I first started posting Danganronpa content around a year ago (July 27th is the anniversary), so this is a bit of a celebratory piece. Thanks to all the support and interaction you guys have shown, it’s been a really amazing community to be a part of!

Hopefully picking up streaming DRV:3 again this week, been making adjustments to the Cryptid AU, and have the full outline for (After) Life of the Party. My goal is to finish ALotP + DRV:3 by the end of the year. :)

I have now hit chapter 6 in my first playthough of the game, so here’s a post-execution Makoto. Because I have been eagerly awaiting reaching that point in the game for a while now lmao

The man is running off spite, determination, and enough pain killers to kill a dinosaur

While Makoto typically doesn't swear much as a personal choice, if he gets overwhelmed or downright enraged, he tends to start swearing more freely

He also becomes more rash and impulsive when in that sort of state-- going as far as attempting to attack Monokuma during his first killing game despite knowing the consequences twice in one chapter, for one example

"Maaaakoooo-kuuuuun!" Kokichi whined, dramatically collapsing onto Makoto's back. "Are you seriously not gonna acknowledge how I'm just wasting away over here?!" With a huff, he looked Makoto directly in the eyes, giving him the most powerful puppy-dog eyes he could. "Can't you just spare something? The world is at stake, it'll fall apart if I die of starvation!"

"Th-The school gives everyone free food and you know it! I saw you take some for lunch earlier!"

He wasn't even surprised at this point. Even when they were just friends, Kokichi's always been demanding food from him whether it be snacks or some kind of meal. A fact that only got worse once they had officially become a couple.

Well, if Kokichi wanted to be annoying, demanding food like this, then Makoto can give him a taste of his own medicine for once.

He digs around in his nearly empty snack bag and pulls one singular gummy out, holding it up to the other trying to crush him. At least it was grape flavored. "Here you go, Kokichi."
