man, I miss this place and making cat comics so much

While I work towards something new I was thinking if it would be nice to sprinkle the space between comics with some good old blogging like this so we can chat like friends...

So I've been making tiktoks for a week (don't judge me, it's a secret account for a very specific thing... ) and while looking at the feed there I was thinking "wow the internet is way less anonymous now isn't it" and thought about how much I grew up by allowing myself to be half-anonymous here connecting with internet friend and just put stuff out there constantly which made me think "wow how important it is to put stuff out there" which is something that, because of X and Y isn't as easy to do as before (time + energy + juggling life things you know that deal)

And then I thought "wow how nice and what a privilege it is to have this weird little internet corner" and I thought "wow I should write about this" and here we are and I have my pencil in hand and am doodling little cats

Anyway I haven't figured out those tiktoks yet, as they float in some anonymous space that doesn't quite work there (very fun to make though, I love video and music) but, in some strange way, sparked a lot of reflections and even ideas, and even more in the process of writing this... and that made me think I actually don't know where these meandering thoughts end but here they are out there and that's really nice

goodness, just shedding a few happy tears hearing from you too!!! I have quite a backlog of comic ideas that have been sitting for a while and hopefully I'll be able to make some time to bring them back... probably enough material for a second book who knows!

anyway, is there anything that you'd like to see in the meantime while I shuffle life back for cat time!!
