📐✨ Nhà xưởng đầu tiên tôi thiết kế – tôi đã phạm sai lầm… và học được điều quan trọng nhất
Tôi từng thiết kế một nhà xưởng 2.000m², mọi thứ trên bản vẽ đều “ổn”. Nhưng khi bắt tay thi công, mới vỡ ra nhiều điều:
🔸 Không hiểu rõ công năng vận hành thực tế = bố trí sai vị trí máy = thi công lại.
🔸 Không để sẵn móng chờ = khi mở rộng phải phá nền, rất tốn kém.
🔸 Không lường trước hướng gió = xưởng quá nóng, phải gắn thêm quạt sau khi vận hành.
💭 Từ đó, tôi nhận ra: thiết kế nhà xưởng phải xuất phát từ thực tế, từ người sử dụng, từ từng chiếc xe nâng, từng thói quen vận hành.
Nếu bạn làm nghề thiết kế hoặc từng trải qua cảm giác “vỡ bài”, bạn hiểu cảm giác đó như thế nào. Mình rất muốn nghe thêm câu chuyện từ bạn.

– Architecture shouldn’t go ahead of technical planning. QCVN 01:2025/BXD requires careful coordination for height, airflow, and fire escape right at concept design.

– A well-designed layout can cut electricity, water, and maintenance costs by 20–30% annually. Sustainability is now a core industrial trend.
3. Use 3D modeling & BIM collaboration
– BIM significantly helps in technical coordination, cost estimation, and speeds up investor approval.

🧱 Some Factories Are Never Truly “Finished” — And That’s a Good Thing
One thing I’ve learned over years in this field: A factory is alive. It doesn’t stop evolving when construction ends. It grows with the business, changes with new production lines, and sometimes… needs healing.
Sometimes, minor upgrades — like expanding storage, improving airflow, or adding a backup power system — are more challenging than new builds, because they touch the reality of daily operations.
Every time I work on repairs or retrofits, I’m reminded of the value of listening — to the workers, to the engineers, even to the hum of machines running out of sync.
No one teaches you this in school. But the project will.

🧼 Mình nhẹ nhàng tháo từng chi tiết, lau từng vết dầu, nghe tiếng máy thở như người bạn cũ.
❤️ Làm nghề kỹ thuật, có những ngày chẳng cần nhiều hào nhoáng – chỉ cần máy chạy êm, khách hài lòng, mình thấy vui.

Một ngày kết thúc chậm, nhưng công trình lại hoàn thành sớm hơn 2 ngày
Có những buổi tối mình ngồi lại nơi công trình đã hoàn thành, nhìn dãy tủ điện đã lắp gọn, dây đã vào nếp. Tự dưng thấy nhẹ lòng.
Dự án thi công hệ thống điện cho nhà xưởng này bắt đầu bằng những bản vẽ nguệch ngoạc trên giấy nháp. Chúng mình cùng chủ đầu tư chỉnh sửa từng thông số, từng vị trí ổ cắm để đảm bảo sau này công nhân vận hành thuận tiện nhất.
Có lúc mưa đổ ào vào xưởng chưa kịp lợp mái, có lúc cả đội phải làm đêm để kịp tiến độ, nhưng cuối cùng, khi dòng điện đầu tiên được thử tải mà không lỗi – cảm giác ấy thật sự khó tả.
Có thể đây chỉ là một công trình nhỏ với nhiều người, nhưng với bọn mình – đó là một hành trình mang dòng điện đến sự vận hành, từ bản vẽ thành hơi thở của nhà máy.
