After visiting the hospital and seeing the doctor, it became clear that Ahmed needed urgent surgery, but the cost was expensive and we didn't have enough money. I don't know how long Ahmed will be able to endure the pain. Please help me get the surgery. Ahmed was born through IVF and was admitted to the incubator due to holes in his heart. Okay little rant because I'm not doing well and I need to get some things out

I won't go too much into detail because I know no one's actually gonna read this lol but I was quite happy with my life for a few weeks and I felt so weird because I forgot how it felt like when things are finally going your way but I should've appreciate that time and not question it all the time because I'm again at my very lowest. I miss talking to people about how I'm feeling and them giving me advice, I really miss it and I feel so low right now and I know this particular reason won't go away for a few years which makes me just wanna throw up, in fact I think I'm on the verge of throwing up and having a panic attack at this very moment which makes me feel like I'm pathetic but I can't help feel that way. I know healing isn't linear and all that but this time it really feels like there's nothing that can hell all the reasons of me feeling the way I currently am and I would do anything to change that. Anyway, I know no one's actually reading this and I'm not expecting it anyway, I genuinely just wanted to get some things out to feel better. Didn't really work but it's fine, we're getting there I guess.
