The Hero Public Safety Commission would like to reiterate that while underground heroes do not operate under the same level of control as limelight heroes when they are under a level of public scrutiny we are under obligation to respond.

Feel free to not interact with this, I don't know how good it would be for your public image to interact with a vigilante but...

I'm not one of those vigilantes that hates heroes or anything, even most of the worst ones are a symptom of a broken system but you actually seem to care. And sure, maybe it has something to do with the fact that you're underground but I respect your work.

Heroes are an essential part of any ecosystem and in Japan just like with any other country they need regulation. We make sure your heroes are serving you in the most effective way possible. You don't have to worry as we have your well-being in mind 24/7.

Please contact your local police if there is an urgent safety concern.

If you have any information on vigilante cases please make a report directly to us. We want to make sure our communities are safe and we can't do that when people flagrantly disregard the law.

Ughhh that hurt to write. But someone has to play the shady government organization.

I'm 19 so if you're a minor keep that in mind, I don't mind interacting in character but please don't interact in DMs if you are.
