or a while, i didn’t, because i got flooded on every account with hateful messages. i admit that i was weak. i tucked my tail and ran. but i’ve spent this time working on myself, and i’m ready to reconnect with you all.

it is with a heavy heart that i announce the end of an era. my time on both luvityedam and httphyucks (formerly astronomlns) was fun; i made many great friends and memories, but was also met with a great deal of negativity that i hate being reminded of each time i log onto tumblr.

so i’m moving blogs. i won’t publicly disclose what my account is, to try to prevent the negative people from following me, but if you privately message me, i will give you the username. i will be following all of my current mutuals on that blog soon.

i will not be deleting any works on either of my blogs. they will still be up and available for viewing—but this does not allow reposting even if i am leaving these blogs. any side blogs i have will be transferred over and will remain active (i.e prism network).

i hope you all understand and i hope we meet again on my new blog. i love you guys.

prism network applications are open once again for our second batch of members! they will be open from today, may 1st, until may 14th, 11:59pm cst. make sure to read and reblog our official post, follow the rules, and be patient while an admin reviews your application! more information below. please reblog to spread.

⌗ member applications

must write for at least one boy group — we do not reblog girl group content, nor super junior.

your content must be your own, we expect honesty when it comes to creativity.

works must include a title (optional), genre, word count, pairing, and any applicable warnings to be reblogged.

if your works exceed 500 words, or include nsfw content, you must add a “keep reading” cut. all nsfw content must be under the cut.

your blog must be semi active. if you go on hiatus, please let us know in our discord server, which you will receive a link to once accepted. as well as letting us know about any username changes. this being said, a discord account is mandatory for our server.

if you plan to write smut, you must be 18 or older, or your application will be rejected. as of right now, we also do not reblog smut for 02 liners, however we are open to hearing your opinions on it; we can not reblog or we can reblog it with a special tag that you can filter out.

all genres are accepted, even yandere, as long as you appropriately tag and place warnings on your work.

⌗ staff applications

you must be 16 or older to apply for a staff position.

available positions are: admin, queue moderator, gfx creator and event planner.

admins are in charge of the smooth sailing of the network. they enforce the rules and pick up on tasks that need to be completed. these members are who you reach out to when you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

queue moderators track the #prism.nw tag and place all fics that meet the requirements in our queue which is posted 5 times a day. only members of the network can use this tag on their works. you must be 18 or older to skim and queue nsfw works.

gfx creators are in charge of creating graphics for the network to use for things such as our icons, headers, or banners for future events or milestones. it is preferred that you have a “portfolio” showing your style.

event planners communicate closely with admins to create fun events and projects for the members of the network, or to recruit new members. examples of events include: collaborations, challenges, milestone celebrations, etc.

staff members do not have to be writers. you will all be sent a link to join the blog in your email once accepted.

are you not a write nor interested in being a staff member, but you just want to support us?

beta readers are given special acces to a section in our server, where they can communicate amongst each other and be contacted to proofread and offer feedback before a writer posts their final product!

i was originally talking about the one for this blog but i’d like to know the ones you used for your title/header sections in the second one as well if that’s okay!!

for the first one i use cooltext.com for the “httphyucks” and here are ss of what to look for

you can change the color of the text to whatever you want

and the regular text font is poppins on carrd!

and for the headers on the second carrd i made them myself. i went to dafont.com and downloaded the two fonts below and opened them in phonto and created the headers with the color background i wanted

temporary blog close.

no, i’m not actually closing the blog. i’m just putting it on rest while i reconstruct it (once i’ve found the inspiration) and revamp it. you can still send asks and talk to me. i will answer you as soon as possible.

after a quick theme revamp, i will likely be rewriting some old works. so, for a little while, the blog will be empty. again, do not worry. this blog is not shutting down. this is temporary, just for a couple of weeks or so hopefully.

prism network is a multi-fandom writing network, focusing mainly on boy groups. we aim to create a safe community for writers and readers alike, helping writers reach a wider audience on tumblr.

⌗ rules

you must always remain kind and respectful. you will be representing this network, and we do not tolerate drama, hate, or harassment from any one of our members.

your account must be semi-active. if you plan to go on a hiatus, please let us know. this does not mean you have to post writing every day—just as often as you can.

all works must include: genre, word count, pairing (such as member x reader), and any and all warnings that may apply such as trigger warnings or nsfw content warnings.

your content must be your own. if you are found to be plagiarising another writer, your membership with prism network will be terminated.

member applications — to be a member, fill out this application. an admin will reach out to you if you have been accepted by the network. please apply with the blog that you plan to write with.

staff applications — to be a staff member, fill out this application. we are hiring admins, queue moderators, and gfx creators to manage the network.

beta reader applications — apply to be part of a special section of the discord server, where you can interact with writers and offer feedback and new pieces they’ve written!

affiliate applications — in order to affiliate your network with prism, send an ask with the name of the network you’d like to apply with.

please make sure you are following the network and reblog this post during the application process. failure to do this will result in your application being ignored until you do or rejected all together.

⌗ after acceptance

after your application is reviewed, if you have been accepted, an admin will dm you with your acceptance message. there, we will congratulate you and provide you with any extra information you may need.

a link to a discord server will be sent to you. it is preferred, not required, that you have a discord account to be part of this server for easy access and communication between each other and staff. here, you can easily and quickly submit your fics to be reblogged and are encouraged to make friends within the network, as well as get and give instant updates.

please add a link to the network somewhere on your blog after being accepted. we do check and we will ask you to put it there if you don’t have one!

when posting writings, please add the tag #prism.nw in the first five tags. this will help us track it easier. non-members cannot use this tag. if they do, we will message them and ask that they remove it.

prism network does not manage, produce, or give any specific plotlines to our writers, save for any events and collaborations hosted by the network where a prompt is given. the function of this network is simply to reblog works of a group of writers to a larger, organized platform. we are not responsible for the actions, words, or beliefs of any member. member password: whiplash

no explicit content for any 02 liners will be reblogged onto the network; however we cannot control what you write and post on your own time. we aim to provide a safe space and community for readers and writers alike and are mindful of what we post. staff password: sacrifice
