Happy Campers Precure Final Chapter: Friends Forever! Always Happy Campers!
"Good morning!" Airi opened her eyes, squinting at the opposite bed. Ena was stretching, and seemed to be the most excited.
"It's already morning?" Airi said, yawning. "It feels like I only just went to bed."
"Well, you guys did get here at around one, so that's probably why." Ena shurgged as she brushed her hair.
"Five more minutes." Hina mumbled, turning around in her sleep.
Ena's eyes widened. "It's the last day of summer, and even you aren't excited?"
Hina immediately sat up, practically jumping out of her bed. "Oh yeah!"
Airi laughed, climbin out of her bed. "Did you forget?"
"I guess...." Hina said, running into the bathroom to change.
Mei sat up, pulling her hair up. "Ena, didn't you ask us what happened last night?"
"Oh yeah, I did." Ena said, nodding. "So, what did happen?"
"It was a lot more complicated then this, but we defeated the evil queen we were fighting against in the first place." Airi said, joining the conversation.
"Correction!" Adelaide said, looking in the mirror to make sure her pig tails were even. "Airi defeated her."
"Geez, you guys." Airi said, blushing with embarrasement.
"Another thing is that..." Mei's expression turned into a melacholy one. "We'll never be able to see Anzu again."
Ena jumped in the air, shouting, "Did she die?!"
"No!" The three girls exclaimed at once.
"She just doesn't have access to Earth anymore." Adelaide exclaimed. "And we don't have access to her world anymore, either."
"Wait, but aren't you from there?" Ena asked Adelaide, who nodded.
"Yeah. I'm moving in with Mei for the school year."
Hina opened the door, dressed in sweatpants and a t-shirt. "Also, you are in charge of explaining where Anzu went." She said, pointing at Ena.
"Why?"
"I don't trust even me to talk about her without ruining the mood." Hina said. "Just say she left early or something."
"Got it!"
Adelaide ran to the door, smiling. "Enough with all of the chit-chat, let's enjoy our last day of camp!"
"Yeah!" The girls said in unison, running out of the door.
They stood on the patio for a few seconds, admiring the sunrise.
Airi looked at the the other girls, "Umm, what are we supposed to do?"
"Anzu has a schedule on her phone, right? We could see if it's in the cabin." Mei said, running back inside. Sure enough, her phone was sitting on the bedstand.
Hina grabbed the phone, furiously tapping on it. "Does anyone know what the password is?"
"What's her birthday?" Ena asked. No one answered. "None of you know?!"
"Are there any important dates to her?" Mei asked.
"The first day of camp was the ninth of June, right?" Airi asked. The other girls nodded.
Airi grabbed the phone from Hina, tapping 0-6-0-9 into it. The phone unlocked, and Airi almost dropped it out of joy.
She scrolled down until she reached a calender app. She opened it, scrolling to the date. "We're supposed to clean at our main classes."
Adelaide leaned over Airi's shoulder, reading along. "Then, we come back here and pack, and after that, there's a picnic."
Ena shrugged. "We'd better get to our classes. At this point, we're probably late."
At that moment, the girls frantically sprinted out of the cabin to each of their individual classes.
"Not that late!" Ena yelled through the half-opened door, walking casually out of the cabin.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Adelaide burst into the garden, almost falling after she stopped running.
"Woah." Sumire said as she and Akio but supplies into the shed. "What happened?"
"I'm sorry for being late!" Adelaide exclaimed, gasping for breath. "I didn't know I was supposed to clean up here, but then I found out, so I-"
"It's not that big of a deal." Akio said. "Besides, we don't have that much cleaning up to do."
"Actually." Sumire said, closing the shed. "I think we're done."
"Now, to move onto the fun part." Sumire said, walking towards some empty patches of dirt. "Planning what to do next year!"
Akio tossed her a notebook, and Sumire opened it to a random page. "Does anyone have any ideas?"
Akio and Adelaide stood in place, neither of them saying a word. "Okay, then!"
She threw the notebook back to Akio. "Sleep on it." She said, "Maybe we'll have some ideas then."
"But today's the last day of summer?" Adelaide reminded Sumire.
"Then tell me next year." She said. "I want to make next year's garden even more amazing, even grander!"
"Okay!" Adelaide exclaimed, smiling.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Mei opened the door to the art building to everyone staring at her. "Sorry!" She said, running to her art spot. "I forgot we had to clean up."
"It's fine." One of the campers said. "Our camp councelor isn't even here, so why does it matter?"
Mei raised her eyebrow as she picked up all of her projects hanging on the wall. "Who was supposed to be here?"
The camper looked at the paper at one of the desks. "April Laverne,"
Mei smiled, "Oh, she had to leave early."
"But still..."
Mei scanned the things she had grabbed, making sure she didn't miss anything.
She ran to the door, opening it.
"Bye!" She said, before slamming it behind her.
She breathed a sigh of relief as the door shut. "Hey."
"Ah!" Mei yelled, almost dropping her artwork. Adelaide was standing next to her, grinning. "Adelaide!"
"Sorry." She apologized. "Anyways, can I see your artwork?"
"Maybe." Mei said. Adelaide reached for an artwork in response, but Mei tightened her grip.
"Later!" She said, pulling the artwork away from Adelaide's reach. "Maybe you can see it later!"
"Okay!" Adelaide replied. "We have to clean up the cabin now, anyways."
Just as she said that, they reached the cabin. Adelaide opened the door for Mei, who dumped her pile of art on the floor.
Hina and Ena, who were sitting on Anzu's bed, immediately lunged for the art. Mei pulled the pile away from them. "No! I'll show it to you guys later."
"But..." Hina pouted.
"Sorry to break it to you, but we don't have a later." Ena said.
"I can video chat." Mei pointed out.
Hina scrolled through her phone."None of us have your number."
"Let's exchange them, then." Mei said, grabbing her phone. The three girls huddled together, Adelaide watching over Mei's shoulder.
Airi suddely burst through the door, looking at the towering pile of assorted paintings, then the huddled girls. "What did I just walk into?"
"We're exchanging numbers!" Hina exclaimed, waving her phone in the air.
Airi dropped her bag, pulling out her phone. "Without me?"
She made room for herself in the circle, looking at the other girls' phones. "Done!" She exclaimed after a minute.
"I think we all are." Hina said, looking around her.
"Aren't we supposed to be packing?" Adelaide asked as the girls put their phones away.
Mei looked at the time, grimacing. "Yes, I believe so."
Adelaide grabbed her sleeping bag, along with the dress Anzu had given her. "Done! Where should I put my stuff?"
"We'll squeeze it into my bag." Mei said. Adelaide nodded, stuffing it into Mei's suitcase.
Mei took the sleeping bag out, tossing it towards the door. "Doesn't that belong to Ms. Hyuta?"
"Oh, yeah." Adelaide said. She ran towards the door, grabbing the sleeping bag. "I'll go return it!"
"Go ahead!" Airi said, waving to Adelaide as she closed the door.
"Hina, how did you bring your plants to camp?" Airi asked as she packed her things.
"I didn't."
Ena spoke up, "Then what did you do, buy them?"
"I burrowed them from the other buildings. I'm sure they didn't even notice they were gone."
"Hina!" Mei yelled. "Go bring them back!"
"Right now?" HIna asked.
"Yes, right now!" Airi said.
"Fine." Hina said, dragging her feet as she walked towards the door.
She left the door open as she walked on the patio. "I can bring them back next year, right?"
"Sure." Airi said. "You're taking the blame if someone realizes, though."
"Yes, ma'am!" She said, slamming the door.
Adelaide opened the door to an almost empty cabin. "Wow, this place looks kind of sad."
"It does, right?" Mei agreed as she pulled her suitcase to the door. "Now, to wait for Hina."
As if waiting for the right moment, Hina barged in. "I have an idea!" She said, pulling out a knife.
The other girls ran to the back of the cabin. "Drop it!" Mei warned.
"No." Hina plopped on the ground, bringing the knife to the floor. “I’m going to carve something.”
Mei sighed out of relief, but still sprinted towards her.
"I think everyone would rather have the artist do it." She said, grabbing the knife. "What were you planning on putting?"
Hina shrugged. "Our initials, I guess?"
Mei nodded, drawing a big heart. "Everyone, put your initials in the heart.”
"Okay!" The others replied, each carving their initials.
"You know, we'll probably be in different cabins next year." Mei said, admiring the initials.
"I think you can put in requests." Hina said. "We can also beg for this cabin next year!"
"I call bringing the rug to cover this!" Airi said.
"As long as we all agree on the rug." Ena said.
"Got it!"
Adelaide looked through the window, gasping. "Mei, what time is it?"
Mei checked her phone. "It's twelve-thirty."
"I think the picnic’s almost over."
She opened the door as the others sprinted through it.
"Why are we late to everything today?!" Mei asked.
"I don't know!" Ena said.
Airi pulled out a blanket from the bag, letting it go. It flew into Hina's face. "Set up our area! I'll get food!"
She sprinted towards the large table of food as Hina sat on the blanket.
"Seriously, we still have some time." Hina said.
Airi put the multiple plates of food on the blanket, almost tripping. "Just pick and choose what you guys want."
"Okay." Mei said, picking up a sandwich.
"So, what is everyone's plan for the school year?" Ena asked as she ate a carrot stick.
"What is my plan, Mei?" Adelaide asked, quickly turning towards her.
Mei thought for a second, "Um, I think you're going to the same school as I do."
"Yes!" Adelaide exclaimed.
"I only think Airi and I live an hour away from each other, so I was thinking we could go on picnics every weekend." Hina said.
"Not every weekend. I still have to study." Airi pointed out.
"Studying is boring, though!"
"What are your grades?" Mei asked.
Airi spoke first. "Mostly in the nineties."
HIna shrugged. "seventies and the occasional eighty."
"My point proven!" Airi said.
Hina rolled her eyes, "Well, let's at least meet every other week."
Airi grinned, "Deal!"
"We should all video chat once a week." Mei said. "Considering Adelaide, Ena, and I live farther away."
"How about on saturdays!" Adelaide suggested.
Everyone nodded. "Well, that's settled!" Hina said.
"Everyone!" Ms. Hyuta was now standing in the front of all of the blankets, megaphone in hand.
Once the chatting had died down, she continued. "In a few minutes, many of your parents will be arriving. Please make sure you have all of your luggage. Once you leave, there's no coming back until next year."
Just as Ms. Hyuta was walking away from the front, she turned towards the girls again. "Oh, one other thing. People riding the bus, we will leave in twenty minutes."
As soon as Ms. Hyuta left, Mei jumped up. "I forgot my luggage!"
She sprinted towards the cabin, the others following closely behind. Mei turned around, "You don't have to follow me!"
"But, we want to!" Hina said. Mei smiled, tripping on the front steps of the cabin.
"I'm okay!" She assured the girls, running inside the cabin. She quickly came out with her suitcase. "Let's go!"
They ran back to the blanket, Mei dragging the suitcase behind her.
She looked out towards the parking lot, frowning. "I think my mom is here."
She turned towards the girls. "I guess it's time to say goodbye."
Airi stood up. "You're acting like we aren't going to follow you to the car."
"Yeah, who else will help you explain Adelaide?" Hina said as they started walking towards the car.
Mei's mom got out of the car, waving at Mei. Mei waved back. "Hello, mom!"
"Hi, Mei!" Mei's mom said.
"Um, I have something I want to ask." Mei said. Adelaide walked up to Mei, smiling at Mei's mom. "Can Adelaide..."
Adelaide gave a quick wave. "Can she live with us? She doesn't really have a family, and came to camp in the middle of summer..."
"My parents, um, kicked me out." Adelaide said.
"She's really nice!" Ena said.
"Yeah, and smart!" Hina added, looking at Mei's mom with pleading eyes.
Mei's mom took a step back, trying to comprehend everything thrown at her. "I'm sure your father wouldn't mind. I've always wanted another child, anyways."
"Thank you!" Mei exclaimed, hugging her mom.
"Yeah, thank you very much." Adelaide said.
Mei's mom opened the trunk, putting the luggage in. She opened the car door to the back, where Adelaide and Mei decided to sit.
"Bye!" Mei and Adelaide said in unison, rolling down the window as the car started moving.
"See you sometime!" Hina said, waving at them until the car was out of sight.
Ena looked quickly at another car in the parking lot, sighing. "It looks like my parents are here too."
Airi and Hina tackled Ena in a hug. "I'll miss you two, shananagins incuded."
"We'll miss you, too." Airi said. Ena backed up from the hug, running to the car.
"Bye!" Hina said as Ena got in the car. Ena waved as the car backed out of the parking lot.
As she watched the car leave, Airi sighed. "Looks like it's just us, now."
"Oh!" Hina said, turning around and running.
"Hina!" Airi said, following her. "What are you doing?"
"I forgot my luggage!" Hina said, pulling the cabin door open.
"We were just here ten minutes ago!" Airi yelled.
"I know!" Hina said, throwing her bag out of the cabin.
Airi caught it, almost falling. "We're going to be late."
Hina ran out of the cabin with her second bag, grabbing the other bag out of Airi's hand.
"Not if we hurry!" Hina said, running towards the bus, which was starting to load people.
Airi reered off to the side, scooping up the picnic blanket, along with her bag. She caught up, sprinting towards the bus.
They barely got to the door, stopping ther driver. "Wait! We're coming too!" Hina said. The driver opened the doors again, and the girls walked towards the very back of the bus.
Airi plopped into her seat, Hina sitting next to her. "This is exactly like when we met!"
Airi nodded. "Yeah." She looked out the window, silent for a few seconds.
"This is also where I met her."
"Anzu?"
"Yep. I was here to get my bag, and she insisted that she hide in my suitcase. Then chaos happened."
Hina laughed. "Chaos is an understatement."
Hina opened one of her bags, pulling out a notebook. She flipped to the page she had doodled her dream cabin in, sighing. "I never did find that asparagus fern."
Airi shrugged, "You found every other plant within a fifty mile radius of you, though."
"True."
The girls talked for what seemed like a few minutes, reminescing about the summer. As the bus stopped, Hina gasped.
She looked at her phone. "It's been an hour?!"
She looked outside at the sidewalk the bus had stopped at. "This is my stop." Hina said.
She hugged Airi, smiling. "Bye!"
"Bye." Airi said as Hina walked towards the front of the bus.
Airi stood up, "Hina!"
"What is it?"
"Thank you for changing my life."
Hina froze up, sweat on her forehead. "I-?"
The bus driver started tapping his foot on the ground, and Hina ran off the bus.
As the bus started up again, Airi sat down. She looked out the window to Hina, who was typing something on her phone.
Airi's phone buzzed, so she picked it up. Hina had sent a text to her.
She opened the message, her phone buzzing even more. As she scrolled up, past the many hearts and smiles she had been sent, she got to the first actual message.
Hina: You're welcome! :D
As Airi's phone continued buzzing, Airi opened the keyboard.
Airi: Stop with the emojis, my phone feels like it's going to buzz itself out of my hands.
Airi then put her phone back in her bag, daydreaming the rest of the ride. As she started recognizing the landscape, she sighed.
She grabbed her bag and moved to the edge of her seat, the bus slowing to a stop.
Airi stood up, walking to the front of the bus. She looked at the now empty seat that Hina and her had sat in, before leaving the bus.
She ran to where her parents' driveway was, and dropped her suitcase. She hugged them tightly, "I missed you."
"We missed you, too." Her dad said. "Now, how was your summer?"
Airi grinned, "Amazing!"

-Ten Years Later-
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"I think this is it." Hina said, checking her phone to make sure. She fidgeted with the hair that had sneaked out of her bun, before opening the door.
The flower shop was small, but plants of various colors were hanging everywhere. A girl with long blue hair was working behind the counter, writing something down on a piece of paper.
The girl smiled at Hina. "Welcome to Flowery Bouquet-"
She abruptly dropped the paper she was holding, running around the counter. "Hina!"
"Nice to see you, Adelaide." Hina said as the two hugged.
Hina looked around at the shop, marveling at the beauty. "This place is really cool."
"Thank you." Adelaide said. She quickly turned to the stairway at the back of the shop, ducking under the employees only sign.
"Mei, honey!" She yelled up the stairs. After waiting a few seconds, she huffed in dissapointment. Right before running up the stairs, she looked at Hina.
"You can come up if you want." She said.
As Adelaide ran to find Mei, Hina admired the apartment. She sat on a small, leather couch, that was plopped on a small rug. To the left of her was a hallway that led to the kitchen, and the door to what she assumed was the bedroom. On the right was a door that was slightly open.
"What?" Mei asked from the room.
"Hina's here!"
Something fell in the room, and Hina could here Mei stand up. "Oh!"
The door flew open, and Mei came out. Her hair was short, just barely going to her shoulders. She had on a light blue sweater, but it was covered by a paint-covered smock. Even so, paint had gotten on her pants and on her sweater.
"Sorry." Mei said to Hina. She turned towards Adelaide. "My girlfriend just happened to not remind!"
"I did remind you, right before you painted."
"Oh," Mei quickly said, before turning back to Hina.
She sat next to her on the couch, smiling. Adelaide sat on a chair that was adgacent to the couch.
"So, how has the camp been going?" She asked Hina, who perked up.
"Pretty well. I stil can't understand how Ms. Hyuta was able to handle an overnight camp, though. I feel like a majority of my camp kids wouldn't go the night without someone breaking their leg."
"I think you're the most suitable for it, though. You were the best counselor out of the four of us." Mei said.
"Even though everyone in my cabin got in trouble at some point?" Hina laughed.
"Other than that."
Hina excitedly looked at Mei. "Anyways, when are you guys getting marr-"
Mei jumped out of the couch, practically pushing Adelaide into the hallway. "Adelaide, can you get some snacks?"
Adelaide tried not to laugh, looking at Hina. "Sure?"
Mei turned back around to Hina, marching up to her and putting her hands on Hina's shoulder. "Look, I am going to engage to her, eventually." She said in a hushed voice.
Hina raised one of her eyebrows. "You guys have been dating since, like, the start of high school."
"The second year of high school." Mei corrected. "Also, I'm waiting until Airi and can come. It would feel wrong not to do it with the four of us."
Hina nodded, "That makes sense." She looked baxk at the hallway to the kitchen. "That being said, I'm pretty sure Adelaide knows you want to propose."
"Yeah, I know that. I'm just pretending that I don't know that she knows."
"Guys?" Adelaide asked from behind the two. Mei jumped onto the couch, casually looking up at Adelaide.
Adelaide put a bowl on the table. "I brought chips."
"Thank you." Hina said, grabbing one. "Wait, can I see your art gallery?"
Mei nodded. "Oh yeah! I forgot you haven't seen it yet."
She opened a door to the right, and Hina walked in. It was a small room, with a bright blue tarp on the ground. Unfinished and finished painting covered the walls, along with a small shelf that had piles of buisness cards on them. A canvas was sitting in the middle of the room, still wet with paint. It was of an overgrown field, with rain pouring down onto it.
"I still haven't done the sky, but it's almost done." Mei said.
"It looks beautiful!" Hina said. "What is it based on?"
Adelaide opened her phone, showing Hina a picture of an identical field. "Airi sent us this. She's competing somewhere in Europe right now."
"I heard she's doing well in the tournament." Hina said. "I wish I could watch all of the games, but I don't have the willpower to stay up late to watch some of them."
"I still can't believe she's playing internationally." Mei said. "I still remember when she was struggling to win games at camp."
"I miss camp." Adelaide said. "Even the whole 'saving the world' thing."
"I know, right? Sometimes I can't believe I'm feeling nostalgic for that one time I almost died." Hina said, laughing.
Mei looked at the painting, sighing. "Even so, those were fun times."
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
A girl with white hair walked through the castle's hallway, clasping something in her hands.
She rolled her eyes at a man with blue hair, who was leaning against the wall. "Julian!" This place isn't going to clean itself!"
Julian picked up a rag, scrubbing the windows. "Sofia, I miss those times when you were on my side."
"You mean, never?" Sofia said, walking past him.
She turned into the throne room, where Anzu was standing nervously. She held a put-together gem in one hand, and a bag in the other.
Sofia ran up to her, placing a gem fragment in her hand. "Here!"
Anzu fumbled with the gem, placing the piece in the right spot. The gem emitted a glow, beofre returnin to normal.
Queen Juniper watched from her throne, nodding at Anzu. "Are you ready?"
"Of course." Anzu said, holding the gem to her heart.
The queen smiled. "Make sure to be back for dinner."
Sofia laughed. "Bring Airi if you want!"
"I'll make sure to be back on time." She said as the gem grew brighter. She closed her eyes in anticipation, and dissapeared from the throne room.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi put her tennis racket in her suitcase, looking around the hotel room to make sure everything was packed. She wiped the sweat off of her forehead, still exhausted from the match she had won earlier.
She looked at her watch. "One more hour until I have to leave." She was about to turn on the tv before a light flashed behind her.
A familiar girl stood there, with stunning pink hair that faded into blue, stood behind her.
Airi stood frozen, in shock. "Anzu?"
Anzu smiled. "Hey, Airi."

Happy Campers Chapter Twenty-seven: The True Villian! The Precure’s Power!
Julian scowled as mist came out of the scepter. "If my Queen is gone, I will continue her legacy!"
Spirit turned towards Anzu, "Leave!"
Anzu stared at Spirit, a look of desparation in her eyes. "But-"
Fern grabbed her hand. "We'll be fine, just go!"
Anzu, though she still was worried, nodded and ran through the hallway.
Luna turned towards Julian. "Drop the scepter." She ordered, spawning her shield.
"Do you think I would listen to your words?" Julian asked, twirling the scepter in his hands. "Now that I am the king, it should be the opposite!"
Mist traveled to Luna, but she jumped into the air, throwing her shield at Julian. Julian held his scepter in the air, shattering the shield. Fern's vines broke through the floor, growing towards Julian. They grabbed a hold of the scepter, and Fern pulled with all of her might. The vines quickly dissapeared becuase of her exhaustion. Julian took hol of the scepter again, directing the mist towards Fern. Fern closed her eyes, preparing for the worst. She opened her eyes, feeling he legs dangling in the air.
"Got ya!" Mariposa said, grinning. Fern smiled in return as she got out her wand. As soon as Mariposa understood what she was doing, she grabbed hers as well.
"Blooming Lotus Aviation!" They yelled, smiling. Mariposa then dropped Fern, who kept her wand out. She landed headfirst on the ground, but bounced back up.
"I'm okay!" She yelled up to Mariposa, giving her a thumbs up. Fern kept her wand out, aiming it towards Julian. "Heartfelt Fern Attack!" She yelled. Vines stretched towards Julian, but instead of tying him up, Fern directed the vines to create an enclosure.
Mariposa landed on the ground gracefully, the others applauding her for it. "What now?" Spirit asked, looking towards the large vine-cell.
"I was thinking Mariposa could finish him off." Fern said, looking at Mariposa. "If you're fine with that."
Mariposa thought for a second, before nodding. "I'll do it!" She decided, flying into the air.
"Okay!" Fern exclaimed, creating a small hole at the top of the enclosure. "Good luck!"
Mariposa flew through the hole, staring at Julian, who was looking the opposite way. As the hole closed behind her, she readied herself. She took a deep breath, before speaking up. "Hey."
Julian abruptly turned around, clutching the scepter. His eyes widened, but he changed his expression to one of calmness. "Of course it's you who will kill me."
Mariposa stiffened up, glaring at him. "I should do that." She said out loud, walking towards Julian. "But, only a monster would ever think of doing something like that." She broke into a sprint, reaching for the scepter. Julian jumped to the side, and Mariposa turned around as fast as she could.
"Give it to me!" She yelled, lunging at Julian. This time, she punched him in the stomach, causing him to hit the wall. The scepter fell to the floor, and Mariposa picked it up.
"If you give that to me, I'll make you the queen!" Julian bargained, standing up. "I'll apologize for everything I've done to you, and we can forget about it."
Mariposa rolled her eyes, clutching the scepter even harder. "Believe it or not, not everyone is as selfish and cold-hearted as you." She said. "Also, don't you think for one second that I will ever forgive you."
She then jumped into the air, using the scepter to break through the top of the enclosure. Fern let her out, and she started at Julian one last time. She grinned, waving at him just as the vines repaired themselves.
"You got the scepter!" Spirit exclaimed. She looked at the destroyed room, sighing. "Now what?"
"Hey!" Julian yelled from inside the enclosure. "I'm still here!"
Mariposa could hear him kicking at the vines and rolled her eyes. Julian stopped kicking and yelled, "Once I find a way out of here, I'll-"
"That reminds me." Mariposa said, purpolsefully going towards the enclosure. "We still need to figure out a punishment."
She turned towards the other cures, winking. "Now, what should we do?"
The girls huddled around, talking in hushed voices.
Fern ran towards the enclosure, practically yelling at Julian. "It is decided! Your punishment is..."
She paused for dramatic effect, before exclaiming, "cleaning the castle, on your own, every single week!"
"Also, you'll be placed under heavy surveillence at all times, but that's no biggie." Spirit added as she tried not to laugh.
Julian moaned, before regaining his peaceful persona. "I assume Sofia will be doing the same?"
"Actually, no." Mariposa said.
"That makes no sense!" Julian yelled.
"Well, she didn't emotionally and physically abuse me for years, so I think it's pretty fair." Mariposa said, turning around.
"Come on, girls. Let's move on to more important business." She said, loud enough so Julian could hear.
She brought her voice to a whisper as they walked away from the plant jail cell. "So, what now?"
"Let's consult Anzu." Luna suggested, walking towards one of the pillars in the hallway. She peeked behind it, seeing Anzu in her bunny form. "Hey!" Luna exclaimed.
The other girls ran up to her, and Anzu turned back. "We told you to-" Luna started, crossing her arms.
"I know, but I knew I wasn't in any real danger. That Julian can't fight to save his life." Anzu shrugged. Mariposa giggled, nodding.
"That is true." She said. She turned towards Spirit with a more serious expression. "Wait, wasn't our plan to go to Queen Juniper's castle?"
Spirit nodded. "I think you're right." She pointed towards Anzu, grinning. "Lead the way!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Queen Juniper heard a knock on the door to her throne room. "Who's there?" She said, standing up immediately.
The door slowly opened, and Anzu bowed. "Your magesty." The cures followed her footsteps, also bowing. "We have defeated Eudoria, and her most threatening soldiers."
Anzu stared at Airi who ran up to Juniper, giving her Eudoria's scepter. She took a step back, avoiding eye contact. "Uh, she wanted to let you know that she's sorry." She said, before running back to Anzu.
Juniper looked at the scepter tearfully, leaning it against the throne. "Thank you." She said to the girls, her voice quivering. "Not just for the scepter, but for the duties you all have done."
She walked towards them, a smile on her face. "Tell me everything, precure."
They looked at each other, and Mei spoke up, telling the entire story. "...so that's pretty much everything that happened." She shrugged as Juniper nodded.
"Anzu?" Juniper asked.
Anzu stopped slouching, her eyes widened. "Yes?"
"I have a job for you that I think you would enjoy."
Anzu tilted her head in confusion, so Juniper went on. "Now that the Realm of Happiness no longer has a ruler, I was thinking we would merge it with the Kingdom of Fun. But, it looks quite dreary, yes?"
Anzu nodded. "Yeah, I don't know who designed it, but they have zero taste."
"That is why I am assigning you to redesign the place, to look more like our kingdom."
Anzu grinned, nodding. "I would love to do that!" She exclaimed. "Can I start now?"
Juniper nodded, and Anzu ran out of the room excitedly.
As the door shut behind Anzu, Juniper turned to the other girls. "I assume you girls would like to go home."
The cures nodded. "I will work on a way to figure that out, so please wait patiently." Juniper continued, walking towards the door.
A familiar girl bumped into Juniper, yelping. "Sorry..."
"Sofia?" The cures asked in unison.
Sofia stepped out of Juniper's way. As Juniper walked back to her throne, Sofia cleared her throat.
"Hello, pretty cure. I am sorry for all of the inconvience I caused." Sofia said, bowing.
"Welcome back, Sofia." Juniper welcomed her.
"You know her?!" Airi asked Juniper, her jaw dropping.
"Yeah, what is going on here?" Hina asked.
"Sofia was taken from the Kingdom of Fun when Eudoria invaded. She was the main royal guard, despite only being ten."
"Ten?" Mei asked. She looked towards Adelaide, who had a calm and understanding expression on her face. "What is up with this place?" She muttered to herself.
Juniper looked towards Sofia with a kind look on her face. "You fought well, up until the end."
Sofia nodded, suddenly interested in the velvet rug under her feet. "About that..." She said, swaying her arms. "I may have surrendered becuase of the weaponry the Realm had."
Juniper nodded, "Understandable, they were very powerful."
"No, not in that way." Sofia muttered something quietly.
"Sorry, could you repeat that?" Juniper asked.
"I surrendered because I thought it would be cool to fight on their army!" Sofia yelled, looking into Juniper's eyes.
Sofia blushed, looking down at the floor again. "It was a dumb decision, and I eventually felt sorry about doing it..."
"Eventually?" Mei asked, Spirit stifling a laugh next to her.
"I was about to rebel until I was promoted, I swear!" She promised. "But the adrenaline I got after fighting the precure felt amazing, and I kind of got lost in it..."
"All is forgiven." Juniper said, much to Sofia's delight. "I still believe you to be worthy as a gaurd, as long as you learned your lesson."
"Thank you!" Sofia said, smiling. "Anyways, I came to give you this." She handed a fragment of a gem. "It's the only remaining gem I could find, even if it is a bit small. I thought it would be best in your custody."
"Thank you." Juniper said, gesturing to the door.
"You're welcome!" Sofia said, running out of the throne room.
The girls stared at the gem as it shined in Juniper's hand.
"Because there's only one, I guess only one of us is going back." Airi guessed.
Juniper shook her head, "Actually-"
"I vote Mei! She's the most responsible out of us, and I feel like she could come up with a story to explain why we dissapeared!" Hina said, looking at Mei.
"She's probably going to be really famous someday, too!" Adelaide added.
"Guys, I think Juniper wants to say something?" Mei said, directing everyone's attention to the queen.
"Thank you, Mei." Juniper said. "You will all be able to use the gem, but I'm afraid because of it's size, and the fact that there is only one, it will be a one way trip."
She directed her gaze specifically to Adelaide. "You will have to decide whether to stay here, or go back to Earth."
She stood up, walking towards the door. "I assume you will need some time to decide, so I'll take my leave."
As the door slammed shut, the girls looked towards Adelaide. Adelaide fidgeted with her compass, "I don't know."
Mei put her hand on Adelaide's shoulder, smiling. "We won't pressure you."
Airi nodded. "Yeah. Take as much time as you need."
"The decision is yours to make." Hina added.
Adelaide nodded, deep in thought.
"I've made my decision." Adelaide said, breaking the silence. "I'm going to go to Earth."
Airi gasped, "What?!"
"Yes!" Hina exclaimed, dancing around the room.
Mei smiled, "That was a good choice!"
Adelaide's head spun as she watched the chaos unfold. "Everyone be quiet and let me give my explanation!" She yelled at the top of her lungs.
The room became dead silent, and the girls looked at Adelaide. "In a sense, this world is my home."
Airi nodded, "So then why-?"
"That being said!" Adelaide interupted. "I was never happy here."
She gestured towards the other girls. "You guys were the first friends I ever made, and I felt more at home at camp than anywhere else."
"That is why I decided to go to Earth." She concluded.
"Wait, but where will you stay?" Hina asked.
Mei jumped up, "With me!" She exclaimed. She quickly calmed down, clearing her throat. "You can stay with me, as long as your okay with-"
Adelaide tackled Mei in a hug, laughing. "Of course I'll stay with you, Mei!"
Just then, Juniper walked back in. She looked at the laughing girls, and smiled. "I assume you made your decision?"
Adelaide immediately stood up. "Yes. I will go back to Earth."
Juniper nodded, "I am not suprised." She admitted. "Well then, I suppose it is time to prepare to send you all back."
The door burst open, and Anzu walked in, a large paper in her hands. "I finished my first design, your magesty." She ran up to Juniper's throne and gave her the paper.
"Why thank you, Anzu." Juniper said.
Anzu twiddled her thumbs, walking up to the cures. "Also, though I would be the main designer, I was wondering if any of you would like to help me on future endevours?"
Tears came to Airi's eyes. "Anzu..."
Airi sprinted up to Anzu, hugging her. "I'm sorry!" She said in between sobs. "We can't!"
Anzu looked at the other girls, who were also crying, and dropped her hands to her sides. "Oh my god..."
She looked towards Juniper, who nodded.
Mei walked up to Anzu, joining the hug. "I'm sorry we fought so much, it was a waste of time."
As the two other girls joined the hug, Anzu shook her head. "I'll miss that, and all of you, and everything!"
Juniper looked out of the window as the girls hugged. "I do believe it's time."
The girls backed out of the hug, and Anzu stepped back.
"Anzu!" Mei exclaimed. "You know, you could come to earth with us, I'm sure my parents wouldn't mind..."
Anzu winked at Mei, shaking her head. "Are you trying to make me neglect my duties? I'm the royal architect, Mei!"
"Stupid bunny." Mei said, smiling. Anzu smiled back, flipping her hair.
"Umm..." Airi mumbled, looking at the other cures. "I think we're ready."
Juniper walked up to Airi, handing her the gem. "Concentrate on Earth, and why you love it. It will teleport you back."
They nodded, closing their eyes. The gem started glowing, and as it got brighter, Hina opened her eyes and looked st Anzu. "If you ever need someone to save the world again, call us!"
Anzu nodded. "Will do!"
Just then, the light dissapeared, along with the girls. All that was left on the floor was their compasses, and a small piece of the gem they used to teleport.
Anzu fell to the floor, shaking as tears hit the floor. She picked up the small piece of the gem, rotating it in the sunlight.
She looked up to Juniper. "Is it possible, someday, I'll be able to see them again?"
Juniper smiled, looking at the gem. "Possibly."
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi fell with a thump on the cabin floor, "Ouch..."
"Airi? Everyone?!" Ena asked, jumping out of bed. She frantically ran up to them, jumping with excitement.
"Did you win? Where are your compasses? Wait, where is Anzu?"
By that point, the girls had crawled into bed, their dresses still on them. "We'll explain tomorrow." Mei said, crawling under her bedspread. "Good night."
"Good night." Ena said, getting back into bed.
"Yeah." Airi said, smiling. "Good night."

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-six: The Final Fight! Queen Eudoria’s Unrivaled Power!
Eudoria sat under a blossoming tree, watching the petals fall.
"Hey, Dori!" her sister, Juniper, ran up to her. She was holding a jump rope in one of her hands, and a ball in the other. "Wanna play?"
"No thank you, Juni." Eudoria said, politely. She knew that her sister knew about her natural weakness, caused by a sickness. Her sister seemed to forget it often, or maybe she just ignored it.
"Oh," Juniper replied, disappointed. She ran into the field in front of her, skipping rope alone.
"Why can't I just be like everyone else?" Eudoria asked to herself.
"I know, right?" Eudoria looked up to see a pale girl, who looked about her age.
"Are you frail as well?" The girl asked as she sat next to Eudoria.
"Yeah." Eudoria answered.
"What's your name?" The girl asked."I'm Charlotte!"
"Nice to meet you, Charlotte." Eudoria said, smiling. "I'm Eudoria."
"Like, the Princess Eudoria?!" Charlotte asked, composing herself. "I'm so sorry, your magesty-"
"You don't have to do that." Eudoria giggled. "Actually, instead of being like everyone else, you know what I want?"
Charlotte tilted her head. "What?"
"I want the world to be more accessible to us!" Eudoria exclaimed.
"I think pigs will fly before that happens." Charlotte said, sighing. "At this point, we might as well come up with our own kingdom!" She said, pulling out a piece of paper. "What would we call it?"
Eudoria's eyes widened, surprised from the question. "Umm, The Kingdom of Inside-ness?"
"That's lame, though." The girl laughed, still writing it down. "How about the Realm of- something?"
"Realm of Darkness? Since we're all inside?" Eudoria said again.
Charlotte wrote it down. "That sound evil."
"Ooh! I've got an actual idea!" Eudoria exclaimed.
"Spit it out, then."
"The Realm of Happiness!" Eudoria said, smiling contently.
"That has a good ring to it." Charlotte said. She crossed out the other options, writing it in large letters at the top. "Now, to actually design it!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Queen Eudoria looked at the girls, who were frozen in fear as she walked into the dungeon. She walked up to Fern, who backed up.
"Cure Fern, the one who's idiotic nature always gets in the way of your teammates." Queen Eudoria said as she directed her scepter to Fern. A swirl of dark mist came from it, tying up Fern like it was a ribbon. Fern tried to use her vines, but couldn't make them.
"How-?" Fern asked, squirming.
"Do you think I would let you use your magic?" Queen Eudoria smirked as she walked towards Luna.
Luna got into a fighting position, glaring at Eudoria. "Stay back!"
Queen Eudoria simply smiled at her. "Cure Luna, you never seem to give up on anything, even if it means your fall."
She pointed her scepter at Luna, who lunged for it. Eudoria stood in place, and the gray mist erupted from the scepter once again, tying up Luna.
Spirit pushed herself up, "Stop!" She fired a ball of light at her, but it evaporated the minute it made contact with the scepter. Queen Eudoria ignored her and walked up to Mariposa, who's legs were shaking.
Mariposa tried to kick Eudoria, but Eudoria blocked it. "Cure Mariposa, you pretend to be strong in front of me, but I know your true feelings." Mariposa didn't struggle as the mist went around her.
Anzu scowled, running up to Queen Eudoria. Spirit followed her, and the two fought against Eudoria. As Spirit fired balls at her from a distance, making sure to avoid the scepter, Anzu punched and kicked her, switching forms to avoid getting caught. As Anzu was in her bunny form, Eudoria kicked her.
Eudoria then picked her up. "Anzu, trying to fight in her worthless state." Anzu transformed back into her human form, punching Eudoria once more before she was tied up as well.
Spirit looked nervously at the others as Queen Eudoria strutted up to her. "Last, and very much least, Cure Spirit-"
"Shut up!" Spirit yelled, glaring at her.
"Though you are known as the leader, you never seem to be the one to direct the group."  Eudoria continued.
"I said, shut up!" Spirit punched Eudoria, but Eudoria grabbed her shaking hand. Queen Eudoria then let go, walking away and out of the dungeon.
"I need soldiers!" She yelled. Five soldier came up to her, and she pointed towards the dungeon. "Guard those four girls." She said, gesturing to the one's tied up.
"What about her?" One of the soldiers said, pointing towards Spirit.
"Leave her." Queen Eudoria ordered. "She can watch." She then walked even farther, and Spirit, after thinking, walked up to her.
She looked back at the dungeons, as the door closed. "If this helps them get out, I'll comply." Spirit thought as she followed the Queen.
Queen Eudoria stopped, walking up to a wall. It was adorned with many large jewels, except for the center, where one seemed to be missing. "Do you have any idea what this is?" She asked Spirit.
Spirit froze up, sweat forming on her forehead. "Something important?" She questioned. Queen Eudoria stared at her, and Spirit though, "Now I've done it,"
Queen Eudoria nodded, looking back at the wall. "Extremely important. It's a wall, which will give this kingdom permanent access to your world, the lovely Earth." She turned towards Spirit, who nodded. "If only my sister had not destroyed her own one of these, it would have been much easier." She raised her hands up in triumph. "But, we were eventually able to find them, giving my top soldiers access." She smiled a sickly smile. "Now, we have them all. She gestured towards a specific one on the wall. Even the one Adelaide used."
Spirit looked at the empty spot on the wall, wondering about it. Queen Eudoria looked at her face. "Yes, there is still one more component. The most important one, in fact."
As Spirit looked at the hole even closer, she realized what it was for. Covering her compass, she backed up. "Don't even attempt!" She blurted out. Queen Eudoria ran towards her, and Spirit jumped up into the air.
She grabbed onto a chandelier, getting on top of it and grabbing her wand. "Spirit Shot!" She yelled, flinging multiple balls of light at Eudoria. Eudoria blocked them using her scepter, and a swirl of mist came towards Spirit. Spirit used the chandelier to swing out of the way. The mist went around the chandelier instead. Eudoria pulled the mist using her scepter, causing the chandelier to fall.
She sprinted towards Eudoria and tried to grab the scepter out of her hands, failing. She jumped into the air again to avoid the scepter's attacks, sending more balls to Eudoria.
"You know, the more magic you use, the more power the compass gets." She walked towards the wall, dropping the scepter. "In fact, I bet it could power the door on its own!" She yelled, putting her hand in the hole the compass was supposed to go in.
The gems glowed, before shattering into millions of pieces. Spirit closed her eyes, blinded by the light. When she opened them, She saw a humanoid figure that was so big it barely fit into the room. It was covered head to toe with black fabric similar to the one on Queen Eudoria's dress. "Queen Eudoria?" She asked, looking at the figure in front of her.
In a deep voice, the Eudoria monster yelled, "Give me the compass!"
"Why are you even doing this?" Spirit asked, running so that Eudoria didn't grab her. "All because you and your sister had some arguement!?"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Now that you rule this place, are you going to do something about the rules we've always talked about?" Charlotte asked Eudoria, as Eudoria brushed her hair.
"Well, remember I'm not the only one ruling. Juniper has to agree to it, as well." Eudoria looked at the picture of her and her sister, hanging on the wall of her bedroom. "I don't know why she wouldn't agree, though."
"I guess," Charlotte shrugged. "I mean, we have so many people on our side, even people who just don't like the outdoors. She'll have to agree!"
Eudoria looked at the clock in her room and stood up. "It's time for dinner!" She ran to the door, "See you after!"
Charlotte waved, smiling."See you!"
Eudoria sat at the small but elegant table, across from her sister. "Um, Juniper, I wanted to suggest something, some improvements."
Juniper smiled, "Go on."
Eudoria sat straight in her chair, making sure she looked proffesional. "Well, I feel like there aren't enough accesibility measures for, well, people like me."
Juniper cleared her throat. "What do you mean? You can get everywhere easily, and we have nice places to sit..."
"Yes, but what are we supposed to do while sitting? I was always bored out of my mind when I was younger, becuase aeverything to do here is focused on moving."
"We have sketchbooks to draw in, though." Juniper said. "How many people are like you, anyways?"
"My friend Charlotte, and I, plus other people-"
"Who are these 'other people'?" Juniper questioned.
"I- I don't know." Eudoria admitted. "I haven't seen any, but I bet-"
"Are you sure this isn't just a request for you and your friend? You know, a queen musn't waste recources only for a few people, much less another queen."
Eudoria slammed her hands on the table. "You don't understand whatsoever!" She then stormed out of the room, leaving Juniper alone.
Eudoria ran up to her room, tears streaming down her face. She opened the door, much to Charlotte's suprise, rushing in. "It didn't work?" Charlotte asked gently. Eudoria shook her head, and Charlotte hugged her. "I'm sorry." She said, tears coming to her eyes.
"I'm sick of this." Eudoria said, wiping her tears. "We should just make the Realm of Happiness real!"
"Yeah!" Charlotte smiled.
"We need time to prepare, though." Eudoria said, pulling away from Charlotte. "How about a week?"
"Wait, seriously!" Charlotte jumped up. "I'll be ready, Eudoria!"
The week went by quickly, and Eudoria organized her plans. "One more day." She said to herself, gathering the items she would need.
She heard a knock on her door, and shoved the items under her bag. "Yes?"
Juniper opened the door, something wrapped with pink paper in her hands. "I know there isn't a special occasion coming up, but I got you this." Juniper explained. "I was thinking about your proposal nonstop, and I found a compromise."
She handed the object to Eudoria, who unwrapped it carefully. It was a scepter, complete with a giant silver orb in the center. "What do I do with this?" Eudoria asked, moving it around.
"It can grant wishes." Juniper explained. "Apparently, some royal enginners have been working on it for years. They did mention it has a limit, so be careful. After you use up the limit, the thing malfunctions. With this, you can get rid of your sickness, and Charlotte's!"
"Wow." Eudoria said. "Thank you, Juniper."
"Your welcome." Juniper said. "Don't forget the civilian check-up later!" Juniper closed Eudoria's door, and Eudoria smiled.
"This thing will make our plans way easier." She said to herself, opening the door and running out of the castle.
"Eudoria? Why are you here?" Charlotte asked as Eudoria panted at her doorsteps.
"I think we should move the starting to today." Eudoria answered.
"What?!"
"I know. That being said, I have something that will make it easier." She pulled out her scepter, explaining her plan.
"See you at the check-up!" Eudoria said, running back to the castle.
Eudoria and Juniper walked out onto the large balcony outlooking the entire village. Almost all of the residents were standing near it.
"Hello, residents of the Kingdom of Fun." Juniper started. "We would like to make some announcements about future projects, and the such-"
"Wait!" Eudoria yelled. "I, personally, have my own announcement to make."
"This wasn't what we planned-" Juniper whispered, but Eudoria ignored her.
"For years, I, and many other people, have been unable to enjoy themselves here. I am talking about, of course, people with sicknesses that make them weak and fatigued easily. I have had enough, and am making my own kingdom, called the Realm of Happiness! Everyone is welcome to come, if you are sick of this place. She pointed towards the left of the kingdom, where a large city suddenly appeared.
"In fact, I will use this very scepter to cure everyones illness!" She shouted. She then jumped off of the balcony and into the crowd, leading the people towards the Realm of Hapiness.
After everyone had settled in, she went onto the balcony of the newly formed, large castle. "Hello, my friends!"  She lifted the scepter into the air, causing everyone to cheer. "I aim to create a fair kingdom, where everyone has equal rights! This will start with me granting any wish your heart desires."
After the long day of work, Eudoria layed in her luxurious bed. Someone knocked on the door, and she sat up. "Come in!" She exclaimed. Charlotte opened the door, much to Eudoria's delight.
"Hey, Eudoria, now that we're alone, can you grant my wish?" Charlotte asked. Eudoria nodde, grabbing her scepter.
"What is it?"
"To get rid of my sickness, forever!" Charlotte exclaimed.
Eudoria nodded, closing her eyes. The scepter glowed, and Charlotte excitedly jumped. "Thank you! I've never felt this energized in my life! Anyways, I want to reveal some news."
Eudoria smiled, before hearing a loud, ear-piercing noise. The scepters silver glow turned into a black emptiness. "Huh?"
Charlotte ignored it, continuing. "Now that my sickness is cured, I think I'm going to move back to the other kingdom. My family all lives there, and I'd love to be closer to some of my other friends-"
"After all I did for you!" Eudoria yelled, clutching the scepter.
"Sorry, can you at least try to understand?" Charlotte asked.
Mist swirled out of the scepter, lifting Charlotte into the air. Charlotte squirmed and shrieked, tears coming to her eyes.
"You are not moving there!" Queen Eudoria yelled. "You will become my highest appointed soldier, and recuit everyone in this kingdom, under your own command. After training them to be as strong as possible, you will orchestrate an invasion, to gain even more soldiers. Only then, will you be able to live a wonderful life here. That is your punishment, do you understand?"
"Yes." Charlotte said, her voice shaking.
"Good. Then go!" Eudoria gestured to the door, where the mist pulled it open.
Charlotte walked towards it, turning towards Eudoria before leaving. "Who are you?"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ "Why?" Spirit repeated, looking at Eudoria's covered face.
"It was not just an arguement!" Eudoria bellowed, grabbing Spirit and picking her up.
Spirit squirmed out of the tight grip, walking up her arm. Once she got close enough, she pulled up the piece of cloth covering her face. Spirit could only lift it so that she could see the eye, but that was okay. "Don't you think your sister would be willing to forgive? Did that thought never cross your mind?"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Fire thrashed and burned in front of Eudoria, as she watched the chaos unfold. As her soldiers brought back hundreds of people to her city, she felt the most powerful. Juniper watched from the safety of the balcony, sobbing as she watched her people be taken. "Why must you do this?" She calmly asked Eudoria, who turned away.
"You know why."  "I'm sorry!" Juniper yelled, before running into the castle. "For everything!" Eudoria ignored her and left, using the mist from her scepter to stop the fire. There was no need for it, anymore.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎ Eudoria's eye widened, and she covered her face with her hands. Spirit jumped off of Eudoria. "I can't turn back, I've gone too far." She lifted her face to look at Spirit, who was crying. "Tell Juni that I'm sorry for everything."
A million gems appeared before Spirit's eyes, shattering into a thousand different fragments. The only thing left of Eudoria was her scepter, lying on the floor.
Spirit walked up to the scepter, sitting on the ground next to it. So much had happened, and she still couldn't process it all. After a few minutes, she grabbed it, standing up. "We won." The dungeon door flew open, and the others ran out. "Spirit!" Luna yelled, waving her hands.
When Luna reached her, she looked at the scepter. "Wait, did you defeat her?!" She yelled out.
Spirit nodded. "Yeah."
"How?" Mariposa and Fern asked at the same time.
Spirit blushed, trying to explain what happened. "-and then, she, like, shattered. I think it had something todo with the gems?" She shrugged. "I'm still not sure."
"I wish I could've seen it!" Fern exclaimed. She sprinted over to the chandelier, examining it. "I can't believe you were the one that caused it to fall!"
"Were you even listening?" Luna questioned. "The queen broke it, not Spirit." She corrected.
"Uh, sorry to be a party pooper, but what now?" Mariposa asked. The four girls turned towards Anzu, who nervously scratched her head.
"I don't know, why not ask Spirit? She's the team leader, after all." Anzu said.
The cures turned to Spirit, who was about to argue back. She stopped herself, though, and cleared her throat. "I say, we go see Queen Juniper on the matter." She said, acting as proffesional as she could. "She will probably know what to do."
Spirit suddenly noticed a noise coming from the hallway. She listened for a second, before running towards them.
"Who's there?" She asked. She suddenly felt a gust of wind, and the scepter dissapeared. "What-?"
"Apologies for interupting." Spirit turned around to see Julian, holding the scepter in his gloved hands.
He pointed the scepter towards the girls, the dark mist swirling towards them. "But I have some unfinished business."

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-five: Anzu was Captured! Trip to the Realm of Happiness!
Spirit felt herself fly through the air, before landing on pavement. She opened her eyes to see a dark, empty alley and her friends standing up. Sofia had disappeared, leaving only the precure. "Mariposa, is this is?"
"I think it is." Mariposa said, looking around. "I guess we should start walking to the castle."
"Guys, above us!" Luna yelled. Spirit looked up just in time to see Sofia jumping at them, her fists clenched.
"Did you really think I would leave you alone?" Luna sprinted to Spirit just in time to block Sofia with her shield. "I'm not going to let you destroy this kingdom that easily." Sofia said, landing gracefully onto the shield.
"Why not go alert Queen Eudoria or whatever?" Mariposa yelled, flying into the air with Fern holding onto her feet.
"Yeah, it would be easier." Fern said, before letting go and kicking Sofia from the top. Sofia blocked her head with her hands, pushing Fern off.
"But it would be embarrassing." Sofia said. She jumped off of Luna's shield and ran towards Mariposa, who had landed. Mariposa looked at Sofia, getting her hand ready to punch the ground. Just as she was about to do it, Sofia squeezed Mariposa's hand.
"Why on earth would you do that?" Sofia asked. "Are you not aware people are living in the buildings next to us? Out of all of you idiots I thought you would be the one that was more careful."
Mariposa broke away from Sofia's grip and jumped back. She looked at the others. "She's right." She then ran towards Sofia, grabbing her by the collar and pushing her to the ground. "Now, are you going to do the sensible thing or not?"
Sofia glared at her before standing up in defeat. "Have fun losing." She then disappeared, leaving the unkept alley.
"We've got to find cover." Mariposa said, rushing to one end of the alley. "They'll be coming soon."
"Who will be coming?" Fern asked, following Mariposa.
"Queen Eudoria's soldiers. All of them." Mariposa said. "They don't take threats lightly."
"Over there!" Luna pointed towards a door to a skyscraper. Spirit ran up to it and opened the door.
"It's not locked!" She exclaimed, waiting for everyone to come in before shutting it. She looked at the windowless hallways to either side, which were covered in doors. "Which way do we go?"
Mariposa shrugged. "I'm not sure."
Luna walked up to a door at the end of the hallway and opened it. It was home to a spiral staircase. "if we go up, they'll be less likely to find us."
"Yeah, you're right." Fern said. "Team, let's get a move on!"
Fern, Luna, and Spirit started running up the stairs as Mariposa flew to the top. Luna started slowly slowing down, panting. "Hey, Mariposa? Can you carry us up like you carried Fern?"
"That was for a few seconds." Mariposa yelled from above. "That stuff tires me down."
"Oh, sorry." Luna said. She started walking up a few more steps, before stopping. She looked to the rail of the stairs, running towards it. She lumped onto it, using it to push herself into the air. Just as she was about to plummet down, she grabbed the stair closest to her, pulling herself onto it. She looked directly at Mariposa who was shocked. "I can't believe that worked." Luna said, standing up.
"My turn!" Fern exclaimed, jumping up towards Luna. She reached her hand towards the stairs, but missed. Luna sprinted towards the edge, grabbing Fern's hand just in time. "Whoops." Fern said as she pulled herself onto the stairs.
"You two realized that you could have just walked upstairs in that time, right?" Spirit said as she climbed the last stair.
"I guess." Luna said. "Anyways, now to find a room to hide in." She opened the door to a plain hallway with what looked like a thousand room on either side.
"Who said we were hiding?" Fern asked. "I say we jump onto the top of this building and travel from up there."
Luna stopped in her tracks, thinking. "That's actually not a bad idea. Mariposa, do the soldiers have any helicopters?"
"Definitely not." Mariposa said. "Fern's plan is probably our best bet."
"But how are we going to get on the roof?" Spirit asked, looking at the windowless hallway.
"I'll punch the roof!" Fern said, getting ready to jump.
"No!" Mariposa said, grabbing her leg as she jumped. "We could go into one of the apartments and see if there are any windows that we could open."
"That's definitely a better idea." Luna said, walking up to one of the doors. "Should I just knock?"
"I guess." Spirit said.
Luna nodded, knocking on the door. The door creaked open, revealing a preschool-aged girl. "What did you bring?"
"Bring?" Luna asked, sweat appearing on her forehead as she stared at Mariposa for guidance.
Instead of Mariposa, Fern ran up and behind Luna. "We brought our kindness for you!"
"Shut up!" Mariposa whispered at Fern. "We actually are not here to bring anything. We just need to inspect your apartment."
"Oh, come in." The girl shrugged as she made way for the others to pass. "My mother and father are asleep, should I wake them?"
"No-!" Fern yelled before Mariposa covered her mouth.
"There isn't a need to." Mariposa said politely to the young girl.
"Actually, we're here only to inspect your windows." Spirit said, inching towards the single, large window that was covered by a black curtain. She opened the curtain and sunlight poured into the room, causing the girl to cover her eyes.
"You aren't actually here to inspect anything, are you?" The girl said before sprinting into another room.
"Oh no..." Mariposa said, running towards the window. "Fern, use your vines to remove this thing, quickly!"
"But there isn't any dirt!" Fern said. Just then, two adults came into the room, glaring at the girls. Spirit shrieked, throwing a potted plant towards Fern. It crashed on the floor, and Fern grew vines out of it that popped the window off of the wall. Fern climbed onto her vines, growing it out of the window and to the roof. "Come on!"
As one of the adults grabbed the phone off of the wall, Mariposa jumped out of the window, flying up. Luna quickly followed, but Spirit stayed inside.
She pulled out her wand, yelling, "Spirit Shot!" She thrust the ball to the phone, breaking it. "Sorry!" She said to the family as she jumped to Fern's vine and climbed towards the roof.
"What was that noise?" Luna asked as Spirit climbed up.
"I might have destroyed the phone." Spirit said.
"Spirit!" Luna scolded.
"I promise I'll get them a new one!" Spirit said. "Anyways, what now?"
Mariposa pointed towards the distance. "Well, the castle's over there. We can jump roof-to-roof until we get there." She jumped to the next building. "Come on, guys!"
The other girls followed, and they slowly got to the last of the apartment buildings. Spirit squinted, realizing they were still far from the castle. "Now what?"
"Well, we can jump from house to house." Mariposa jumped onto one of the roofs. "It's hard, but still possible."
"Got it!" Fern jumped to where Mariposa was standing. She almost fell, but Mariposa grabbed her. "I did it!"
"Barely," Spirit said before jumping to the house. Luna followed, and they got into the rhythm of doing it.
"Do you guys see something?" Fern said, pointing into the distance. Mariposa looked where Fern was pointing, then grabbed all three girls, diving to the ground.
Luna sighed, "What-?"
"Shh!" Mariposa put a finger to her lip. "Let's keep moving towards the castle, but be quiet."
"Were those soldiers?" Fern asked as they moved towards the castle from the ground.
"Yes." Mariposa whispered.
"But how? I swore I broke those people's phone." Spirit said.
"You'd be surprised. Here, if you hear or see anything remotely suspicious, you immediately call them." Mariposa said.
"Also, I bet Sofia wasn't making empty threats." Luna added.
"Look, we're almost there!" Fern exclaimed, running towards the castle in front of them.
Luna stopped. "We need to be careful, I assume soldiers will be all around here. Mariposa, where are the dungeons?"
"We have to go into the castle to get access to the door, that being said..." She thought for a second. "Fern, are you still up to punching something?"
"I guess." She looked around. "What exactly am I destroying?"
"We have to get there, first." Mariposa started running, and flew into the air. "I'll check the area first." She stayed up in the air for a second before landing. "We're clear."
Mariposa broke into a sprint, and the others followed her. After a few seconds, she abruptly stopped. She pointed towards the brick wall in front of her. "Here. Only the bottom, though."
Fern nodded, kicking the wall with all of the strength she had. A flurry of dust rushed into the air, and Fern cheered. "I did it!"
"Let's go." Luna got on her stomach, crawling though the door. "So, it's a basement?"
"Yes. It helps keep the people in." Mariposa shuddered as she crawled.
"Should we help get everyone else out?" Spirit suggested, fidgeting with her hands.
"There isn't really anyone else." Mariposa shrugged as they waited for Fern to crawl in.
"Are they all..." Fern broke into a whisper, "Dead?"
"What? No!" Mariposa yelled. "Now they just make all the trouble-makers soldiers. I don't know where else Anzu would be, though."
"Speaking of..." Luna started. "Anzu? Are you here?!" She yelled.
A faint voice called out, "Mei?"
Luna smiled, running towards the voice. Inside an old, dirty jail-cell, Anzu was standing near the bars. "Mei, oh my gosh..."
"Did you think we wouldn't come?" Luna said, smiling. "Anyways, time to get you out!" Luna stepped back, and sprinted towards the cell. She spawned her shield just before hitting the metal bars, slightly denting them.
"If you do it that way, it will take forever." Anzu smirked.
"Then I'll just hit the bars harder!" Luna exclaimed, running into the metal bars once more. They dented again. She looked down for a second before spawning her shield again.
"Anzu, get back!" She yelled, throwing the shield into the bars. The bars sliced in half, the top ones clanking as they hit the ground. "Yes!"
"Luna, why didn't you just ask us for help?" Spirit asked as Anzu exited the cell.
Luna looked down, embarrassed. "I forgot you guys were even here,"
"Anyways, what's your plan?" Anzu asked the girls. They exchanged glances.
"We don't really have one." Fern admitted.
"We are trying to defeat Queen Eudoria, so I guess we can head in the general direction of her throne room?" Mariposa suggested.
"That seems like a decent enough plan." Anzu said.
Mariposa walked up the slanted floor towards a stone door. She tried to pull it, but it didn't open.
Spirit ran up to her, grabbing on the handle of the door as well. "I'll help."
The others also ran up, grabbing onto each others backs, as there wasn't enough room for all of them to grab the handle. "On the count of three." Spirit said. Everyone nodded, tightening their grip.
"One, two, three!" They said at the same time, pulling the door with all of their might. After a few seconds, the door flung open.
Spirit sighed, "Well, looks like we got lucky." Spirit then noticed a woman standing in the doorway. Her Light green hair was twisted in a high bun. She was wearing a long, black gown, with a matching hairpiece. In one of her gloved hands, she held a large scepter that seemed to emit darkness. She adjusted her silver-frame glasses before smiling. "Welcome to my castle, precure."

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-four: Let’s Shine! The Amazing Party!
"Let's see it!" Hina said, looking excitedly at the bathroom door.
"I'm going as fast as I can." Said Airi through the door. "Okay, I'm ready!"
Airi opened the door, and dramatically curtsied. She was wearing a short, sleeveless orange dress with a gold necklace dangling on her neck. "How do I look?"
"Amazing!" The girls said in unison.
"Even you think so, Anzu?" Airi asked with a smirk. Anzu blushed, crossing her arms.
"I meant you look decent." Anzu muttered. "Though you do look nice, Airi. Mine's much more sophisticated." She was wearing a long, flowy, light pink dress with puffed sleeves.
"Maybe a little too much." Mei whispered to Ena, who was standing next to her.
"What did you say?"
"I said that I'll go next!" Mei ran into the bathroom with her dress and shut the door. After a few minutes, she came out in a short, long-sleeved light blue dress with a white choker. "Who wants to go next?"
"I will." Ena said, walking into the bathroom with a short, white dress. After she got dressed and came out, Hina went in.
"Just to warn you, mine isn't as good as the rest of the outfits." Hina said as she changed.
"That's probably not true, everyone has their own tastes!" Airi retaliated.
"I guess." Hina shrugged, exiting the bathroom. She had on a long sleeved pink shirt that was tucked into a white skirt. "See what I mean?"
"I don't." Adelaide said. "It looks beautiful!"
"Same here! I think it looks really good on you!" Ena said as Hina tried to pull the attention away from her.
"Adelaide, it's your turn." She said.
Adelaide got up, smiling. "Okay!" She went into the bathroom, and came out in a long, navy blue gown that had a fake flower on the front of it. "I borrowed it from Anzu, by the way." Adelaide admitted.
"That makes sense." Hina said, Mei agreeing. "That being said, it looks amazing!"
"Thank you." Adelaide said. "Now, shouldn't we do everyone's hair?"
"Definitely." Anzu said, brush in hand. "Who wants to go first?"
"I will." Mei said. She sat in front of Anzu.
"What hairstyle?" Anzu asked.
"I wouldn't usually do this, but I trust you with whatever you think would look best."
"Really? Thank you." Anzu replied.
After a few minutes, Anzu finished. "Okay, done." She pulled out a handheld mirror. "Want to see?"
Mei took the mirror and looked at her hair. It was done in a simple but pretty bun. "Wow," Mei said. "Thanks, Anzu."
"You're very welcome!" Anzu exclaimed.
"I think I'm just going to wear mine down." Hina said, taking out her braids.
"Same." Ena, Airi, and Adelaide all replied at the same time.
"Okay, then I guess we can start getting the place ready for the party. Adelaide and Hina, can you get the food?" Anzu asked.
"Yes!" They replied at the same time, running out of the cabin.
"Well then." Anzu stood up, brushing her dress off. "We should double check that everything is in place at the building. Ena, you can come along as well." Anzu opened the door, and the four of them left.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Where are they..." Hina said as she skimmed the fridge. "Here!" She exclaimed, pulling out the container of cupcakes.
"I've got mine as well." Adelaide said, carrying the eggs.
"Okay! Off to the party!" Hina exclaimed, as she tripped. The cupcakes wobbled in her hand, and she breathed a sigh of relief when none of them fell.
"Be careful..." Adelaide said, walking towards the door.
"Sorry!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Lights check!" Airi yelled to Anzu, who nodded and turned the lights off. The room was slightly darker, but illuminated     by lanterns on tables and fairy lights hanging on the wall. "Perfect!" Airi exclaimed.
"Airi, you don't have to be so serious about this." Ena said as she marveled at the decorations.
"But it's fun, acting all professional and stuff!" Airi protested.
"I agree." Mei said. "I don't think any of us have done something like this before."
"I have." Anzu said.
"Other than Anzu." Mei added. "I think we did amazing for our first time."
"Yeah, as someone who didn't help, this place is amazing." Ena said.
"The food has arrived!" Hina said as she opened the door. She placed the cupcakes on one of the tables, and Adelaide quickly followed.
"What did you make?" Ena asked, walking over to the two girls.
"I made cupcakes, with frosting that resembles outer space." Hina explained, opening the container so Ena could see.
"Oh, and I made deviled eggs." Adelaide said, also pulling the lid off of her container.
"Here you go!" Anzu gave the two girls large plates. "Put some of the food on here. The rest you can keep under the table."
"Got it!" Hina said with a thumbs up.
Adelaide nodded, "Okay!"
"No one has to serve or anything, we'll just let everyone grab whatever." Airi said. "If someone decides to take everything, so be it."
"The only person who would do that would be Hina." Mei giggled.
"Hey!" Hina snapped back.
"Well, where else are you going to get desserts for your secret stash?"
"That's a good idea!" Hina exclaimed. "If I wasn't the one making this, that is."
"Oh no!" Airi said as she looked at her phone. "It's almost time!"
"It is!" Hina replied. "I'll get us a table."
"Okay." Airi said. "Can we triple-check the lights are plugged in?"
"The lights are already off!" Anzu yelled. "If they weren't plugged in, they'd be off by now."
"Right." Airi replied, embarrassed.
Mei creaked open the door, smiling. "It looks like people are starting to arrive!"
"Is everything ready?" Anzu asked.
Everyone nodded. "Then let's party!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Decent..." Anzu whispered, looking at a campers outfit. Mei stifled a laugh as she watched Anzu from her table.
"Mei!" Adelaide ran up to her. "Why don't you come sit with me? I noticed you were alone, and I thought I'd invite you."
Mei glanced over at Adelaide's table, where her gardening friends were sitting. "Thank you, but I don't know the people at your table well..."
"Then you can introduce yourself!" Adelaide exclaimed.
"Okay, fine." Mei said, standing up and walking to their table.
Adelaide pointed at her friends. "This is Sumire, and this is Akio." Her friends waved.
Mei waved back. "I'm Mei, nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you, too!" Sumire replied.
"So, what do you do as a hobby?" Akio asked.
"Mostly art, I used to do archery, but that didn't really work out..."
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Airi!" Ena ran up to Hina, who was standing near the cupcakes.
"Woah!" Airi yelled as Ena ran straight into her. Ena looked up at her with worried eyes. "What's wrong?"
"Let's talk about it privately." Ena said, running towards the door with Airi.
As the door slammed behind them, Ena took a deep breath to calm down. "I can't find Anzu anywhere. At least, in the party."
"That's strange, she was so excited for it as well..." Airi responded.
"Exactly! I want to check the cabin, but just to be safe, I want you to go with me."
"Got it." Airi nodded. "Should I get the others?"
"If we can't find her, we'll get them." Ena said. She got out a flashlight. "Let's go!"
The two started sprinting towards the cabin, and Airi pushed the door open. The lights were off, and Ena checked the bathroom. "She's not here."
Airi transformed into Cure Spirit, and sprinted to the party. "What are you doing?" Ena yelled.
"I'll transform back when I get there!" Spirit yelled as she crashed into the door. She quickly transformed back, entering the party with everyone staring at her. "I fell." She explained. "While I have your attention, I need everyone from my cabin to meet me outside. It's an emergency." Airi then exited just as Ena caught up with her.
Mei, Hina, and Adelaide opened the door and went through. "What's the matter?" Mei asked.
"Anzu's missing." Airi said. "We checked the cabin, and she's not there. I think something happened to her."
"You're kidding me!" Hina yelled, panicking.
"What should we do?!" Adelaide asked, fidgeting with her compass.
"Everyone calm down!" Mei yelled. "We should search every nook and cranny around camp before we make any assumptions. We should each search different parts."
"But in horror movies, whenever people split up, that's when they all start getting killed!"
"Not alone, idiot!" Mei yelled. "Sorry. We'll split into duos. Ena, you can go back to the party."
"No way. I'm searching, as well." Ena said.
"Okay then, one group of three, and one group of two. My group will search one half, the other will search the other half. Is that clear?"
"Yes!" Everyone replied.
"Can I pair up with Airi?" Hina asked. "Ena can go with us as well."
"Okay!" Airi and Ena replied.
"Then I suppose I'm with Adelaide." Mei said. "Let's go!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Anzu!" Airi yelled as loud as she could, looking behind every rock and up every tree. "Where are you?"
"I wonder if we should check the lake? Maybe there is a secret passageway, or something." Hina wondered, stepping into the lake. She slipped, almost falling. Ena grabbed her hand, saving her.
"I don't think that's a good idea." Ena said as she pulled Hina out of the lake. "Airi, can you think of any more places we can check?"
"No." Airi said, sighing.
"Is that true?" Airi spun around quickly. Sofia was standing a distance away from the girls, smiling at them. Airi sprinted to her, punching her.
"Where is Anzu?!" She yelled. Sifa pushed her, causing her to tumble across the grass.
"Are you really that stupid, not transforming?" Sofia asked. Before taking her final hit, Airi transformed into Spirit, jumping towards Sofia.
"As if." She hit the ground, causing dirt to fly everywhere. "Like I said, where is Anzu?!"
"Do you think I would just tell you?" Sofia asked. Spirit scowled before Sofia kicked her to the ground.
"Spirit!" Hina yelled, transforming into Fern. "You aren't getting away!" She said to Sofia, vines slowly growing around him.
"What on earth?" Luna asked as she ran up to the scene. Mariposa shrugged before going up to Sofia.
"Do you want to keep getting beat up?" She asked.
"Shut up!" Sofia retaliated. "I'll tell you where she is!"
Fern's vines slowly vanished, and Spirit looked at her quizzically. "Well then, tell us."
"She's captured, in The Realm of Happiness. I'll take you there, but don't expect me to be hospitable, or for you to last long." Sofia said. "So, are you willing to come?"
Spirit nodded. "I-"
"Wait!" Ena yelled, tears in her eyes. "If you go there, will you be able to come back? What if something happens?"
Spirit ran up to her, wiping her tears. "We will come back, with Anzu. I promise!" Ena nodded sorrowfully.
Spirit smiled at her before shaking Sofia's outstretched hand. "I- no, we will all go."
"Grab your friends hands." Sofia instructed. "Just remember, this was your decision."
In that moment, the girls dissapeared, leaving only Ena at the waters edge. "You better keep that promise, Airi."

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-four: The End of Summer! Party Planning!
Ms. Hyuta walked onto the small platform she had set up, waving at all of the campers she had gathered. "Hello, everyone!" She said.
"You're probably wondering why I called you all here. As you all know, Summer is almost over. So, I was thinking we could hold a end-of-summer party!" She exclaimed. "But to do that, I need other people to help, especially considering we are holding it in two days. So..." She showed off a sign up sheet clipped to a clipboard. "You can sign up here if you want to help. The deadline is by the end of today, so make your decision quickly!" She walked off of the platform as everyone watched her. "Oh, you're all dismissed." She said as all of the students got up.
"That sounds fun!" Hina said, looking at the other girls. "How about we all sign up together?"
"Together? I think I'll do it, then." Mei said.
"I'm up for that." Airi agreed.
"I'm not sure, I mean, it will take up the entire day..." The other girls stared at Adelaide intensely, and she gave in. "Okay, I will do it!"
"Hope you all have fun with that, but I've got activities to run, so..." Anzu said. Hina sprinted over to the sign up paper and brought it back to Anzu, pointing at the top.
"You don't have to worry about that, if you're a camp counselor, your activities are excused for the day." Hina said, Anzu looking at the paper.
"You don't have any excuses now." Mei mumbled.
"I wasn't looking for any!" Anzu snapped back. "You will all need my help, so I will volunteer." She got a pencil, and wrote her name in cursive at the top of the paper. The other girls printed their names under hers, then put the sign up sheet back.
"That's settled, then!" Hina exclaimed.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Anzu looked at her phone, specifically at the picture Ms. Hyuta had sent her of the party venue, an unused building in the camp. She then looked up to the building they had walked to, nodding. "This one's it."
"Then let's head inside!" Hina said, opening one of the large, heavy doors.
"Hello!" Ms. Hyuta said to the girls as they walked into the building. She sat down on a folding chair, and the girls got their own. "So, now that everyone's here-"
"Wait. Everyone?" Mei asked as she sat down.
"Yes, you were the only ones who signed up." The girls looked at her, shocked. Ms. Hyuta tensed up. "Don't worry, you should be able to figure this out even with just five people."
Ms. Hyuta pulled out a folder and gave it to Anzu. "I need to leave, but you'll find everything you need to do here!" Ms. Hyuta told Anzu, before leaving.
Anzu opened the folder and pulled out the first sheet. She cleared her throat, before saying, "We need to pick out a theme first. Does anyone have any ideas?"
Hina raised her hand. "Yes, Hina?"
"I don't have any ideas, but, what if we pull paper from a hat? I think that would be fun!"
"We could do that." Anzu gave everyone scraps of paper and pencils, and emptied her small bag. "Okay, everyone write your ideas on your paper, and put them in my bag." She placed the bag on the ground, and everyone put the folded papers in there. "Okay, Let me pull something..." She reached inside the bag and unfolded someone's suggestion.
"Night." Anzu said. Adelaide grinned and started fidgeting in response.
"That was a good suggestion, Adelaide." Anzu said.
"Huh? How did you know?" Adelaide asked, Anzu stifling a laugh.
"Anyways," Anzu said, flipping through the folder. "We have to go to the supply room and find stuff that we can use. It says we also have permission to go to a store to buy something, but we have to use our own money."
"Where's the supply room?" Airi wondered. She heard something crash behind her, and saw a box fall from a door Hina had opened.
"Is this it?" She asked as the rest of the group walked over there.
Mei opened the box, which was filled to the brim with colorful streamers. "I think so."
Anzu walked into the small room, examining the supplies that were left unboxed. "We need to figure out what we can use from these supplies. Adelaide, what is your vision for the party?"
"My vision?" Adelaide repeated. "I don't really have one, I just thought 'night' would be a cool theme."
Anzu thought for a second. "What exactly do you want to highlight about the night?"
"Hmm... the sky!" Adelaide said. "I think the sky is really pretty at night."
"So, stars and such?" Anzu asked.
"Yeah."
Anzu took out a stack of boxes and opened the top one, looking at the objects within the box. The other girls looked down at Anzu, who scoffed in return. "It will take years for me to do this alone, so start helping!" The girls immediately scrambled to get boxes.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Hey, any luck with your findings?" Mei asked everyone as she looked through what seemed like her hundredth box.
"No, but you can definitely tell what the past themes were." Hina replied, fumbling with a feathery boa."
"I've found a few general stuff that will work, but nothing specifically for our theme." Adelaide said.
"Same here." Airi muttered.
"Maybe we should search somewhere else." Anzu said.
"For once, I agree with you, Anzu." Mei agreed, standing up. "I don't think any art classes are going on, so we can look for material to use for decorations over there."
"That's not a bad idea." Anzu replied.
"Let's go!" Hina said, running towards the door.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Mei rummaged through the piles of half-used paper, trying to find a yellow that would work. Excitedly, she pulled up a large piece of bright yellow construction paper. "Perfect!" She exclaimed, putting it near her other findings. She looked at everyone else, who had also found a lot of things to use.
"I think we should go." Airi said. "Everyone's found a lot, so now we need to figure out how to use it!"
"Yeah!" Adelaide added, jumping up.
Anzu laid all of the materials on the floor of the party building. Mei pointed towards the yellow construction paper, "I think we could cut stars out of this, and hang them on the wall."
"That would look really cool." Airi said, nodding. She pointed towards a mound of cotton, confused. "What would we use this for?"
"Clouds!" Hina said, picking the cotton up. "We could hang them up along with the cutout stars."
"Those are some really good ideas." Anzu said, smiling. "But, we still don't have enough!"
"We could go to a party supplies store." Adelaide suggested. "Ms. Hyuta said we could do that, right?"
"She did!" Anzu said, running towards the door. "Girls, grab any money that you have, because we are out of here!"
"Okay!" They said in unison, following her out of the cabin.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"So, how much do we have?" Anzu asked as she drove.
Mei shook her head. "Nothing, really. Hina has three dollars worth of quarters, but that's it."
"Oh. Well then, hopefully we can manage with what I have." She said, looking through her bag at a red light. Anzu pulled out a load of cash. "Will this be enough?"
Airi grabbed the cash and quickly counted it. "Two-hundred dollars? What the heck?!" Airi looked at Anzu. "Where did you get all of this?"
Anzu closed the back, looking away from Airi. "That is private information."
"Should I be worried?"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina ran through the aisles, excitedly looking at everything on the shelves. "We should get this!" Hina pointed towards a witch costume. "It would be so cute on-"
"Hina, we're not here to shop for clothes." Mei scolded. "We're looking for party decorations!"
"Haha, sorry." Hina said, slowly backing away from Mei.
"Looks like your in the right place, though." Mei said as she picked up a package of fairy lights. "We could use this."
"That's a great idea! Maybe we could hang it from the ceiling!" Hina said.
"You're right with that. Or maybe we could-"
"Mei, Hina!" Adelaide ran towards them, gasping for air. "This place is so big! I got lost, but then I heard your voices, so I came running!"
"I forgot you've never been in a store before." Mei said with a laugh.
"Is this how they all are?!" Adelaide asked.
"Most of them, yeah."
"You've got to be kidding me!" Adelaide exclaimed. She then held up flat star balloons. "Anyways, I found these. Could we use them?"
Mei took them from Adelaide and examined them. "These are perfect! We'll totally use these!"
"So, have you guys found anything?" Airi walked towards them.
"Yeah, but not much. Did you find anything?"
"Yeah, it's in Anzu's cart."
"Anzu's-?" Mei asked as Anzu rolled a cart into view, full with items. Mei ran towards it, excitedly looking at all of the items.
"This is definitely enough." Mei said. "I think we can leave."
"Okay." Anzu said as she rolled the cart to the checkout. "You guys can get in the car, it's unlocked."
Hina immediately sprinted towards the entrance of the building. Once Airi understood what she was doing, she started running as well.
"No you don't!" Adelaide yelled, taking off and catching up to them.
"Geez, you guys are acting like preschoolers!" Mei scolded before catching up to them.
"Those kids." Anzu mumbled as she paid for the items.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"But, Anzu! I was the one who came up with the idea." Hina yelled.
"And I'm already sitting there." Airi said.
"I know I don’t have very much proof, but I won!" Mei exclaimed.
"All three of you in the back!" Anzu said for the third time. "Adelaide can sit in the front."
"She doesn't even want to, though!" Hina said in desperation.
"I'm fine with it, if that's what Anzu wants." Adelaide walked up to the front, and Airi hopped out of the seat. Everyone got into the car, and Anzu turned it on.
"So, we don't need anything else, right?" Anzu double checked as she drove.
"Nope, we just need to make the things we said we would out of the art materials." Mei replied.
"That's good." Anzu said. "So them we just need to put everything up, and the decorations portion is done."
"Wait, the decorating portion? What else do we have to do?" Airi asked.
"We have to get food for it." Anzu said. "But we have to make the food in camp, so hopefully you have some cooking skills."
"That sounds fun, I'd like to try and make it." Adelaide said.
"I could probably make the dessert!" Hina exclaimed.
"Well then, that's covered." Anzu said as they pulled into the camp. "Airi, Mei, can you help me with putting up the decorations?"
"Yep." The two of them said in unison.
"Okay." She pointed towards Hina and Adelaide. "You two can go to the kitchen, and the rest of us will go back to the party place." She grabbed the bags of items they had gotten at the store, and then walked to the venue.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina entered the kitchen and saw no one was there. "Okay, Adelaide, we're good." They walked in and closed the door behind them.
"First things first, what ingredients are there?" Hina asked herself as she opened the fridge. "Maybe I could make cupcakes?" She looked back at Adelaide, who was peeking into every single drawer. "Adelaide, what do you think I should do?"
"I don't even know what I should do!" Adelaide said.
"Well..." Hina mumbled, looking in the fridge again. "There are a lot of eggs, for some reason. Deviled eggs are really good!"
"Deviled eggs? Do you die them red, or something?" Adelaide questioned.
Hina shook her head. "Nope! First, you hard boil them, and then..." She sighed. "Actually I'll show you as we go along!"
"Okay!" Adelaide grabbed the eggs from the fridge and placed them on the counter. "Wait, how do you hard boil eggs?"
Hina took out a saucepan with a clear top, and grabbed the eggs. She placed them in the pan, then filled the pan with water. She then placed it on the stove and turned the stove on. She placed the top on the pan, then smiled contently. "That's the first step!" Hina went to the fridge and grabbed some other condiments, placing them next to the stove. "You'll need these later." She explained.
"Shouldn't you get started on your cupcakes?" Adelaide reminded Hina.
Hina perked up. "Oh yeah!" She pulled out her phone and pulled up a recipe. She looked at the ingredients and got them from around the kitchen. She dumped them into a large bowl and whisked them. "So, Adelaide." She said as she worked, "Have you ever made food before?"
Adelaide shook her head. "No. I wished I could've earlier, though. This is fun!"
"Who did make the food at your house then?"
"I'm not sure." Adelaide shrugged. "It was always just there when I went downstairs."
"That's interesting." Hina looked over at the eggs. "Looks like the eggs are ready!"
Adelaide nodded, taking the lid off of the pan. Steam flooded out of it, and she reached for one of the eggs. "Hot!" She exclaimed as she recoiled her hand.
"Yeah, you're going to have to wait a few minutes." Hina said as she poured her batter into a muffin pan and walked it to the oven.
"Those look amazing." Adelaide said as Hina closed the oven door.
"Thank you!" Hina replied. "Oh, looks like the eggs are cooled off." She noticed.
She took one out of the pan and cracked it on the counter. She then rolled it around on all of its sides to spread the crack. She turned on the sink and ran it under the water, breaking the shell off. "Can you do the rest of them, Adelaide? I need to start on the frosting."
"I think so." Adelaide said, grabbing one of the eggs. She copied Hina's actions, and excitedly grinned. "I did it!"
"Ahh!" Hina yelled. Adelaide looked to see that Hina had squirted dye on the counter. "Sorry! I can clean it up!" She glanced around for towels.
"Here." Adelaide handed Hina a roll of paper towels.
"Thank you!" Hina cleaned the mess up and started squirted the dye properly into the frosting. "I'm not much of a pro at this, even though my parents try." She giggled as she mixed the frosting.
She tipped the bowl so Adelaide could see the dark blue frosting. "Is this a good color?"
"Yep."
She poured the frosting into a bag, then checked on the cupcakes. "They look done!" She exclaimed as she pulled them out of the oven. "Time to frost!" She got out another bag of purple frosting and started frosting.
"I'm not very good at this..." Hina admitted as she frosted. She finished the first cupcake, then turned around to talk to Adelaide.
"My parents are way better than me. One time, my mom made animal-themed cupcakes for a birthday party, and they were so cute! I think I have a picture..." She said, scrolling through her phone. "Here!" She faced her screen towards Adelaide, who gasped.
"I know, right? They're so cute!" Hina said, putting away her phone.
"Not that! It's your cupcakes!" Hina turned around and saw that the frosting had melted around  and into the cupcake.
"Oh, that's no problem, I can just make more cupcakes!" Hina said, throwing the cupcake away. "I just have to wait for the rest of them to cool down. Do you want me to help with the eggs?"
"Sure!" Adelaide said. Hina walked over to Adelaide and got a cutting board out. She sliced one of the eggs in half and gently took the yolk out of it. She put the yolk in a bowl. mixing it with the ingredients she had taken out earlier. After she was done, she put the filling back in the egg. "Ta-da!" She said. "You think you can do the rest of them?"
"Yes!" Adelaide said. Hina nodded, then went back to her cupcakes.
"They look like they're cooled down, so time to frost!" She said to herself. She took the bags, frosting the cupcakes so that the colors looked like they were mixed. She then took gold and silver sprinkles she had found in the cupboard, and sprinkled them on the top. "How do these look?"
"Really good!"
"Thanks. Now time to bake the next batch!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi looked contently at the decorated building. It looked completely different than it had before, and as Mei put the last decoration up, she was sure it would amaze everyone in camp. "Hey, everyone!" Hina opened the door and gasped as she looked at the decorations.
"It looks beautiful!" Adelaide said, who was just behind Hina.
"We finished all of the food, so we came to help out!" Hina said. "That being said, it looks like you're already done."
"Where's Anzu?" Adelaide asked, looking around.
"She went back to the cabin, she said that she needed a nap." Mei replied.
"We just have to do one more thing." Airi said. "We need to test out the lanterns and lights that we put in here, so I'm going to turn off the lights." Airi ran over to the light switch, and shut it off. The room went pitch black, and Mei laughed.
"To do that, you would probably have to actually turn the lanterns on."
The door suddenly opened, and light flooded the room. "Anzu?" Adelaide asked, her eyes shut because of the light.
"I'm not that ridiculous bunny."
"Julian!" Hina yelled, grabbing her compass.
"Creative Compass, start!"
"Running, laughing, and all things fun, Cure Spirit!"
"The plant that thrives forever, Cure Fern!"
"The light that shines in the darkness, Cure Luna!"
"The hope that flies through the clouds, Cure Mariposa!"
"Let's Go! Happy Campers Precure!"
"Spirit, where's the light switch?" Fern asked as Julian knocked her down to the ground.
"Right here!" She slammed the wall, then panicked. "I swore it was-" She heard someone running towards her, and leapt into the air. "I have no idea!"
"Everyone come towards me!" Luna yelled. "The stars on my dress are glow-in-the-dark, so come towards the light!"
"Okay!" Everyone said in unison.
"That just makes my job easier!" Julian yelled. Luna spawned her shield, which also gave them more light. Julian ran into it, and the girls cheered.
Julian scoffed. "Well, seems like today isn't the day." He teleported away, and the girls wondered around to find the light switch after transforming back.
"Here!" Hina yelled. The light came on, and Mei gasped.
"The decorations!" Some of the tables had been flipped over, and the fairy lights were tangled in a mess on the floor.
"Wait a second." Adelaide transformed into Mariposa, then took her wand out. "Ruby Butterfly Shower!" The butterflies cleaned up the area, and Mariposa transformed back.
"There!" Adelaide said as the butterflies faded away.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
As the girls walked back to the cabin, Adelaide thought. "Hey, what did Julian mean by 'today isn't the day'? Why didn't he just summon a monster?"
"Maybe he got kicked out like you did, Adelaide." Airi suggested.
Adelaide shook her head. "I doubt that. He wouldn't have been able to teleport, anyways."
"Why are we worrying about this?" Hina asked. "We should be worrying over what to where to the party! We've all got to look our best!"
"Yeah!" Adelaide exclaimed, laughing. Her head still swarmed with questions, but those could wait, right?

Fancuries FYC: Happy Campers Precure!
Hello! My name is Mia, and this is my first fancuries! I’ve decided to inform people on my currently ongoing fanseries, Happy Campers Precure!
Tumblr media
(art by @hazelwood42)
It can be found on Quotev and Tumblr. (The one on Quotev has a lot of grammatical errors that I am unable to fix, so I’d reccomend reading the Tumblr version.) New chapters are posted weekly.
-Synopsis-
After being sent to Summer Camp, sporty but shy Airi Takami has a chance encounter with the magical fairy Anzu, and learns that she, along with four other girls, need to become a pretty cure in order to restore The Kingdom of Fun and keep Earth safe.
-Cures-
Airi Takami/Cure Spirit: An absolute sweetheart, Airi is shy around people she doesn’t know, though she will open up eventually. She loves tennis, and is in the Tennis Club at camp. She always stands up for what she believes, no matter what the consequence may be.
Hina Aoki/Cure Fern: Spunky and loud, Hina loves to help anyone in need of it. She adores plants, and especially loves going on hikes. She is mostly defensive as a cure, but she can kick absolute butt if she needs to.
Mei Hashimoto/Cure Luna: Mei is very quiet at first, but is very open to her friends about her emotions. Though her main sport is archery, she secretly loves to draw, and is talented at it. She is very stern with Hina’s shenanigans, and also fights with Anzu a lot because of her ego.
Adelaide/Cure Mariposa: Caring and sweet, Adelaide is an ideal friend. Originally one of the villains, she second guessed the morality of fighting the cures, and became one herself. She loves gardening, specifically caring for flowers. Though many things on Earth are new to her, she tries her best to learn and grow from her experience at camp.
That is all! Please consider nominating me.

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-three: What to Draw? Mei’s Art Block!
Mei walked out of the art building quickly, and ran to a tree in the distance. Adelaide waved at her from the tree, and Mei broke into a run. "Hey, Adelaide!" Mei said, Adelaide smiling.
"How was the art class?" Adelaide asked as the two started walking towards the dirt path.
"It was fun." Mei said.
"What'd you do?"
Mei shrugged, "Nothing much. We're starting a project, and we're supposed to do some prep work tonight."
She pulled out her sketchbook, and flipped to a clean page. She sat down on a bench, and Adelaide looked over her shoulder to see the sketchbook. "Basically, we're making a group painting that is collages of what we think a certain emotion looks like." She made a bullet point on the page, and then paused. After a minute, she made another.
"You don't have any ideas?" Adelaide asked.
Mei looked up at her in shock. "Yes, but how did you know?"
"No one makes a second bullet point until putting something on the first one." Adelaide shrugged. "Anyways, how about you do happiness? I think that would be really pretty!"
Mei shook her head. "There are a lot of people who will do something like that, so I want something more unique. Something that no one else would even think of doing."
Adelaide nodded, and thought for a second. "I've got to go!" She said, running away from Mei. "Bye!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Bye." Mei said, staring at her sketchbook.
Adelaide ran into the cabin, grabbing a piece of paper and a pen from her bed. "Adelaide, what are you doing?" Airi asked from her bed. Adelaide walked over to her and smiled.
"Mei is trying to come up with complex emotions for a project, but I can't think of any." Adelaide said.
"What about 'boredom'? That is one I've been feeling a lot lately." Airi said.
Adelaide scribbled 'boredom' down on the paper, and walked out of the cabin. "Thank you!"
She walked aimlessly for a few minutes, before arriving at the garden. She walked into it out of habit, and noticed Akio sitting on one of the benches. "Akio! I need your help!" Adelaide said, running up to him. "I'm helping my friend with something. Do you know any unique emotions I could tell her?"
He thought for a moment. "You could use 'frustrated'." Adelaide wrote it down on her piece of paper, then ran out of the garden.
"Bye, Akio. Thank you!" Adelaide said as she exited the garden.
"Bye, Adelaide." Akio said, waving.
"Now, who do I ask?" Adelaide muttered. She walked towards the dining hall, looking around for people she knew.
"Adelaide, what are you doing?" Adelaide looked behind her to see Hina running to her.
"Hina! Thank goodness!" Adelaide said, pulling out her piece of paper. "I need help with something."
"I'll help! As long as it's not math..." Hina and Adelaide walked towards a bench and sat down.
"It's not math." Adelaide giggled as she pulled out her pencil. "Mei's doing this art project where she has to paint an emotion, but she doesn't know what to pick. She wants something complex."
"Hmm..." Hina said. "Is 'confidence' unique enough?"
Adelaide wrote 'confidence' on her paper, and nodded. "Yep! Thanks, Hina!"
"You're welcome!" Hina said as Adelaide walked away.
Adelaide looked at the three words on her paper as she walked back to where Mei was. "Hopefully this is enough." She said as she ran. "Mei!" Mei looked up from her sketchbook and smiled.
"What?"
"I have some words that you could use for the art project!" Adelaide gave the paper to Mei, and Mei looked at the words.
"Thank you, Adelaide!" Mei flipped to a blank page and got out colored pencils. She made three large squares and labeled them by the words Adelaide had given her. She started on 'boredom', and pulled out various shades of gray. She shaded the inside a light gray, then shoved the pencils back in her bag of art supplies and moved on to  'frustrated'. She got out a red pencil, and then a blue one. She looked at the word again, then put back all of her colored pencils. She put her head on her hands and groaned.
"Should I go find better words? Were these ones not unique enough?" Adelaide quickly grabbed the paper and was about to walk away, when Mei shook her head.
"No." She said. "I just can't figure out how to draw any of these!"
"That's a problem." Adelaide replied, sitting next to Mei.
The two sat in silence for a few seconds, then Adelaide perked up. "How about, just as practice, you try something simple? Like 'happiness'!"
"That's not a bad idea." Mei said, making a fourth square on her page. She pulled out bright yellow and green colored pencils, and made a curved pattern in the square. She filled in empty spots with dashes of color, then looked at Adelaide.
"Does this look fine?" She asked.
Adelaide looked at the sketch and nodded. "It looks amazing!"
Mei smiled in thanks, then looked at the other boxes worriedly. "That being said, I still have no idea what to do for the other ones."
"How about you just do 'happiness'? The art is really pretty, I'm sure everyone will love it!" Adelaide said.
Mei shook her head. "The problem is, everyone will do happiness. I want my art to stand out, I want people to notice it."
"Your art will stand out, though. Just because you might do the same word as someone else doesn't mean the art will look the same. I still think people will notice your art, because it's gorgeous!" Adelaide exclaimed.
"Hmm..." Mei mumbled, putting her sketchbook in her bag. "I guess I'll judge by what happens tomorrow in the class." She stood up, waving at Adelaide. "I'm going to go rest in the cabin, see you later!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Mei walked slowly to the cabin, slinging her bag over her shoulder. She heard footsteps in the distance, and groaned. She turned around to see, just as she had expected, Sofia. "Can't you give us a day off?" She muttered, talking out her compass.
"Creative Compass, start!"
"The light that shines in the darkness, Cure Luna!"
"You do not look surprised to see me." Sofia said, staring at Luna. "Good thing today will not be like all of the others, I'm going to take the victory!"
Sofia looked around her, scanning every possible object she could turn into a monster. She then looked towards Luna's feet, and saw her bag. She sprinted towards it, and Luna jumped out of the way. Sofia pointed her finger a the bag and yelled, "Rise, Taikutsu!"
The bag grew in size, and stomped on the ground. Luna looked up at it, then ran. She used her shield to launch into the air, and punched the top of the taikutsu. She held onto the back of the taikutsu, then kicked it over.
Out of the hole in the bag, something small went flying into the air. Luna looked up to see her sketchbook, flailing as it fell toward the ground. Luna sprinted towards it, jumping to catch it. She missed, crashing on the ground. As the book was about to land, Adelaide lunged, catching it.
"Adelaide!" Luna exclaimed. Adelaide helped her up, and smiled.
"Wow, you went so fast I couldn't even see you!" Hina said, Luna looking back at her.
"Yeah, we're lucky you were here." Airi said as the three of them got their compasses.
"Everyone!" Luna said, the three of them nodding.
"Creative Compass, start!"
"Running, laughing, and all things fun, Cure Spirit!"
"The plant that thrives forever, Cure Fern!"
"The hope that flies through the clouds, Cure Mariposa!"
Mariposa gently placed the sketchbook behind a tree, and put a finger towards her lips. "Taikutsu, get up!" Sofia yelled at the monster. The monster stood back up, and all of the girls except Spirit sprinted towards the taikutsu.
Fern used her vines to seal the monster to the ground, and Mariposa flew to the top of it, punching it down.
"Spirit Shot!" Spirit yelled from the distance. Balls of flame rocketed out of her wand and towards the monster, making it disappear.
"What did you say earlier, Sofia?" Luna asked. Sofia glared at her, then disappeared as well.
The girls transformed back, and Adelaide ran to get the sketchbook. "Here!" She tossed it to Mei, who barely caught it.
"I thought you would be more gentle with it." Mei said. "Considering you were the one that hid it."
"Sorry!" Adelaide exclaimed.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Mei ran excitedly out of the art building, colliding with Adelaide. "Woah, what happened?" Adelaide asked as Mei pulled her into the art room.
"Look at this!" She pointed towards the wall, where small patches of abstract paintings hung, all directly next to each other.
"This one's yours, right?" Adelaide pointed towards a finalized version of what she had seen the day before.
"Yep!" Mei said. "Mine was actually pretty unique compared to the other ones, because I wasn't the only one worried about standing out! Only a few other people did happiness because of that."
"That's awesome!" Adelaide said. She stared at Mei's artwork again, smiling. "Maybe someday this will be hanging in an art museum! You'll be a famous artist, after all!"
"Probably not." Mei mumbled, blushing.
"It so will!" Adelaide exclaimed, the two of them giggling.

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-two: Go! Airi’s Tennis Match!
Airi hit a tennis ball to a brick wall, returning it with force. When it came back, Airi missed. As she went to retrieve the ball, Hina walked up to her. "Hey, Airi." She said, smiling as she threw Airi the ball.
"Thanks." Airi said as she started the procedure all over again.
"Why have you been practicing so much, anyways?" Hina asked, sitting dow on the grass.
"Oh, have I not told you guys? There's a tournament coming up that campers can come and watch, and I want to beat my rival!"
"You have a rival?" Hina asked, looking at Airi with surprise.
"Yep, Ami Kanzai. She almost always beats me in tennis, but not this time!"
"Well I'm cheering you on!" Hina exclaimed, pumping her fist in the air. "When is the tournament?"
Without looking back, Airi said, "Tomorrow."
"I'll make sure to take everyone!" His said, standing up. "I've got a class, see you at dinner!"
"See ya!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina entered the cabin, the door slamming against the wall. Adelaide looked up in surprise, sighing when she saw Hina.
"Sorry!" Hina said, gently closing the door. "Anyway, did you hear that Airi has a tennis tournament coming up?"
"Really?" Adelaide asked, clapping her hand together. "That sounds fun!"
"Good, because we're all going!" Hina replied, jumping in excitement. "At least, I think. I still need to ask Mei!"
"And Anzu, right?"
"She's going to say no, so I'm not going to ask. She definitely won't have an excuse like Mei night have, and we need everyone we can get to cheer Airi on!"
Hina ran out of the door, bumping into Mei. "Oh! Sorry, Hina." Mei said, Hina shaking her head.
"I should be apologizing, it was my fault!" She waited until Mei walked into the cabin, then slammed the door. "Mei, how do you feel about going to Airi's tennis tournament tomorrow?"
"She has a tournament? Of course I'll come!" Mei said.
"Well then, that's settled! It's at noon, so I'll meet you guys at the tennis court tomorrow!"
"Got it."
"Okay!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi viciously hit the ball the the other court, the other player lunging for it, but falling to get it before it bounced twice. Airi cheered, smiling. "Yes!" The crowd of spectators cheered for her, and she shook hands with her opponent.
"You rock, Airi!" Hina yelled from the bleachers, Airi winking at her.
"Thank you." Airi mouthed as she ran to grab her water bottle.
"That's her third win, which means..." Adelaide counted on her fingers, then grinned. "Airi's going to the finals!"
"Against her rival, no less." Hina added, smiling.
"Huh? Rival?"
Anzu leaned back against the breacher behind her, where no one was sitting. "Most importantly, it's the final game! The I can finally-"
"No one wants to hear your opinion, Anzu." Mei said, Anzu rolling her eyes.
"Fine, but you know it's right." Anzu muttered in response.
"Sure...Airi!" Mei jumped out of her seat, looking at Airi. She had fallen into a small hole in the ground. She worriedly touched her ankle, closing her eyes with pain. The coach blew her whistle, helping Airi to her feet and helping her away from the court.
Before going, the coach yelled. "The game's postponed until further notice!" Whispers erupted within the audience, and Hina got up.
"We need to go find her!" Hina yelled, making her way off of the bleachers.
Wait up, Hina!" Adelaide yelled, quickly following.
"I'm coming too!" Mei said, getting off of the bleachers.
Anzu stayed in her seat for a minute, then huffed, "Wait for me, I'm coming along!"
Airi looked at the nurse in surprise. "I can't compete! But-"
"No 'buts'. You twisted your ankle, and it needs rest." The nurse replied.
"Okay." Airi mumbled, looking down at her ankle, covered in bandages.
"Airi!" Adelaide opened the door and ran inside. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah." Airi said, then looked down. "Well, not really."
Adelaide looked down at the ankle and grimaced. "Yeah, I guess not."
Mei walked over to where Airi was sitting, smiling. "Well, they did postpone the game. You might still be able to-"
Airi shook her head. "Definitely not. This will take at least a week to heal, and who knows how much practice I would have to do after that to prepare... it's canceled." As is Airi had just came to that realization, tears came to her eyes.
"Airi!" Hina ran to her, and Airi wiped her eyes with her hands then faintly smiled. "I'm sorry about everything that happened!"
"It wasn't your fault, Hina." Airi said.
Hina sighed. "I guess you're right, but I still feel bad."
"Well, I don't feel bad, so you shouldn't either!" Airi forced herself to grin, and Hina grinned along with her.
"As long as you're okay!" Hina replied. She then looked at her phone in shock. "I have a class and I need to go, bye!" Hina sprinted out of the building, Airi waving.
"I've got something too." Adelaide said, walking out of the building. "See you later!"
"Airi. I've got to go too, but do you want me to help you to the cabin?" Mei asked, Airi eagerly nodding.
"Yeah, this infirmary is uncomfortable!" With the help of Mei, Airi stood up and the two started walking out of the cabin.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Bye, Mei, and thank you!" Airi said as Mei closed the door behind her. Once Mei left, Airi's smile erased. "Why me?" she asked to herself. After a few minutes of staring at the wall, Airi looked at her foot.
"It doesn't look horrible, so maybe I can at least practice." She said to herself, limping to her tennis racket and ball. She practically fell back to her bed, sitting down for a second before slowly standing up. She turned to a bare wall and threw the ball towards it. When the ball bounced back, she bounced it back with her racket. It came back slightly out of Airi's reach, so she lunged for it as she usually would. The ball flew past her and rolled on the ground as Airi tumbled to the ground. She yelped and looked at her ankle. It felt like it was on fire. She desperately looked around, trying to find a way to get up and back to the bed, but there was none.
"Great, now my ankle feels horrible, and I have no way to get off the ground without making it hurt even more." She said, trying to get into a somewhat comfortable position.
Suddenly, the door flung open, and Airi groaned. "Airi, what on earth?" Anzu ran up to Airi, then noticed the tennis racket and ball near her. "Are you kidding me?" Anzu muttered, helping Airi to her feet.
"What are you talking about?" Airi decided to play dumb, making sure not to look at the equipment.
"Don't act like I'm an idiot." Anzu said, picking up the racket. "You're hurt! Why on earth are you practicing?!"
Airi screamed, "The next chance I get, I want to beat Ami! I want to show everyone that I'm capable, and I-" She stopped, looking at Anzu's startled face. "Nevermind, Anzu. Sorry for yelling at you."
Anzu didn't speak, but picked up Airi's equipment and neatly put it away. "Just don't try that again." She said, before leaving the cabin.
Airi sat in silence, not moving an inch. "Why did I tell all of that to Anzu?" She thought, looking at the ceiling.
Anzu creaked open the door, startling Airi. She sat next to Airi, and didn't talk for a few minutes.
"Hey, Airi. You had more to say earlier than what you told me." Anzu said, breaking the silence.
"How did you know?" Airi asked.
"Like I said, I'm not an idiot. You don't have to hide stuff from me. I'm your caretaker, your counselor, after all."
"I don't think you'll understand. I mean, you're not even... a human..."
"I still go through the same ups and downs that you do! Geez, just because I'm a shapeshifting bunny doesn't mean I don't feel emotions!" Anzu said, looking angrily at Airi. "Also, I know you're just using that as an excuse. It's bad to keep things cooped up in your brain, and I won't tell anyone!"
Airi sighed, admitting defeat. "Fine. So, I did tennis at my school. We did tournaments every few weeks, and I usually was horrible at them. Part of it was how nervous I was, but some of it..." Airi paused. "I think I might of been deliberately not trying to get far. Even though part of me wanted to, the other part worried that I would have people talking about me behind my back at school. I don't know why I thought that, but I did!" Airi exclaimed.
"I'd usually allow myself to win a few rounds, but would drop out before the finals. So, when I came to camp, I thought I would just do the same thing. Then, people started becoming friends with me, and the feeling that people would start rumors went away. I started trying during the practice tournaments we did, and that's how I started the rivalry with Ami. But, Summer is almost over, and now I might not even be lucky enough to get to beat her!"
She stopped talking for a second to catch her breath. "Basically, I want to win because this is the only time I've actually tried to! That made zero sense, didn't it..."
Anzu shook her head. "I get it! I think..." She stood up, and looked into Airi's eyes. "That being said, if you practice while you're supposed to be recovering, you have no chance of going against that girl again! To make matters even worse, how on earth are you supposed to fight as a precure? You would make my job a lot harder."
"I guess you're right." Airi said.
Anzu nodded in response, walking towards the door. "As I usually am." She was about to leave the cabin when Airi raised her voice.
"Oh, and Anzu, thank you."
Anzu looked shocked, but winked at Airi and left.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi felt the ground shake, and woke up abruptly from a nap. She looked out of the window to see a large figure in the distance. "A taikutsu!" Airi yelled. She was about to get off of her bed, but Anzu barged into the cabin. "Anzu, what should I-?"
"It's fine, the others just transformed. They'll finish the monster off in no time." Anzu said, Airi still at the edge of her bed.
"What if their solo attacks don't work?"
"Hina and Adelaide have a new attack, that should be enough." Anzu replied.
"They have an attack? That being said, the attack that involves me is a trio attack, so-"
Anzu sighed, "Look, you're going to have to trust them. I know some monsters require the entire team, but most of the time you guys just fight in duos."
"I guess you're right. Anyways, what is the new attack's name?" Airi asked, relaxing.
"Blooming Lotus Aviation! Oh, they're doing it right now." Airi looked out of the window to see a flurry of butterflies coming out of a large flower.
"Woah." Airi said, breathless. The monster dissapeared, and Airi relaxed even more.
"See, they are capable. Due to my guidance, of course." Anzu said, flipping her hair.
"I already knew they could do it, I was just nervous!" Airi said. "Also, we could have done without your training."
"Could you?" Anzu asked, looking at Airi.
"Well, we wouldn't know how to fight humans, but-" Airi was interrupted by the other girls barging in through the door.
"Airi! Did you see us?" Hina asked, jumping at the thought of it.
"Yeah, your attack was amazing!" Airi replied, Hina almost squealing.
"Well, Adelaide came up with the attack, so you should be thanking her." Hina said, Adelaide blushing.
"I just came up with the name..." Adelaide quietly said.
"That's the bulk of the attack! Right, Airi?"
Airi looked up at Hina, thinking. "I guess..."
"See? Even the team leader said so!" Hina said, Adelaide avoiding eye contact.
"Team leader?" Airi asked, Hina nodding.
"You were the first one to become a precure, and you were the one that brought Adelaide on to the team, so you definitely are the leader!"
Mei nodded. "I agree with Hina."
"Really? I don't think I'm capable to hold myself to that title..."
"I think you are." Adelaide said, smiling.
"But-"
"Don't doubt yourself, Airi. You are capable enough." Anzu said, Airi looking at her like she was crazy.
"I guess I am the team leader, then..." Airi shrugged.
"It was Anzu's opinion you needed? She's the most illogical and selfish one here!" Mei said to Anzu's dismay.
Airi nodded, "I guess so. Maybe it's because she usually doesn't give compliments, so when she does give one, I know it's genuine."
"I'll have you know that my presence is a compliment!" Anzu said, feigning anger as she walked out of the door.
Airi laughed. "And maybe it's because she usually pretends she hates us."

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty-one: Adelaide’s Flower Dilemma! Hina’s Generosity!
Adelaide strolled through the garden, her watering can clanging against her knee. She walked up to a part of the garden filled with assorted flowers. "Oh no..." She knelt down, lightly touching the dropping, faded petals of a dahlia. Adelaide ran towards the toolshed, where Sumire was looking for supplies. "Sumire!" She called out, pulling the door open.
"What is it?" Sumire asked Adelaide.
"One of the dahlias is dying!" Adelaide yelled. Sumire followed her out of the shed and to the flower. Sumire examined it, and sighed.
"Well, sometimes nature runs it's course. There isn't anything wrong with the soil, so there's nothing we can do."
"Oh..." Adelaide sighed, Sumire looking sympathetically at her.
Sumire touched Adelaide's shoulder, smiling. "Well, we get to put a new flower there when it's gone! You can pick if you want to!"
"I'll think on it." Adelaide said, running out of the shed. She continued out of the garden and towards her cabin, almost tripping as she sprinted towards the door. She pulled the door open, climbing up to her bed and laying head first in her pillow. She let out a quiet cry into her pillow, and felt someone touch her shoulder.
"Adelaide, what's the matter?" Adelaide looked up to see Hina looking at her.
"Nothing! I'm just tired, that's all." She then ran out of the cabin, yelling, "I forgot something at the cabin!"
"Wait, Adelaide!" Hina cried out, before she felt a slight breeze as the door shut in front of her. "Did you seriously think I was just going to sit here?" She yelled at the door, before grabbing her cracked magnifying glass. "Detective Hina is on the case!"
Hina ran off in the direction of the garden, slowing down as she approached it. She crawled behind trimmed hedges, looking through the leaves for Adelaide. "There she is!" She whispered, seeing Adelaide crouched down in front of a flower.
"I'm sorry..." she said to the flower, gently touching it. "It's probably my fault you're suffering." She then looked up at the sky, gasping. "I've got to go, it's almost dinner!" Adelaide got up, running away.
Hina's stomach growled, but Hina ignored it. "Dinner can wait, I need to find answers!" She jumped over the hedge and to where Adelaide was sitting. She glanced at all of the flowers, then picked out what she thought was the culprit. It was a faded pink flower, with drooping petals. "Adelaide must be worried about its condition!" Hina exclaimed, standing up and taking a photo of the flower. "Now to figure out what flower this is..." She said, running out of the garden and to one of the buildings, the small library. She hurried to the old, dusty computer sitting in the corner and booted it up. After a few minutes, she searched up, "types of pink flowers" She clicked the first article she saw, and rolled down until she found a similar looking flower:
Dahlia:
Dahlias come in 42 different species that originate in Mexico. They are part of the Asteraceae family and are related to the aforementioned chrysanthemums. They are known for their gorgeous petal structure — some varieties have unique curved up petals.
"Bingo!" Hina exclaimed, pulling up another tab and searching: "What to do when dahlia is dying." After bookmarking a few articles, she printed them off and stuffed them in her bag. Her stomach growled again, and she groaned. "Fine, I'll go to dinner!"
As she left the library, she realized it was pitch black outside. "What time is it?" She asked, looking at her phone. "Ten?!" She yelled as someone ran up to her.
"Hina! We were looking for you!" Airi panted, grabbing Hina's hand. 'We need to get back to the cabin! What were you doing, anyway?"
Hina, taken back by the question, awkwardly laughed. "Playing computer games?"
"Geez, Hina." Airi said, the two entering the dark and quiet cabin. Airi's voice softened to a whisper. "Anzu didn't notice, thank goodness. I think you would be dead if she did."
"Yeah, thanks for not telling her, Airi." Hina whispered back, quietly climbing into her bed.
"Tomorrow." Hina thought as she drifted off to sleep. "I make Adelaide happy!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina sprinted towards the garden with the papers she had gathered the night before. Plopping on one of the benches, she pulled out the first article she had printed. After skimming the text, she shoved it back in her bag and wondered to the shed. After searching in it for a while, she pulled out a watering can and filled it to the brim with water. "Time to give this plant enough water!" She exclaimed, using almost the entire can on the dahlia, and the flowers around it. "Mission accomplished!" She put the watering can away, and ran back to the cabin.
"Where were you, Hina?" Hina panicked, looking at the clock on her phone. She had lost track of time. She looked up at Mei, trying to come up with an answer to her question.
"I woke up early, and found a cool plant in the woods, then lost track of time..."
Mei laughed, smiling. "That's such a you thing to do, in a good way." She grabbed Hina's hand, looking back at her. "Let's go to breakfast!"
"Okay!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina ran to the garden as the sun set. When she saw the dahlia, she groaned. It looked the exact same, maybe even worse then before. She scrummaged through her bag, pulling out a different paper. "I should stop watering it? But how on earth will I stop the gardening club from..." She scratched her head, then shrugged. "I'll find a way!" She waved at the flower and ran out of the garden.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
"Have you guys noticed something, off, about Hina lately?" Mei asked her roommates. "I haven't seen her very much lately."
"And I found her at the library last night!" Airi said. "She said she was just playing computer games, but..."
"She woke up early this morning, as well." Mei replied. She looked over at Adelaide, "Have you noticed anything off about Hina?"
Adelaide looked at Mei with a dismal look, before reverting to her usual, cheery self. "Not really..."
"Hey, everyone." Everyone looked up in surprise to see a tired Hina. "What are you talking about?"
"Nothing." The three girls answered in unison, avoiding eye contact.
"Okay." Hina replied, plopping on her bed.
"Hina, we just had dinner! Why are you going to bed?" Airi asked, panicked.
"I'm just slightly tired, good night!" Hina closed her eyes, the other girls staring wide-eyed at her.
"Yep. There is definitely something wrong with her." Adelaide whispered, Mei and Airi nodding in agreement.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina sprinted through the garden, and crouched down where the dahlia was. "Why isn't anything working?" She wailed, looking at the now worse dahlia. "I guess I'll try the next method..."
"Hina?" Hina looked up to see Adelaide standing next to her. "What are you doing?"
"Well, um..." Hina stood up, looking directly into Adelaide's eyes. "I saw that you were worried and followed you into the garden, the I saw this flower, and now I'm trying to stop it from dying, but nothing is working!" Hina exclaimed.
"You care about me that much?" Adelaide asked.
"Of course!"
"Wait, you said that nothing is working to save the flower, right?"
"Yeah, I've tried to different methods, one yesterday and-" Hina replied.
"That's why they're not working!" Hina backed up at Adelaide's outburst, and Adelaide lowered her head. "Sorry. Anyways, it would take a few days to start seeing results. Also, I think I figured out the issue!" Adelaide ran to the shed, and came back with two small shovels. She gestured towards the flowers. "All of these flowers are so close, that none of them are getting enough water."
"Ohh...That makes sense." Adelaide got out one of the shovels, and started delicately digging into the dirt. "Let me help!"
"Why did you think I brought a second shovel?" Adelaide asked as Hina started excitedly digging. "Oh, be careful that you don't hurt any of the roots."
"Got it!"
Adelaide dug looked around the garden with a flower in her hands, then ran to an area to the left and dug a small hole in the dirt. She placed the plant in, smiling confidently. She walked back to the patch. "We only have to do...two more before they're properly spread out."
"Which ones?"
Adelaide pointed towards a bright yellow tulip, and a white flower. "Those two."
"Okay!" Hina dug around the white flower, picking it up gently. "Where should I put this one?"
"Over there." Adelaide gestured to the right, to a spacious patch of dirt. Hina ran over there, digging a hole and placing the plant there.
"Just one more!" Hina exclaimed, running back to Adelaide.
"Sorry to interrupt whatever you're doing..." Adelaide jumped up, seeing Julian standing at the front of the cabin.
"Right now?" Hina panicked, dropping the shovel. "What are we going to do about the-"
"Taikutsu, rise!" Julian threw a ball of light at a bag of soil, it growing into a taikutsu.
"We'll figure that out later, Hina!" Adelaide yelled, grabbing her compass. "Let's transform first!"
"Creative Compass, start!" The girls yelled in unison.
"The plant that thrives forever, Cure Fern!"
"The hope that flies through the clouds, Cure Mariposa!"
Mariposa looked back at Fern. "You finish transferring the final plant, I'll keep the taikutsu busy!"
"Okay!" Fern ran towards the garden as Mariposa leapt at the taikutsu. Fern crouched down, picking up the shovel and quickly shoveling the dirt until she could grab the plant. The taikutsu jumped, causing the ground to shake as Hina picked up the flower. She fumbled with the flower in her hands, almost dropping it. A vine shot out of the pavement, catching it as it fell out of Fern's hands. Mariposa looked back at Fern panicked, and Fern gave a thumbs up.
Fern jumped into the air, over the taikutsu. She scanned the ground, looking for an area to put the flower. "Over there!" She said, pointing to a patch of dirt hear the Hydrangea bushes. She was about to dig in the dirt, but noticed she hadn't brought it. "Whatever, I'll figure something out!" She exclaimed, using her hands to dig in the dirt. After placing the flower in it's place, she jumped towards the taikutsu. The taikutsu flung back,a mound of dirt falling out of a small hole Fern had created. "Yeah!"
Mariposa pulled the taikutsu into the air, flipping it over. The taikutsu tried to get up, but it was tied to the ground by vines Fern had created.
Mariposa landed, giving Fern a high-five. "That was awesome!" She said, "Bow, can you do your attack?"
"Yep!" Fern pulled out her wand, yelling, "Heartfelt Fern Attack!" The taikutsu, instead of dissapearing, got up. "Ehh?"
The girls ran as the taikutsu chased them, Mariposa yelling. "Why didn't it work?!"
"I don't know!" Fern turned around to face the taikutsu, Mariposa cowering behind her. "Can we come up with an attack the two of us can use?"
"Can we even do that?"
"What else are we supposed to try!?"
"Okay, let's do it." Mariposa walked up to Fern, pulling out her wand. "What should I say?" Fern whispered, shrugging.
"How about, 'Blooming Lotus Aviation' since that combines our two themes?" Mariposa suggested.
"Okay!" The girls held out their wands, the taikutsu stopping in its place.
"Blooming Lotus Aviation!" Out of the two wands, a large flower came out. Red butterflies flew out of it, dissolving the taikutsu.
"It actually worked!" Fern excitedly yelled, transforming back into Hina.
"Whatever, you two can get back to playing in this garden with those ugly plants."
Mariposa looked down, but Hina stuck her tongue out. "You wish you could have an ounce of the happiness we get from this place!"
Mariposa smiled, "Yeah, if you're going to be rude, then just leave!"
The girls taunted Julian as he teleported away, then burst into laughter.
"I can't believe you two are related, you're amazing, but he's just an idiot!" Hina laughed before adding, "An ugly idiot."
"Anyways," Adelaide walked over to the dahlia, smiling. "Thanks for helping me save this little one's life."
"Anything to help a friend!" Hina exclaimed, smiling at Adelaide.

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Twenty: Famous? The Search for the Precures’ Identities!
"Look at this!" Ena shoved a booklet in Airi's face, just as she was about to get breakfast.
"What?" Airi took the booklet from Ena's hand flipping through it quickly. At first she saw nothing interesting on a majority of the pages, just extremely blurred images. She squinted her eyes, hoping she would see something more than just blurry grass. She then noticed a small flurry of pink and orange, next to a blob of red and blue. "Oh no..." She flipped through the book even faster, noticing the people in the picture. They were pictures of the precure. Airi looked up towards Ena with worried eyes. "Well. people already know about us, so it should be fine, right?"
Ena smiled in sympathy towards Airi. "Actually, people have been speculating that people from this camp are the precure."
Airi dropped the book on the ground, widening her eyes. "Are you kidding me?"
"I know. Some people are even searching for who specifically could be the precure, so be careful."
"Okay. I'm going to go tell the girls, see you later!" Airi ran out of the cabin.
"So good!" Hina exclaimed as she took a bite out of a granola bar.
"Hina!" Airi bumped into Hina, sending her (and her snack) to the ground.
"My snack!" Hina looked at Airi, who pulled her up from the ground. "What was that about?"
"Sorry about that, but this is urgent!" Airi started speaking in a hushed voice. "People are starting to figure out that the precure are campers!"
Hina jumped up. "Doesn't that mean we'd be famous? We would probably get put in some fancy cabin, and maybe we wouldn't have to-"
Airi sighed. "No, Hina. It actually would be pretty bad if people figured out we were campers here. Imagine what our parents would do if they found out, we probably wouldn't be allowed to fight anymore!"
"Oh! This is bad, then."
"Yeah, no kidding."
"So, what's your plan?" Hina asked Airi, Airi shrugging.
"I don't have one. Just be aware."
"Okay!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Airi laid face first on her bed, exhausted. Mei read a book on the floor as Adelaide and Ena made bracelets.
"Order in the court!" Airi looked up to see Hina, with Anzu behind her.
"What?" Mei asked as she closed her book.
"Mei, Adelaide, people are trying to figure out the precures' identities." Anzu explained as Hina cleared her throat.
"That is correct, Anzu. Now, what should we do about it?" Hina looked around, waiting for one of the girls to suggest something.
Adelaide raised her hand. "Yes, Adelaide?"
"We should tell everyone, when we're in our precure forms, that we aren't campers!"
"That's... an inventive idea." Hina replied. "But, I feel that's a little too obvious. They'd just suspect us even more."
"If that will make them suspect us more..." Mei said, thinking. "Then how about we say that we're campers! Maybe then they think we aren't campers?"
"Then they'll definitely think we're campers!" Hina plopped onto the ground, putting her head in her hands.
Anzu looked down at Hina, sighing. "I think I have an idea, but it won't be the easiest."
Hina perked up again, jumping back up. "I'll take anything at this point!"
"Okay, then." Anzu said. "People know that there are four precure, so I think that if all of you distance yourself from each other for about a week, it will stop the possibility of people speculating you."
"I'll do it!" Mei said. "I mean, it's only for a week. That isn't horrible!"
"If she does it, then I will too." Adelaide replied.
"I think I can do it!" Airi said. The girls stared at Hina for a response, and she sighed.
"Fine. I'll do it too." Hina said. Anzu nodded after she responded.
"Good luck. Hopefully this works!" Anzu then exited the cabin.
"Well, I guess I'm going to go to tennis, see you- wait, never mind!" Airi said, shuffling out of the cabin.
"Yeah, I guess I'll go on a hike- or something." Hina said, running out of the cabin.
"I'm going to head to the garden then, I guess." Adelaide walked quickly through the door, Mei waving at her.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Adelaide watered lavender in the garden, then placed the watering can on the ground. "Hi!" Adelaide turned around to see Sumire running towards her.
"Hey." Adelaide replied, smiling.
"Did you hear that the superheroes might be campers here? That would be so cool if it was true!" Sumire said unprompted, Adelaide freezing up.
"Yeah, that...would be cool." Adelaide replied, forcing a smile. "Then again, wouldn't it make more sense for them to not be from here?"
"I guess that's true, I mean, this isn't a superhero comic or anything." Sumire said as Adelaide sighed with relief.
"Also, can I sit with you guys for dinner?" Adelaide asked. "I'd like to get to know you guys more."
"Of course!" Sumire exclaimed, smiling. "The more the merrier!"
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Hina laid on the ground, looking up at the clouds sentimentally. "Pull yourself together!" She said to herself, forcing a smile. "It's only for a week!"
"What's for a week?" Hina jumped up off of the ground, seeing a girl with a camera and clipboard.
"Umm...nothing!" Hina said, avoiding eye contact. "Who are you?"
"I write for the camp newspaper!" She clicked a pen, and held her clipboard in front of her. "I'm Ryoko Shiroma, and any scoop is good scoop. What are you doing this week?"
"There's a camp newspaper?" Hina blurted out before covering her mouth with her hand. "About your question, I'm... deciding to...work out this week!" She exclaimed, Ryoko jotting that down. "In fact, I was in the middle of a pull-up when you came over here!"
"That's motivational." Ryoko mumbled, writing more down. "Oh! Another question, where do you think the superheroes that show up come from?"
Hina widened her eyes, awkwardly laughing. "I don't really care where they are from, but they're super cool! Especially the one with glasses."
"Thank you for your input!" Ryoko said, sprinting away.
"You're welcome." Hina said, sighing out of relief.
❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎❤︎
Adelaide sat down with Sumire and Aiko, smiling. "So, why are you sitting with us?" Aiko asked, looking at Adelaide.
"Ohh... my friends and I got in a fight, so we decided we'd take some time away from each other." Adelaide lied, Aiko nodding.
"That makes sense." Sumire said, nodding.
Adelaide looked around the lunchroom, seeing that Airi and Mei were sitting alone. Hina was sitting with Ena, but no one else.
"What's that?" Someone said, pointing at a growing tree in the distance.
"It's one of the monsters!" Someone yelled, chaos ensuing. Adelaide tried to run towards it, but Sumire grabbed her hand.
"Are you insane?" She yelled. "We need to get away!"
Adelaide panicked, then looked Sumire in the eyes. "If you tell anyone else, we're never talking again." She said, pulling Sumire behind the building that hosts the kitchen.
"Creative Compass, start!" She exclaimed, turning into Mariposa.
"You are the-" Sumire exclaimed. Mariposa shushed her, then ran to the monster.
"Remember our promise!" Mariposa yelled at Sumire, who gave her a thumbs up.
Mariposa caught up with Spirit and the others. They all jumped towards the monster, which was a large paper plate. The monster folded itself in half, then started flapping the two ends. A large gust of wind caused the girls to be flung backwards, and they landed against the poles of the dining hall. Mariposa tried to send up, but the wind kept going. She flung herself behind the pole to block herself from the wind, and tried to think of a plan. "Luna!" Luna looked over. "Can you use your shield?"
Luna summoned her shield, but it immediately shattered. "Dang it..." Mariposa muttered as the wind grew stronger.
"Spirit Shot!" Mariposa looked over just as Spirit got whacked in the face with her own attack.
Fern looked at Mariposa, smiling. "I've got an idea!" Two large vines sprouted from the ground, and punctured the plate. "Heck yeah!" The wind stopped, and Fern ran towards the plate. "Heartfelt Fern Attack!" She exclaimed, the plate disappearing.
The girls transformed back, then walked towards the dining hall. Adelaide plopped down at the table Sumire was sitting at, who smiled. "I love that your sitting with Akio and I, but I think you've got more important matters to take care of." She pointed towards Airi and Mei, who were both sitting alone.
"You're right, Sumire!" Adelaide got up, and swiftly walked towards Airi.
"Adelaide? What are you-"
"I'm done with this whole 'avoiding each other because of rumors' thing. I can't stand seeing you and Mei sitting alone, it's horrible!"
Mei ran towards the girls, her dinner in her hands. "Let's eat together!"
Hina dragged Ena to the table. "Yeah!"
Adelaide smiled, "Okay!"

Happy Campers Precure Chapter Nineteen: Field Day! All For One!
Airi woke up to the air from outside. After opening her eyes, she realized Mei was leaving the cabin. "Mei, why are you up so early?"
"Because today's the field day?" Mei replied, confused. Airi practically jumped out of bed, hurrying to get ready.
"How much time do I have?" Airi asked frantically as Mei stood by the door.
"About five minutes." Airi hurried even more, and Mei took a step back, just in case something went flying towards her in the chaos.
After Airi was ready, she and Mei walked towards one of the fields used for soccer, where everyone in camp was meddling.
"Airi, there you are!" Airi looked to see Hina waving at her. Mei and Airi hurried over to where she was standing, along with everyone from the cabin.
"Why on earth didn't you guys wake me up?"
"I wanted to, but Adelaide said no." Hina rolled her eyes at Adelaide, who looks down.
"I figured you must have been tired, so I decided to leave you be." She explained.
"That's sweet of you, but don't do that next time. Trust me, I can handle waking up early!" Airi replied.
"Good morning, everyone!" The girls looked at a portable platform to see one of the camp counselors, Nori. Some people muttered a reply, but most of the campers were silent. "I said, good morning!" She clicked a button, and a siren started blaring. She quickly turned the megaphone off, much to the audience's delight. "Whoops, sorry!"
"Anyway, today you will be competing with your cabin, against other cabins!" A few people cheered in response. After the cheering died down, the girl continued. "You'll have to assign people in your cabin for different challenges, so we'll give you the list of activities, and you'll have some time to assign roles!" Nori walked off of the platform, grabbing a large whiteboard off to the side, that was blank. She pulled it onto the platform, the flipped it to the other side. Nori turned to the board, reading off of it. "The activities, as you can tell, are going to be a water balloon fight, an obstacle course, a ring toss, dodgeball, and a three-legged race! Determine who will do each of the activities, and we'll meet back in five!"
The girls huddled around, smiling. Anzu cleared her throat. "Okay, is there anything someone wants to take?"
Hina immediately raised her hand. "I'll do the obstacle course!"
"Got it."
Mei thought for a second, then spoke up. "I think I'll do the three legged race."
"I'll do dodgeball!" Airi exclaimed.
"I'll do..." Adelaide looked at the board. "The ring toss."
"I suppose that leaves me for the water balloon fight." Anzu said. "But who's going to pair up with Mei?"
Airi raised her hand again. Anzu smiled at her. "Great! So now that we're all settled..."
Airi interrupted her, trying not to smile. "Actually, I raised my hand to recommend someone."
"Who?" Anzu asked.
"You."
Anzu stared at Airi, yen shake her head. "But I can't work with-"
"Exactly why you're pairing up with her. All of us have already worked on teamwork at the retreat, except you. Why not pair you up with your arch nemesis?"
"She's not my 'arch nemesis', Airi." Anzu said.
"Then why won't you pair up with her?" Adelaide asked, tilting her head.
"Fine! I'll do the three-legged race with Mei, if that's what you want!" Airi and Adelaide cheered, Anzu glaring at them. "Though I still don't think I need to work on teamwork or anything-"
Anzu was interrupted by Nori speaking into her megaphone. "I assume that everyone's chosen tasks for everyone on their team, so we're going to start the first challenge." She ran off the platform, and waved her hands in the air so people could see her. "Come with me!"
Everyone followed her to a large basketball court, where buckets of water balloons were sitting, as well as a few bowling pins. "Everyone who's participating in the water balloon fight, get on to the court. You will be working in teams, aiming to knock down the other teams bowling pins using the water balloons. The team that wins will get pints for their cabins, so try your best. Go!" Anzu and other campers rushed to grab water balloons, and started throwing them aggressively at the other teams bowling pins, the other team blocking them. Streams of water erupted into the air as the chaos started, Airi trying to keep her eyes on Anzu, who was guarding a bowling pin. A balloon came flying towards Anzu, who promptly dodged it, sighing in relief when it didn't hit her. Instead of splatting on the ground, the balloon hit the pin, causing it to fall over. The other pins soon fell over, as Anzu was dodging the balloons. Nori spoke into her megaphone, "We have a winner!" As the winning team cheered, Anzu walked off of the court angrily.
"Anzu, did you not hear the rules? This wasn't dodgeball, it was bowling!"
"Oh, I knew the rules. The water balloons would've ruined my look today, though!"
Mei sighed, trying to hold herself together. "This isn't about looking pretty. It's about winning."
"Duh, I know that!"
"Then why didn't you guard the pins from falling down?"
"I did!" Anzu angrily answered.
"Not when the water balloons were, you know, actually coming towards you!" Mei stomped her feet on the ground, glaring at Anzu. Anzu glared back, and Airi butt it.
"Okay, can you guys calm down?" She asked, as kindly as she could muster.
"Fine." The two huffed in unison, turning their backs to each other.
The girls were interrupted, thankfully, by Nori. "Okay! Now we'll be going to one of the soccer fields for the obstacle course! Everyone participating, get ready!" As the girls walked towards the field, Hina sprinted in from the group.
"I'm going to go ahead, see you guys after the race!" She said, smiling.
She ran off, as Airi yelled, "Good luck!"
As Airi got closer, she saw multiple simple courses with piles of beanbags at one end. "All of the participants are going to line up here at the end of one of the courses." Nori announced. "You will grab the beanbags at the other side of the line, and bring it back to the other side. If you mess up, you have to start from the opposite side, along with dropping the beanbag." She waited for the contestants to get to a line, then cleared her throat. "Go!" Hina started the course by jumping over a few small hurdles, making sure not to accidentally knock any of them over. Next, she jumped into hula hoops laid on the ground. She took a breath before moving on to the final part of the course, an army craw. Halfway through it, she stopped moving. After a few seconds of silent, she started squealing. "It's so cute!"
"Hina! The obstacle course!" Airi yelled, but it was useless. After a minute, someone had finished, and the points were given to them. Airi and the others had to walk up to China to drag her out of the army craw.
"What on earth was that about?" Mei asked, Hina bowing her head in apology.
"Sorry, but there was this super cool plant!" Hina said, pointing at a small flower sprouting out of the ground. "Isn't it pretty?"
"Definitely! You're excused, Hina!" Adelaide responded, leaning in to look closer at the flower.
"No, you are not!" Mei said sternly, pulling the two girls away from the plant. She was about to say something, but Nori yelled into her megaphone.
"Nest is the ring toss! Everyone, follow me!" Nori led all of the campers to an open which now had tall pegs in the ground, small piles of rings scattered around the area. "I think the ring toss is pretty simple, so let's jump right in to the contest! Contestants, each of you will have one pile." The campers participating walked over to a pile, grabbing the rings off the ground. "Each ring that lands on the peg gives your team a point. Go!" Adelaide frantically looked at the other campers, who were tossing the rings on to the pegs. She then looked back at the rings in her hand, and grabbed one. She put her hand behind her back, accidentally letting go of the ring in the process. She looked at it nervously, and grabbed the second ring with a shaky hand. She threw it at the peg at full speed, causing it to fly past the peg. She looked down in embarrassment, slowly grabbing the third one. She barely tossed the ring, causing it to land at her feet. She looked at the last one in her pile, and flung it vertically. It rolled for a bit near the peg, then stopped directly next to it. Head hung in shame, she walked back to her friends.
"I'm sorry, everyone." She said, as the girls comforted her. "I've never done a ring toss before!"
"You don't have to apologize." Airi said to her softly.
"Yeah, we should've taught you how to do it." Hina said as she hugged Adelaide. "Tossing a ring correctly is tough!"
"It is. We've still got two activities anyway, so we'll rack up some points in no time!" Mei exclaimed, looking at Adelaide.
"Heck yeah, we will!" Hina agreed, pumping her fist in the air.
"Okay, everyone! Time to move on to dodgeball!" Nori exclaimed. "Follow me!"
Nori led everyone back to the basketball court, which now had what looked like a thousand foam balls in the center. "Again, dodgeball is pretty self-explanatory, so I'll just led you guys start. Go!" Airi ran to the center, grabbing as many balls as she could before going to the end of her court. She then started flinging them at the opposing team, getting many of them out. Someone from the opposite team noticed her, and before Airi could retrieve more dodgeballs, she saw a ball coming towards her. She tried to catch it, but it hit her. She pouted as she exited the court, crossing her arms.
"Why didn't you just, you know, dodge the ball?" Hina asked as Airi walked towards them.
"I thought I might be able to get someone out by catching it, sorry."
"Your team still can win, so there is some hope!" Mei said, coincidentally as Airi's final team member got hit.
"So much for that." Airi muttered as Mei laughed awkwardly.
"Now for the final activity today! Everyone who's participating, get one of these ropes." She gestured towards a pile of colorful, thin ropes. "And tie your partners leg and your leg together. We'll start the race in five!" As Nori ran off to get the race ready, Mei ran to the pile. She gave Anzu a bright red rope, and Anzu scoffed.
"Seriously? You have to pick the color that goes with neither of our outfits?"
"Does it matter that much? It's just on us for the race." Mei replied as she grabbed the rope and wrapped it around her left leg.
"Fine, we'll go with your horrible color." Anzu said as Mei wrapped the rope around Anzu's right leg. Mei tied the two ends together, securing the two girls together.
"Let's try to get to the starting line, we can use it as practice!" Mei said. The two looked at each other, and walked unevenly. Anzu took a large step, causing the girls to fall to the ground. Mei glared at Anzu, then took a deep breath. "We need to walk in rhythm." Anzu nodded, and the two of them stood up. "Three, two, one." Mei took a step on one, but Anzu didn't, causing Mei to trip.
"I thought we were counting down from three!" Anzu yelled, looking at Mei.
"Yeah, we take a step on one!"
"Ohh..." Anzu said as the two of them stood up.
"Three, two, one!" Mei exclaimed, the two of them stepping forward. "Great, we took a step."
"What do we do during the race, though? We don't have the time to count down for every step!" Anzu said as the two inched their way to the starting line.
"We just find a rhythm, I guess." Mei said, stopping once they got to the starting line.
"Okay, looks like everyone's here." Nori said. "Three, two, one, go!" Anzu and Mei tried to run, but fell flat on their faces. Mei tried to get up, but Anzu was still on the ground. "Geez, can you get up already?"
"I'm trying!"
"Sure doesn't look like it!"
Nori tried to ignore the feuding girls as she kept track of the other racers, and Airi hid behind Hina in embarrassment.
Mei pulled Anzu up to her feet. "Task accomplished, let's go!" Mei said frantically, and the two ran for a few seconds before falling again.
"Why can't you run at the same pace I do?" Mei asked Anzu, who rolled her eyes.
"Does it really matter? We're already miles behind the others, anyway."
"Yeah, it does. Do you want to be the laughing stock of the camp or not?"
Nori looked at the fighting girls from the distance, then shook her head. "Maybe this day wasn't a good idea. Only a few cabins have even gotten points yet. Maybe I should've put some more thought into these games..."
"You really should've, honestly." Nori turned around to see a boy with shoulder length blue hair.
"Yeah, the camp is getting destroyed because of your missteps." A girl with white hair and purple eyes added.
"Who are you two?" She asked, taking a step back.
"Doesn't matter right now." The boy pulled out a ball of light and threw it at the girl. The megaphone she was holding grew into a monster as Nori fell to the floor.
"Taikutsu, attack!" Sofia yelled, the taikutsu running to the race area, directly in front of Mei and Anzu. "Right now?" Mei groaned, fumbling with the rope to get herself untied. Mei noticed her friends running behind a building, and caught up.
After Mei caught up to them, she grabbed her compass.
The girls jumped over the building and towards the monster. "Everyone, run away!" Luna yelled to the other campers. "We've got this!" When the campers cleared, the monster looked at the girls.
"Let's start the first round!" The taikutsu exclaimed through it's speaker. A hole opened on the top of the taikutsu, and water balloons rushed out of it. The girls frantically dodged them, Luna spawning her shield.
"Everyone, under here!" She yelled, the girls running towards Luna. When the balloons hit the ground, a strange green liquid came out of them.
"Is that acid?!" Spirit screamed. The liquid dissapeared soon after, and the girls sighed in relief. A small scoreboard showed up on the taikutsu. On it, the monster had one point, and the precure had zero.
"Time for the second round!" The monster exclaimed. Out of the hole, dodgeballs came flying down at the girls. Mariposa flew into the air to avoid getting hit. She then punched the front of the taikutsu, and it fell over. The scoreboard updated, the precure now having one point.
"Ha!" Fern yelled at the taikutsu.
"Round three is starting!" It said as large rubber bands flew out of the taikutsu.
"What on earth are those for?" Spirit asked. She ran towards Fern, who had grabbed one of the rubber bands. As Spirit got close, the rubber band tied itself around the two girls legs. "That makes sense." Fern tried to rip the band off, but it was tight on their legs.
"We'll have to work around this, I guess." Fern shrugged. The two looked at each other and nodded. They jumped into the air, kicking the taikutsu at exactly the same time. They high-fived each other, then punched the taikutsu.
Luna watched as the other girls fought, and noticed Anzu out of the corner of her eye. She was directing other campers out of the area that wanted to stay and watch.
"Look, I know it's a cool fight, but-" The taikutsu noticed Anzu, turning towards her. It launched one of the leftover water balloons at her, and Luna sprinted towards Anzu. She spawned her shield, and the water balloon bounced off of it.
"An-April's right, you guys should leave." Luna looked at the campers, who nodded and ran away.
"That was...nice of you." Anzu said awkwardly as Luna looked back at her.
"I mean, just because we fight doesn't mean I would let you get hurt." Luna suddenly felt something around her legs, and noticed a rubber band was tied around her and Anzu's legs.
"But you aren't even-" Luna started, but Anzu interrupted her.
"It's okay, without people here, I can just..." She turned into a bunny, but the rubber band was still tight on her. "Seriously?"
"It's fine, we'll just sit back and watch the other girls fight." At that moment, the other precure all fell to the ground as the taikutsu laughed. "Or maybe not." She looked down at Anzu. "Turn back into your human form, it'll be easier to coordinate that way." Anzu nodded, and turned back.
Luna jumped into the air, grabbing Anzu's hand. As they were falling back down, Luna used her shield to soften Anzu's fall. Luna punched the taikutsu, then pulled Anzu off of the shield. Luna grabbed her compass and turned it into a wand.
"Luna Starry Night!" She yelled, painting the taikutsu with the paintbrush. The taikutsu dissapeared into tiny stars as Luna and Anzu landed on the ground gracefully. The binds on their feet dissapeared, as well as all of the damage done to the camp.
"Whatever." Julian said, glaring at the girls from the distance.
"The two of us will get you next time, for sure." Sofia added as the two dissapeared.

After transforming back into their normal forms, Mei and Anzu tied the red rope back to their legs. The campers slowly filed back to the area and started looking around for Nori to start the activities up again. "Sorry for the interruption, everyone!" Mei looked up to see Nori with her megaphone in her hand. "I suppose we'll restart the three-legged race."
The racers walked towards the starting line, and Nori waved her megaphone in the air, yelling, "Go!" Anzu and Mei sprinted in synch, and were soon ahead of everyone else. After what seemed like only a few seconds, they crossed the finish line.
"We did it!" Mei exclaimed, jumping up into the air. Anzu fell to the ground because of this, and Mei quickly followed.
"That doesn't mean we're actually good at doing this." Anzu sighed as a small smile appeared on her face.
