For a year now I started with the most logical solution. For me no second plates and no more chips on the couch (this remains my most difficult one, I often cheat). Just because.....
Less and les candy (never my favorite, so easy), chocolates and other sugars. Less and less limonades, beer, wine and other sugar containing drinks. Although beer one day and wine another day once a week is still mandatory, because of my social inabilities. This is how a lost the first 40 pounds.

I am trying to loos weight for almost 1 year now. In 6 month my weight diminished from 224 to 184 pounds, but the visceral fat (abdominal, belly fat) just won’t go away. It’s so frustrating. This is a blog about my search for the truth, how to loose abdominal fat. And by choise also plant based. But that is (for now) the second option.
