i should be working but instead i am sitting here thinking thoughts hes so special to me ok these are kind of a mix of anime and live action thoughts because they rotate in my mind as one but take them for what you will

big harsh sneeze for a big harsh man

unapologetically loud/uncovered kind of dude because he’s just so dumb like it does not occur to him to be embarrassed by it

not quite Dad Sneeze levels but just like…you can definitely hear him sneeze if he’s on one side of the merry and you’re on the other ok

snarl-face before he sneezes

truly has the most expressive pre-sneeze faces because it’s a whole fucking production and he fights it the whole way

arms folded over his chest, sneezes harshly to the side a lot

sometimes will raise an arm but more like out in front of him like a shield

SNIFFLY like i imagine s/anji yells at him a lot to blow his damn nose because he’s just one of those that will sniff and sniff and sniff if something is bothering him rather than just taking care of it

speaking of s/anji i’m here with more z/osan content because i’ll never shut up about them i also think kink!s/anji is a very cute concept because

i have an image of him inducing z/oro in his lil room on the ship and z/oro is unbothered and doesn’t really CARE like he’s just like *shrug* whatever weird shit ur into, stupid cook

but secretly loves watching s/anji go to pieces over it and thinks it’s pretty damn amusing that something so simple gets him going

probably FORGETS half the time too so he just sneezes normally and then looks at s/anji like …what’s ur problem

ALCOHOL SNEEZES ANYONE??? z/oro can hold his booze exceptionally well but i always had this thought that maybe every once in a while when he hits his limit he gets a little sneezy and that’s how you know you have to cut him off (but it takes a LOT to get him there)

also then he’s very affectionate and drunk and also sneezing and it’s adorable like the grumpy serious swordsman turns into a puppy

also i know u were all wondering

what happens if he needs to sneeze while the sword is in his mouth

i’ve thought long and hard about this and i honestly think he just GOES FOR IT

like nostrils flare, gasp, mid-fight he just sneezes through the clenched teeth all over himself and the sword and keeps going?

it’s not ideal obviously but like hell he’s going to let something stupid like that mess up his fight

also consider: having to sneeze when he has that massive chest wound from m/ihawk yikes poor baby i love a hurt unwell man sorry

personally i think he has big enough sneezes that he’s usually expelled whatever demon he needed to with one or two

BUT if it’s a cold or something has set him off he can have fits of up to 4-6 and he absolutely swears after each of them like they’ve personally wronged him

z/oro would swordfight his sneezing fits if he could lbr he’s ready to square up

he is too pretty to debase himself sneezing openly even in the privacy of his own fucking castle

probably can do it completely silently and without aid unless it's excessive

but is known to do the pinched nose stifle because its Hot

has a fancy embroidered handkerchief tho for decorum~ dont @ me (actually do tho can we please talk about his lace sleeves and how they're sewn so he can fight better)

these isnt even a headcanon but he has the FANCIEST nose in the anime and in the live action my god

is annoyed by sneezing, thinks its an inconvenience

is also likely annoyed by anyone calling attention to it

that line he gets in the middle of his eyebrows is always present when he's fighting off a sneeze

because they had NO right to cast that man as hot as they did or make him as suave as they did (he's such an IDIOT in the manga/anime but they were like hmmmmmm lets cast an actual greek god of fuck to play himhdkhksjad)

gets set off by his cooking and is not embarrassed by it. strong spices are the mark of a good chef, sneezing in the kitchen is normal and expected

i picture a lot of open-mouthed muffled sneezes into the towel that he usually has draped over his shoulder?

but sometimes if they surprise him he has to turn away really fast and catch a sneeze across the back of his slutty little wrist

nostril flarer to the max, i mean LOOK at them they have to be so expressive when he has to sneeze

the kind of person who can smile through a sneeze and keep on being charming without missing a beat

i want to say he sneezes in twos almost religiously because it's my favorite, but if something really sets him off he can go for a while just with ten seconds in between each one (much to z/oro's annoyance)

speaking of z/oro kink!z/oro is everything to me because s/anji would be a MENACE
