The roses are looking fab

We grow over 250 different varieties.

Roses like to be planted with bonemeal for root development & we feed them with Vitax Q4 feed.

These are in 8 Litre pots outside on beds 4 & 5 and bed 14

We are able to give wrap.

Achillea – A Classic for the Discerning Border

Soft ferny foliage and those signature flat, plate-like flower heads in a myriad of colours

They reliably flower, and have true cottage character. They hold themselves well, even in the windiest corners, and offer that generous, open form that pollinators adore.

We often recommend Achillea to those rethinking their mixed borders. They knit beautifully with grasses, catmint, and phlox, and once established, they ask very little of you. The secret, as ever, is a sunny spot and well drained soil

Plenty of ready made hanging baskets still to choose from

Time to feed with a high potash feed.

We still have plenty of Surfinia and other bedding plants if you’re planting your own hanging baskets.

Top tip for best results:

Plant in a 16-inch basket or larger (bigger the better as less risk of the roots drying out) using M2 compost, Osmocote slow-release fertiliser, and water-retaining gel.

Once they start to flower, feed twice a week with Vitax high potash liquid feed for strong, healthy blooms.

Begonia Rex

Can be planted outside in the summer or treated as a beautiful houseplant

Begonia Rex plants are known for their low maintenance requirements.

They prefer bright, indirect light and should be watered regularly, but not overwatered, to prevent root rot.
