea on how they could escape finally pushed her over the edge and caused her to finally realize she had always had her guy right in front of her this whole time.

Layla - For Marc: Marc didn't talk too much about himself. Layla knew some of the basics, so when he actually shared with her one of the things he missed around the holidays were homemade latkes, well, Layla was going to learn how to make the best damn latkes so he could have them again. The look on his face when he realized what she was doing the first night of Hannukah was all she needed. The kisses that caused her to almost burn them, well, she would happily take those as well.

From Marc: Layla's jewelry of choice was rings. She always wore multiple on each hand when she wasn't digging in the sand looking for lost relics and artifacts. Her father and, subsequently, her father's friends would often call her "little scarab." Long before the engagement ring, Marc gave her another—a gold and jade scarab ring that she would then wear daily, even wearing it on a chain around her neck when she was on a dig site.

Peggy - For Steve: Peggy Carter had a notorious sweet tooth. She used to enjoy her chocolate rations as slowly as she possibly could savor them, but when Steve joined, and it was clear he needed far more caloric intake due to the serum, it was honestly a no-brainer. Steve looked at her like she had grown three heads. Peggy said something quippy, she had a reputation to uphold after all, when Steve finally took the bar from her. As she walked away, she could feel him watching her, which caused her lips to slightly turn upwards in a "blink and it's gone" kind of smile.

From Steve: When she saw her picture in his compass from the official footage they were filming of Captain America during the war, she had to keep utterly still and show no emotion whatsoever even though her heart was beating faster than she had ever felt it beat. And his protectiveness over it, she could have swooned if she wasn't in a war room with a bunch of men and the war hadn't begun to harden her even more so. But that moment meant a lot, and she knew if they both came out of this, she didn't plan to let him go.
