it’s weird noticing multiple people mention women who have died in their family and always the virtue that’s commented on is the woman’s strength. no virtues tend to be mentioned that are even slightly classically considered feminine and while that aligns with the modern day push towards girl bosses i think it also limits a lot of the other virtues i’m sure these women represented

Hey man have you seen this? Looks like the guy who committed that violent crime the other day wasn't born here. So at some point someone inspected this guy and decided to let him in. There was a process that led to him being here and the decision was made that it would be a good idea to invite him. Huh? No doesnt look like he was a doctor or anything. Seems like he just did odd jobs and got welfare payments. Isn't that weird? Hey man isn't that really weird? No seriously isn't that weird?
