Hello everyone I have an update and a question. Before I say anything I just want to make it clear that this project is NOT going anywhere and is just having a little trouble getting on its feet at the moment. Basically I can’t really finish case 1 on YouTube at present because Clay is in it and there is no official Clay sprite or 3D model that exists and the other cases have a lot more things completely missing so I may have to pause all that for the time being until a few more people join us. I will still post redesigns and stuff on here like normal whilst I figure out the best medium to present the rewrite to you guys that doesn’t require so much extra assistance and you are still absolutely welcome to join and take on any task on the task list. On to the question: I had the idea of making a pretend concept art book for my rewrites of AA5 and 6 like they made for all the actual games to give people an idea of the story and characters and the reasoning behind the changes I have made, etc. Is this something anyone would actually be interested in? It would of course just be some free downloadable thing and not an actual book you have to pay for or anything and I just thought that would be a cool thing to do since there’s so much I want to say about the project but not enough room in these posts to say it all.

Here's the task list as promised in my last video. In case it's not obvious it's overly long on purpose and only the things labeled high importance are actually somewhat necessary. Anyone who is already on the project will need to tell me again what they are working on if they still wish to be a part of it since a lot of you have been kinda quiet lately and I kinda need to know what's actually being done and what isn't. Yeah so video was gonna be up today but the universe apparently hates me. Seriously first the Discord link drama and now this?! I just wanna keep all my shit in one place that I can link to dammit!!! So yeah since I don’t actually own all the files I was using (mainly the warrior Athena is in someone else’s file garden) I can’t just move everything somewhere else and I really don’t wanna have to redo every Athena scene in this entire forty minute segment so we may just have to wait this out 🥲

(Kitty is fine btw. The vets gave her a lot of meds to take and she’s pretty much fully recovered now.)

Heyo. Unfortunately I have to make a lil announcement. I was very much planning to and was very on track to release part 3 of Turnabout Storyteller in January, but at the beginning of this week my kitten Rayfa got sick and now she’s not eating much and doesn’t really have the energy to do anything other than lie down and generate snot so I’m afraid I’m not gonna be able to do much work on my project until she’s better as even when I do have the time to go on my laptop I’m struggling to concentrate due to worrying about her. She’s had all her vaccinations so it shouldn’t be anything too serious so the video should hopefully be up in early Feb. Apologies for the delay but again hopefully it won’t be a very long one

Athena's mugshot. Had to quickly put this together by editing her original mugshot and it's still more polished than the original lmao. Ngl part 3 has been a bit of a pain due to the minigame and the perceiving sections, but it's almost ready now and should be out this week!!!

Mr. Hat 2.0! This may be nightmare fuel to some people but then again so is the original Mr. Hat probably 😂. I drew the face in one go without any reference images of Phoenix and I could probably tweak it to make it better but I feel like my method was probably the same one Trucy would use and therefore makes this version more accurate than a more polished one would be. I also carved him a smile so he could have a more happy and Phoenixey expression instead of the original's kinda intimidating frown which speaks very messed up and sad volumes about Zak's relationship with his daughter...
