Yeah we could have gone inside sooner and gotten to bed on time but something about holding my almost 3 year old on top of my pregnant belly and under a cozy blanket while my husband reads us books and we see/hear/smell/feel the summer rain roll in just felt like too good of a moment to interrupt.
