Tbh if Wind Breaker ever DOES introduce a female delinquent (though I couldn't imagine what the chances of that even happening are) I want her to break every expectation for a female. I want her as the opposite of Tsubaki. I want her to be scrappy. I want her to be mean. I want her to have heavy fists. I want her to NOT wear jewelry. I want her to NOT wear makeup. I want her to NOT wear nail polish. I want her in jeans, a T-shirt, hoodie, and some old ass sneakers. I want her to be borderline boring. I want her to make weird and "unattractive" faces. I want her looks to be described as "average". I don't want all the men falling for her, but learning to truly respect her. I want her yelling. I want her screaming. I want her to be unapologetic. I want her to have zero maternal instincts. I want her to be able to go toe-to-toe with all the main characters. I want her style of fighting to be heavy and dirty. Another Suo headcanon of mine is that underneath his clothes is actually a bunch of tattoos to represent the martial arts group I also headcanon him to be apart of. He doesn't show his legs or torso or any of that bc while you can explain away scars (and potentially lie about them, like he does with his eye) you can't really explain away extremely symbolic tattoos.

Alright, here's my Suo theory since no one asked and will probably never ask under the cut. Tw: parental abuse, bodily injury from said abuse, very long and probably drawn out

Suo's eye injury came from an awful fight between his parents, as a very young kid (I'm guessing 4) he probably tried to intervene bc he didn't want his parents fighting (and didn't really understand that they didn't care for him, yes I'm making it extra angsty) and got his eye taken out by glass from a vase, cup, plate, etc. When his parents made no effort to help him after and kept arguing, basically ignoring his crying and bleeding, he ran out of the house and tried to find a hospital himself. Since it's already established this world doesn't really have police (at least in Makochi) he was basically left wandering aimless bc again he's about 4 and doesn't know where anything is. Eventually a man does come upon him, asks the kid what happened, and decides to help him. Instead of taking him to a hospital though, he instead brings the kid to a compound with high, guarded walls and ancient architecture. He brings the kid to a private doctor and is given treatment. He obviously loses the eye and as a result his coordination, perception, and balance is all out of wack. The man (who is HEAVILY implied to be a leader of a martial arts group that does mmm a lil bit of shady dealings here and there) sees this little child basically bumbling around, running into walls and doors and takes pity on the kid and offers to help train him to hone his skills and help him regain his balance. Suo accepts the man's offer as he doesn't really HAVE anywhere else to go due to him not wanting to go home because he's become jaded and angry with his parents at this point. And thus, Suo trains under the man and becomes the lil stinker we know and love today.
