Hualian Microfic

We are glad to present Hualian microfic, a place for all writers and readers to share their love for Hualian through writing and reading.

~Pick a prompt from the monthly posted prompts list, write a microfic and tag us!.

Rules:

~The fic should focus Hualian

It could be any form you like. Canon relationship to happily married hualian to unrequited hualian to parents hualian to friends hualian to implied hualian to a gist of hualian to an AU. you pen it down..

~Must be tagged appropriately

This relates to triggering subjects and/or nsfw content that needs to be tagged. We don’t care if you write about these subjects, but it is your responsibility to tag it properly. We also ask that you add a content warning at the top of the fic that includes any potential triggers.

~Format

There is no specified format. Just make sure to mention the prompt used, the word count of the fic (which would help us to categorize the fics) and simply tag us.

~Should be a microfic

While we do not have a defined length for a microfic, you should be aiming for a microfic. A 10k words fic would not pass as a microfic.

~What if my fic exceeds what can be counted as a microfic?

We understand sometimes you flow with the flow and the microfic turns into a not-microfic. Does that mean your hardwork in writing is waste? No!, in that case post the fic to our Ao3 collection, the compilation of microfics that turned into not-microfics.

~Do I have to write all of the prompts?

Definitely not. Write only one in a month. Skip several months and come back. Write every other prompt. Write the ones that you want to. Write all of them. Whatever you want to do. 

~Do I need to write the prompts in order?

Nope! Write them in any order. Just make sure you tag which prompt you use in any post. 

~Can my fic contain other ships?

Sure!, as long as it has hualian as the primary you can include gist of other ships and relations in your fic too.

~Is nsfw ok?

Ofcourse!, as long as it is tagged appropriately i.e. an nsfw warning is included.

~Can it be Wu Ming/Xie Lian instead of Hualian?

Yes!.

~How much long would it take for my microfic to be reblogged?

We'll try to reblog it within 24 hours but it may take 24-48 hours.

~Why has my fic not been reblogged yet?

As said above, if tagged properly, your fic would be probably reblogged within 24-48 hours but in case if it is still not reblogged please send us an ask linking your post so we can look into it.

~When will the prompts be up?

New prompts for the month will be posted on 1st of that month.

~Can I submit a prompt?

Ofcourse! Send us an ask, and you may see your prompt(s) come up!.
