Ear Canal Psoriasis

Does anyone have psoriasis inside the ear canal? What can I do for  relief. I take a  biologic every month, but have been breaking out pretty bad the last few weeks. I have been on 20 different steroid creams to the point I started having TSW so I have been taken off all of them. I take cosentyx. I can’t get another medication at this time. I lost my insurance during all this covid stuff. I need something over the counter.

Ear Psoriasis Pictures

Does anyone else get P outbreaks in their ear folds like this? My Dr. prescribed me Clobetasol cream and solution for my fingers, ears and anywhere else I may decide to break out, but just curious if anyone has any other tips to help minimize the burning/pain. I have to keep NSAIDS to a bare minimum due to previous long term use due to chronic pain, which we just determined is psoriatic arthritis
