So if attack titans can see their successors memories it occured to me...That baby in the final panel isayama posted of the manga that everyone speculates it's eren (because of the long hair) holding a baby... I'm willing to bet that baby is Eren's successor. Eren is dead for whatever reason during this final conflict (after all his head has been shot off so once path shenanigans is over he IS dead), therefore the power has passed on to a baby. That's either him holding/interacting with them in paths or someone else is and he's viewing the memory. That's how he's so convinced what he's doing is right because he knows he's going to die, this baby will inherit the attack titan and eren has seen the memory of his successor in the future being told "you're free". Bonus points for if that baby is also historia's baby.
