Things no one talks about prior or in regards to Phalloplasty
1. It will demonstrate real friends versus fake ones. It’s hopefully the hardest recovery I’ll have to go through physically and people’s true colors come out in touch times weather that be positive or negative.
2. When you stand up for the first time after the surgery, especially depending on size, your dick will feel HEAVY!
3. Your dick, because it’s healing in so many ways, it will smell like hospital for a couple of weeks. Don’t freak out!
4. To be continued….

Note
hey, with the Underworks 984 you reviewed, do you know its name or full product code? I cant find it on the website
That’s weird, I didn’t realize it wasn’t on their website. Perhaps you can shoot off an email to them and see if you can order it that way. They sent me mine without asking, so it may be a new product not on the shelves yet.

Huge Binder Review and Comparison of Underworks FtM collection
Underworks, manufacturer of the most well known binders in the trans-masculine community. The Ultimate Chest Binder(997) and Tri-Top Chest Binder(983) are still the most widely used binders around. Dependable binders that will weather years of daily use.
Today I'll be reviewing the popular 988 & 993, along with 997, 3108, and 984. You can purchase Underworks binders from their website at F2MBinders.com Reviewing scale: Binding. 1=No Binding. 5=Maximum Binding Comfort. 1=Painful. 5=Comfortable for hours Ease of putting on. 1=Almost Impossible. 5=Slips right on, like buttuh
First here’s a picture of no binding, to compare. For reference. I think I am a 36/C
First up, the Underworks 987 Double Front Tank Binding: 4/5: Barely There - Does a very good job, and with a bit of maneuvering easily avoids the dreaded uniboob. The material can sometimes highlight the shape of the bound chest, but a layer between the binder and shirt eliminates the issue. Comfort: 3/5:  It's amazing the first time you get it on and see that flat chest, but as the excitement wanes you'll notice the pain setting in. For people with wider hips, it tends to roll up and cause pain from the excessive binding in one spot. Ease of putting on: 3/5. You'll get stuck the first few times due to the tightness and it's strong will of rolling over itself. But no worries, you'll get the hang of it in no time. Overall: It's thin material makes it nice and breathable in hot weather, but uncomfortably scratchy at times. This was my first binder and I've worn this style the most. I used to put a thin wife-beater underneath to increase the comfort to a level I could easily wear it all day.
Next, the 983 Tri-Top(says 993 in photo, whooops)
Binding: 4/5: Barely There - Does a very good job, but can tend to uni-boob on some chest sizes, maneuvering helps. Comfort: 4/5: It's amazing the first few times you get it on, but it can tend to dig in where the bottom edge of it rolls up. This binder also has the rough/thin material. Ease of putting on: 3.5/5. Only a couple tries and you'll get the hang of this one. The tightness of the binder is what causes he trouble. Overall: One weird thing with this binder, if you wear too tight a shirt it will be obvious you are wearing a short top. It can bring attention to the binder and look like a sports-bra to the untrained eye. One layer can elimiate this problem.
Now we have my favorite from Underworks, the 988 Cotton Concealer
Binding: 5/5: Can't tell a thing with a shirt over it. Because of the build it two layers, things tend to shift around less. Comfort: 5/5: Goes into place easily first time on. The cotton layer on top of the binding helps pull down and keep flat the binding material, making it more comfortable. The cotton is obviously, nice. Ease of putting on: 4/5. As I said before, the two layers helps everything go on in place the first time since the outer cotton doesn't cling to you as much, and pulls on the binding. Overall: This is my favorite binder. But it's still not quite good enough to wear without a shirt on for passing purposes. The cotton is thin, which is both soft and breathable.
Next is basically a super sports bra, the 3108 Magicotton.
Binding: 3.5/5. This works surprisingly well for the material. It binds the chest to flatten and smooth it, but doesn't flatten it out as much as others. Will only "work" with looser shirts. Comfort: 5/5. Oh my god, this thing is the king of comfort. The bottom band can get a little uncomfortable after like 12hrs, but that is beyond the recommended wearing length of 8rs. Ease of putting on: 5/5. Super easy, just put it on like a tight shirt. Overall: This is the perfect binder for the mate who is still in the closet. It's not obviously a binder and yet does a decent job. It will definitely help with dysphoria and is also great for pretty much all body types.
Last but not least, the Underworks 984. A surprise thrown into the box, I didn't order it but I was happily surprised by this one.
Binding: 5/5. This bad boy will bind so deep you'll feel it in your lungs. Comfort: The material is amazingly soft, but the zippers on the side really put pressure in weird areas causing pain after only 5hrs. Ease of putting on: Ahahahahahaha. Lets just say, after 5 years of binding I surprisingly found myself yelling for my roommate because I got stuck. Poor boy got an eyeful. My advice, put this on with one zipper up, then once you put it on, you can pull the other side down. Unzip both before removing Overall: It's got quite the learning curve, but if you have the desire to punish your puppies and ensure they don't move an inch no matter how much you dance, it's perfect. Easily squashed any dysphoria I felt. The pain was worth it to me even after 10+ hours, may not be to some.
So that's all folks. I'd definitely recommend the 988 to any newbies to binding, and the 984 for those who have been binding for years and need a bit more. Have fun folks, and safe binding!
pssst, binder giveaway coming soon!
