4T3 Conversion of TwentiethCenturySims' Catalogue

A 4t3 conversion of (most of) twentiethcenturysims' catalogue for all your sims! I truly hope you like it! Enjoy! <3

In this compilation are included sets, mini-sets and standalone pieces that the original creator made! Recolors, posepacks, fantasy items, repeated pieces (things very similar to what I've already converted in the past), and pieces categorized as "timeless" are not included!

This is what I've been working on haha! My last statement for some time... thank you all so much, once again! 💖

Known Problems:

The trim on the "Wilma Casual Dress" (purple dress with bow) gets a bit wonky at the end of the skirt! I tried to fix it in many different ways, but this is what I got!

The pleads on the "French Hen Dress" also get a bit wonky, same as above!

LIGHTING GLITCHES ONLY APPEAR ON CAS!

* Note that teens and elders have neck gaps. This is sadly the price for having them available! For teens, try using this and this slider by gruesim!

NOTES:

Because TwentiethCenturySims is a great creator, his whole catalogue is quite low-poly and gameplay friendly, so don't worry about that!

All 3 hats are hat-slider compatible and unissex, as always!

The Ida, Annie and Elsie dresses (gingham and flowers pattern) all have 11 presets. First 10 are overlays, having multiple floral options, but with collars, buttons and bows being recolorable. Last one is completely recolorable!

The "baby sweater" (green sweater with black tie) has 4 presets, first two having christmas-like patterns, third one having a knitted pattern, and last one being completely CAStable!

The "baby dress" (red dress with white collar) has 12 presets. 6 first presets have a velvety texture which is recolorable, with 5 flower options to the collar, and one without the flowers. Same applies to the other 6, but they don't have the velvet texture to the dress!

The "baby hat" also comes with 2 presets, one having a velvety texture, and the other one not!

The "Havana jacket" (orange jacket with white shirt) has 31 presets. First one is completely recolorable, and the other 30 are a variety of overlay patterns to the white shirt. The jacket stays recolorable in all of them!

The "Eleanor 1930's Dress" (green dress with bow) has 6 presets. First 4 have overlay patterned presets to the dress, but the bow, collar and trim stay recolorable. The last 2 are completely CAStable!

The "Piper Dress" (kids' dress with blue bow) has 4 presets. The first 4 have overlay patterned presets on the dress, but the rest remains recolorable! The last one is completely recolorable!

The "Goose Suit" (kids' gray suit) has 3 presets. First two have different patterns checkered patterns, and the last one is plain. In all of them the collar is an overlay texture.

The "Ruffles the Clown Costume" has 2 presets, having two different stripe options.

The "Billy Sailor Suit" (Toddler's sailor-inspired outfit) has 2 presets, with two different mask options. The second one has three little recolorable circles on the belt.

The "Darlene Sailor Dress" is the same as the above, but reversed haha!

The "Swan Suit" (houndstooth patterned suit) is totally recolorable, though it may not seem like it lol! I added the houndstooth pattern from CAS, which you can remove and put anything you want instead!

The "Bonnie Two-Piece Dress" (checkered dress with buttons) has two versions: the AF-EF version, as usual, and a teen-age conversion, just because I feel like it'd be useful to you!

The "Viola 1930's Dress" (yellow stripes and brooch dress) has 5 presets. The first, second and last presets are totally recolorable, having different mask options! Third and fourth presets have floral patterned overlays on the dress, but the collar, belt, etc. remains recolorable! The brooch looks a bit off without the accessory overlay, which is the next note!

There is an overlay/color mix accessory for the brooch on the "Viola Dress, which can be found in the socks category. It gives a multiplier (details) to the brooch, as well as making it fully recolorable! If you're going to use the dress, I highly recommend only using it with the accessory activated! It has a separate thumbnail, as seen in the previews!

As you saw on the previews, there are two buy mode objects: a highchair and a potty, both for your babies! They're found where these objects are usually found (Kids -> Baby Furniture). The potty costs §30, and the highchair costs §100!

You probably noticed the 4 skirt thumbnails (with its half options) at the bottom. Because I don't want this post to be gigantic, I'll link to the original post where twentiethcenturysims explains how to use them and their purposes: HERE! Yes, they're found under "accessories"!

They have some shitty custom thumbnails to make them easier to identify. Sorry they’re not better, but they serve their purpose. Learning how to make beards was kind of a headache and by the end of the process, I had lost my patience lmao. 😭

Hi everyone!　First of all, I must apologize. Regarding my previous post about "Victorian Sunset Valley", I deleted it because there was a problem with the save file. There is no problem with the empty world.

I'm really sorry to all the simmers who downloaded, liked, reblogged and commented.

It seems that the problem can be solved by separating the save files, so I decided to share it again. There are no changes to the empty world, so if you have it, please try again.

❖Empty World There are just a Public Lots, a Farm District, and Goth Manor.The two hilltop mansions don't exist yet. This is Sunset Valley long before Mortimer Goth was born.If there is a historic town you have in mind, you are free to build it here.

※An empty world requires the store item "Artemis Temple Frieze (Muse Luxury)".

❖Save files You can enjoy the Victorian era right away, but there are no film careers, universities, or diving spots. There are a few empty plots, so feel free to add them.

This time, I did not build any houses. I only built some public lots, but I changed the color of the buildings I shared before and placed them. The Equestrian Center of EA is very conspicuous, so I built a small racetrack. There is a fire station of EA next to it, but it does not blend in with the scenery very well, so I am thinking of rebuilding it someday.

The address of @ri-el's Sherlock Holmes residence is 221B Baker Street. I wanted to place this residence on the main street, so I set the lot size specifically. Then I placed the lot built by @nornities to match the cafe next door and the stairs leading to the harbor across the road. The harbor is a bit of a tourist area, with trade ships, sightseeing ships, and passenger ships arriving and departing. Some Sims may come to see the steamships, so I prioritized placing it here. There are also lots of great builds by other creators included. Thank you.

Every house has some sort of vehicle (either a horse-drawn carriage or a historic bicycle), and the sight of so many carriages going around town is truly impressive!

It looks heavy, but if you can play the EA Store worlds then I don't think it will be an issue.

Basically, it is a town for enjoying historical play such as the Victorian or Edwardian, but I think it can also be enjoyed in normal play.

The decoration is minimal, so feel free to edit it however you like and have fun.

Family Secrets Mod by dubbledeez

"Family Secrets expands your town’s capacity for drama and intrigue by offering player and NPC Sims greater control over the legitimacy of their offspring. Romantic affairs and unwed pregnancies will present players with the choice of revealing or hiding a child’s true parentage, or even attempting the “Cuckoo” action, which can convince a birth parent’s partner that a child born from an affair is actually theirs! Family Secrets also expands The Sims 3 Adoption system, allowing Sims to choose between joint or sole adoption, as well as the ability to foster children. This mod requires no expansion packs or supporting mods to operate. While it does not enable any non-default relationship options, it contains built-in support and decision-making considerations for same-sex, intergenerational, and interfamilial pregnancies. This mod also fixes a known base-game issue wherein certain non-standard pregnancies would cause the Family Tree menu to crash the game. Posepack Edwardian Portrait (Romanov Family)

This was an anonymous cc-wish, suggesting family-portrait poses from the 1910s, particularly inspired by the Romanov family. And after looking at some reference pictures, I learned that the Romanovs were very good at arranging interesting family groups. Most portraits of this time just show everyone standing next to each other.

These poses are inspired by two group photos, "1913" and "1914". Despite the filenames, these were obviously taken at the same occasion. I also found one other (anonymous) family group, from which I included poses 9 and 10 (-> Link).

The models for the previews were made by @comtessezouboff . Thank you so much!

Wherever possible, the poses are centred individually. So they won't snap together for the entire group, but they will for the same piece of furniture (except 9c, which doesn't really touch the armchair).

Pose 3 (Anastasia) has variations for adult Sims with bigger and smaller skirts.

Poses 6 and 7 also have variations for big and small skirts. The one with the bigger skirt is SF TP's Edwardian Dress converted by @joojconverts . That's also the one I had as a reference in Blender.

Pose 2d has a teen variation, owing to the historical reference. 5c should also be for teen, but it turned out a teen with their feet on the ground and their hand on an object is the most impossible thing to pose. It's a normal adult pose now, and I moved Maria 7 cm up on an OMSP for the group-picture. In this context: Thanks to @bmit04 for insights into teen-posing!

Speaking of OMSPs, there are two cases of resized furniture: The endtable is 90% and the stool for the child-poses at 75%.

Issue: baggy sleeves and decimated mesh lead to bad bone assignment at arms, but hard to notice in usual animation?

I was meant to make a child version as well, but to fix blurry texture and bone assignment takes all my energy. So maybe someday... or someone else is kind enough to do so hhh.

Two-wheel carriage for Sims 3 conversion

This is another conversion of one of Hexameter's collection of horse-drawn carriages – this time Hexameter's Maidmobile. I've already done the two-horse carriage and I'm working on a couple more. Thanks to Hexameter for letting me convert and share these!

The original horse mesh was by Dragonslave, and the texture I'm using here was adapted by Danjaley for her Schoolbus wagon. Thanks again to @danjaley for this!

The carriage looks best with only one or two sims riding in it – four will fit on the seat but they will look squashed. The wheels and horse are not animated, and it's not recolorable, though there are two presets included.

Sorry to anyone following me who's seen this carriage multiple times now – I had a whole thing where it wouldn't show up in the tags :)
