Iwaizumi. With freckles

(Iwaoi headcanons/au where Iwa has freckles)

Imagine Oikawa drawing on them. He’d make the constellations. He’d also definitely count all of them and try to kiss every single one. He’d be so upset when they fade in the winter, but when they came back in spring/summer he’d be so happy and affectionate.

I’m sure Iwa would be insecure about them and Oikawa would be so mad. He’d constantly tell him they made him look so handsome and eventually Iwa wouldn’t feel insecure about them anymore because he just associates them with Oikawa’s love.

When Oikawa has a crush on Iwa but is too scared to tell him he just counts his freckles from afar and once they start dating he kisses them because it’s what he wanted to do ever since he realized he liked Iwa.

When Oikawa thinks that Iwa doesn’t like him back he tries dating other people with freckles but he doesn’t like them because they’re always in the wrong places or they’re the wrong shade. He ONLY likes Iwa’s freckles.

Sometimes Oikawa doodles and traces his freckles with colorful pens and even though Iwa knows he should wash it off he can’t bring himself to because it makes him so happy knowing someone could see one of his biggest insecurities and see it as beautiful.

Oikawa can’t understand why Iwa would think they’re ugly. He’d always seen them as a part of Iwa, just like his hair or his angry way of showing affection. When he realized Iwa didn’t like them he was honestly a bit confused and then he was outraged. “How dare he not like the prettiest part of himself!”

When they were little Oikawa was always jealous of his freckles because he thought it was so cool that someone could have the art like that on their skin. He wanted to have pretty constellations like that on his face too.

When they get married Oikawa’s vows call Iwa “the boy with the stars on his skin.” Iwaizumi starts crying and after they say “I do,” Oikawa starts kissing all the freckles on his face.

This is kind of awful but I wrote it over Instagram DMs at midnight and I thought it was cute so I’m uploading it here
