TW 4 MENTIONS OF BREAKING INTO HOUSES AND KILLING…
Realising that my anxiety might be MORE than anxiety is starting to make sense…
Because tell me why one night I was sleeping downstairs, in my house, on the couch and I start hearing noises outside. Of course any person would’ve written this off as something outside of course but NOT ME!! As soon as I heard those noises my brain was like “that’s an intruder and they are going to come into your house and kill you and your family” LIKE WHAT???
Of course I was scared shitless, completely convinced this will happen and I can’t do anything about it. So, I text my dad LATE AT NIGHT telling him about it, scared as hell.
Though I did end up deleting those messages which he then asked me about upon seeing them LMAOO
BUT THAT WASNT THE ONLY TIME! One time I was really scared that someone was going to break into my house (again) so I got a pair of scissors and hid them under my pillow incase they broke in and wanted to kill me.
So YEAH!!! Idk I’ve been thinking about me maybe having OCD a lot recently but I need to research it more since it’s very mischaracterised among media and ect…
