You know how ghosts in Panty and Stocking are basically vengeful spirits? Well, what if some ghosts were essentially just yokai who wanted to use their spiritual powers for good? Of course, the Anarchy Sister's weapons don't work on yokai unless the yokai is also a vengeful spirit (IE a Poke-ghost).

The point is that I wanted to explore the concept of a night watch consisting of dark and ghost-type Pokemon whose duty is to protect and serve the people and monsters of Daten City.

You know the football stadium from the PSG Season 2 trailer gave me an idea where what if a ghost of Koraidon (which in my crossoververse is treated as an ancient king of fighters) were to wage combat during a football game?

Safe to say that I had fun drawing this!

Started a mini project where each episode of Panty & Stocking's respective ghost has a Pokemon equivalent (if applicable)

What fascinated me is the concept of a Pokemon's power being absolutely unleashed from transforming into a vengeful ghost.

Starting with "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity" & "Death Race 2010".

Muk was self-explanatory. I took some liberties with Metagross, being able to shoot Beldum like missiles as it jets through the streets of Daten City.
